SunnyIs Not Like It Use To Be. It's Under New Management I Went By To Ask Them To Check My Power Steering Fluid And Alternator. The Guy Said We Didn't Have Time.They Won't See Me Again.

This was my first time going to Sunny's and I will definitely go back. My SUV had some damage on one side and I was amazed at the end results. Great service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Not worth $43! I paid for the best package they offered and my car was still visibly dirty. I don t go off-roading or do anything anything crazy. I work 2 minutes from my house. My car wasn t even that s dirty.After they did my interior they left my doors open and walked away. I waited wondering if they were done... I finally yelled over asking if they were done because it was not clean at all and they just nodded and waved me away.If they had offered advice/compromise on how to correct the problem I wouldn t even have written this.....

Great place to get your car taken care off.I had new tires installed, new battery, car detailed inside and outside and saved $312as compared to other quotes I got.They are fair, honest and really take care of you. I would come here againit's worth the trip. Highly recommended.

I brought my car in for service, my original concern was the coolant and the hmm noise, they asked if the engine light was on, I said yes, then a got a call from them that they couldn't fix the issue and that they can't figured out the hmm noise and where the coolant was going to, so I went to get my car they wanted to charge me $100 for diagnosing the codes, so I asked them why they want to charge me for something that they couldn't figured out, their answer was because the diagnosed the engine light which was not my main concern, anyone can buy a $30 code reader and plug into their car and push a bottom to get these codes, you either a mechanic or you are not, they couldn't fix or even figured what was wrong with my car their answer was to bring to more sophisticate shop. Stay away from this shop they "diagnose" your vehicle saying that they can't fix and charge you $100 for it.

I needed an oil change. Called a day ahead to make an appointment. I was told I dont need it. Just walk in when they open. I ask what time I should be there. I was told 8am I got there 750am. I waited until 830am still no one came in! I am very disappointed no more Sunny! My time is sensitive!

Today my car was dead and needed a new alternator.. I brought my car to Sunny s and they got me right in and got the part in a timely manner (within 15-30 minutes max). James (Tito) was SO nice and explained everything that was going on and was even nice enough to buy me a drink out of the vending machine because I didn t have any cash on me. The owner Elgun is awesome; when I spoke with him on the phone he assured me my car would be done today (which it had to be) and again, got my car right in. I m so happy I brought my car there- everyone is very nice, they actually explain what s going on and make sure that the jobs done - even if it takes extra time/ extra work. I HIGHLY recommend going there for any car repairs AND they do details too!! Anyone with car problems go there, seriously!!! So so great! Thank you guys for all your hard work & for everything!

Very friendly people in this place. Decent prices. I just started going and have had my front brakes and rotors done along with an oil change. My daughter had somebody work done and they did a great job for a very good price.

I had a great experience. Andy has an excellent customer service and he was able to diagnose (for free) and fix all the problems my car had. In addiction, I got a free car wash just for doing oil change.

Would not recommend this place it's pretty awful. Called on a Friday and set an appointment for Saturday morning at 1000 AM. Arrived 15 minutes early at 945 and was not spoken to but one time saying they will let them know I'm here. After waiting an hour I just walked out. My experiences at Sunny's are nothing short of the best. The staff is efficient and the passion for what they do is apparent. I always feel welcomed and well taken care of during each visit. Weather i am there for a repair or a detail, i am informed in detail what is being done and i am out in a timely fashion. Prices are great and the atmosphere is the best!!Being a female going to an auto center of any kind can be intimidating, sometimes not knowing weather your being taking for more then needed. At sunny's i am informed in detail as to what needs to be done and compared prices... Needless to say i will not stray:)STOP IN AND HAVE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND BE SURE TO LEAVE WITH A FULL DETAIL!!!!!!

They Fixed my car!!!!! (I am still excited)I have payed so much money elsewhere without results....Please take your car here. The service and staff were excellent. I also recieved a free car wash for their service.

Horrible, horrible! I bought a car from Andy and spent 400 dollars for repair. First I took the car to him. . He refused to fix it . I had it checked somewhere else and understood his diagnosis was incorrect. That is making money from wrong ways. Still it needs some repairs. Don't waste your money and time to buy something from this guy.

They let me know what was wrong right off the back. Andy was one of the nicest person there. Outstanding work and customer service and they are the best with prices. Definitely recommend their service.

Even though they say they are open on Sundays, I pull in with a flat tire that needed to be repaired and they serviced me anyway PLUS they saved me money as the tire sensor which broke only needed the stem replaced. Then after they remounted the tire on the rim they found a small leak which they plugged. Thumbs up! Thanks Guys!

Now this experience in no way reflects the worksmanship of the CAR WASH. Whenever I drive to the Westgate Mall, the car wash crew seem always busy and I will have to try it there sometime!This review is strictly for the service I received at the gas station today. (Sunday, January 11th 2015 around 3:30pm)I brought my company van in for gas and only had $5.00 in petty cash and unfortunately they were in quarters. I didn't realize it was a full service station because I intended to walk in and give them the cash while counting in front of them to not waste their time. This gentleman immediately upon seeing me yelled "Move forward" towards the car wash. As I tried to explain that I wanted gas and not a car wash, he just said "Let's go!". I parked where I was told to. He came to my car window and looked so angry for some reason. I politely said, "Hi there, how are you? Can I please get $5.00. Sorry, it's all in quarters..." "QUARTERS?! SERIOUSLY?" I apologized but that wasn't enough for him as he walked away and started pumping the gas, obviously annoyed. As he was finished, I popped my head out the window and asked, "Would I be able to get a receipt, please? It's for work.." "A receipt for five dollars?" He grumbled and gave me the needed receipt, practically throwing it at me.I didn't have a good experience there and it honestly takes a lot for me to be this annoyed to write a review. If something can change from it, even if it's one less person buying gas here or this guy being replaced, I'll be satisfied.

Please do not purchase a vehicle from Andy the owner. Andy is as crooked as they come. It would be best for everyone if he wasn't allowed to sell vehicles any longer. He should take the rest of his vehicles and open up a lemonade stand!

Horrible; I've purchased a car from a guy named Andy the engine was junk he refused to fix it under 30 days now I'm stuck with a junk. He refused to fix my power steering and failed to provide me and warranty documentation. I will never recommend this place to anyone. rip off

This guy is the worse....bad diagnostics and doesn't stand by his warranty! Typical garage stereotype....Stay far away from this business!

I being taking my cars for the past 3yrs seens Andy left that place it's not the same I took my car 2 weeks ago they took for ever to fix they not professional at all they only care about taking your money from you they are way to expensive they charge you by hour and the labor ending being more expensive that the parts are worth as mine understanding they cant charge your more that what parts cost I'm very disappointed from Tony I'm not taking my cars ever there again not even for oil change please do youre self a favor and take your car somewhere else if you dont want to be Ripped off like they did to me they sucks they talk more than they fix the cars that's why the cars stay there for days they're very irresponsible unprofessional place I dont recommend it at all

Horrible... drove 2 hours to look at a car that wasn't even the right year, engine was not as said and title was RECONSTRUCTED when they said it was CLEAN!!! He has a salesman by the name of Anthony, tony whatever it is... They're scam artist horrible experience....
