Jeff is one of the best in the service department.Had to take my Jetta in for service and needed a loaner car for work which I was kindly provided, however I had to return it randomly due to previous reports from the police stating it was seen driving recklessly although Ive never received a ticket, never been in an accident and drive efficiently at all times. I ve been given courtesy cars in the past and never ran into these issues.I still need work done on my car but am now forced to rent cars through third parties at no fault of my own.Other than that overall this place is great.

Got the car I wanted. What a brutal experience trying to get it.Price went up $500 from the time I called to the time I arrived (45min). They had "just changed it."$800 in (mandatory) optional add-ons (ceramic and wheel locks) that were "already on the vehicle," disclosed absolutely nowhere in the list price. I was told that dealer equipment is mentioned in their disclosures - not a single mention on any disclosure. They had "just changed their website disclosures and it hasn't updated yet," so they won't charge me for them. Asked about the ceramic that was "already on it" - there was no ceramic already on it. Still no "updated" disclosures about that equipment a month later.They forgot an entire page of my credit application, which means three useless new credit inquiries on my credit report that were rejected for "incomplete credit application."1 star because I did end up buying the car. Great place to be taken advantage of.

I have been a customer of Silko Volkswagen in Brockton since August of 2023 when I began my journey of buying my first new car! After purchasing my new car, I had some technical issues the service department was working hard to fix for almost two months while they supplied me with a loaner car. The owner, Adam, went above and beyond to help get me into a new car- of which, I am now LOVING! Rob, the salesperson my family & I have been working with- is wonderful. As a first time car buyer with no car knowledge, he was able to explain everything thoroughly to me, help me choose the best options for myself and listen to any concerns or questions I had. The team at this dealership was great and wonderful to work with, I appreciate all of the time and effort they spent getting me into my new car!

There were some scheduling issues that ended up with me leaving my car overnight to address some items that we had discussed being wrapped up that day. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the time that Silko scheduled me for, I was told by the service manager that they were short staffed? I didn t bang the door down for the time of the appointment. We actually waited around 2 weeks if I m not mistaken.Fortunately I only needed to move one appointment for the following day and Jeff was nice enough to have Silko send a car to pick me up as the ride I had scheduled for the repairs the day prior was no longer available All in all, Silko regularly helps me out with my repair and maintenance as well as warranty needs on my 23 R and I have faith once the car is in the techs hands and that Jeff is my service advisor. We had one scheduling issue that I felt was dealt with competently once I was back in Jeff s hands.

This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Silko made everything smooth and easy from my initial outreach online to the test drive and paperwork to delivery of a beautiful new Tiguan. Rob Clegg could not have been more friendly and patient with showing us around the vehicle. No surprises, everything exactly as promised, and an incredible deal as well! Abby and her team at Silko VW are top notch, and the dealership was immaculate! I can t recommend Silko highly enough!

I have to say that Silko Volkswagen is one of the best dealerships I have been to. They really cared about my needs and went out of their way to help me to buy the SUV I wanted. Other Volkswagen dealerships did not come close to them.A special thanks to Javani Rivera, Sales Manager! His interpersonal skills are great, and I appreciated his help to get me into the Atlas SEL car that I wanted. He made it happen.Also want to thank Nick, Tom and Mauricio as all were so kind and worked hard to get me into this car.thank you Silko! Amazing place, great staff, easy and accommodating! After my first test drive in the Tiguan, I knew I loved the car and knew I wanted to give them my business. Mauricio couldn't have been any more helpful and kind.He was right there during the whole process. Answered any questions I had about the car and couldn't of been anymore flexible. But, let's face it- buying a new car can be very stressful,. Silko was very understanding through my whole journey. I drove off today one very happy girl in my new 2024! I can't thank all the staff enough for making it possible! I 1000% recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a vehicle!

Experience was overall great. A couple of areas for improvement - I purchased my Tiguan on a Tuesday and picked it up on a Saturday and the dealership did not get the inspection sticker for me. I feel like they had ample time to do that to save me from having to do it myself. Also, the registration was incorrect when I did go to get it inspected - the VIN had been entered incorrectly although unsure by whom. That was dealt with and fixed quickly which I appreciated.

My son needed a new (to him) car as he was in an accident and his truck was totaled. We were given an appointment with Rob to look at a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Rob made the process SO easy. We drove the Jeep and were made aware of an open recall that the dealership was going to have repaired. While out on the test ride we heard a noise and mentioned it when we got back. We ended up buying the car, the noise was fixed and obviously the recall was taken care of. Rob was a pleasure to work with. I HATE the entire car buying process but this was actually a pleasant experience. Rob is easy to talk to and will do his best to get the best deal for you. We will 100% go back and buy another car through this dealership !

Matt Lucier at Silko VW made the leasing/trade-in experience a breeze from beginning to end. We walked in thinking we wanted a Tiguan, but when we showed interest in an Atlas he took the opportunity to present us with clean cut information and easy to understand options. Not once did we feel pressured to decide one way or the other. We ended up leasing the Atlas, and Matt even took the time to get me the specialty plates another dealership had told me no to. Matt was considerate, polite, well spoken and a pleasure to work with. I will recommend him to anyone who asks.

I had an amazing experience with Nuno while my purchasing my vehicle. My father bought his car at Silko Volkswagen with him first, and Nuno was then able to help me purchase my car at Silko Honda after that. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and willing to make his best effort to make sure that the entire process goes smoothly. All of the staff members that I have interacted with while getting my car serviced here have been so kind and helpful as well. You guys are amazing, thank you! :)

I have had the BEST experiences at Silko! I had a light come on and I gave a quick call and the service department had me bring the car in, gave me a loaner so that I didn't have to miss any time at work and had it back to me quickly with great explanations and no trying to up-sell or give me services that I didn't need. I have driven VWs for 25 years and I have had some really horrible experiences at other dealers that have made me almost leave the brand, but as long as Adam and his team are at Silko, I'll be a loyal customer forever!!

Purchased a used car from them in November. My husband asked them to change break pads and routers and they said they would only do the pads bc the routers still had a lot of life left in them. A week after having the car the breaks started squeaking so my husband had to take a day off of work to bring the car back into Silko and they decided they routers in fact did need to be changed. The breaks worked well for about a month and then the squeaking started again. My husband took another day off of work but this time brought the car to a reputable mechanic and he said the break pads they used were so cheap they were crumbling and falling apart.... this was after only 3 months of having them changed by Silko. After a lot of wasted time and money we now have breaks that work properly, no thanks to Silko.

From start to finish the sales rep Rob Clegg and sales manager Abby Silverleib were phenomenal. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what car I was interested in and I had a value for my trade-in in mind. Rob was professional but not pushy. He answered all of my questions to the best of his abilities and anything he was even slightly unsure of he would make sure he found out the definitive answer. Abby kept the sales dialog open and honest. She asked me what expectations I had about price and we were able to find something that satisfied all parties involved. Side note: to anyone looking for a smaller SUV but is a taller human being, my 6'4" boyfriend fit comfortably in my new 2024 Taos. I am completely in love with my new car! 10/10 will recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I came into the dealership with the expectations of only needing brakes, but after inspection I had to do more work. Although it was not the news I was expecting, the staff was very friendly and courteous. They did a great job on the car.

Being the owner of three previous Volkswagens including the Routan, Tiguan and the 2021 Atlas I just traded in, I was very pleased with the ease in purchasing my new 2024 AtlasSEL from the Silko dealership. I did shop around several dealerships and the difference was Silkol gave me the feeling they wanted to work with me and they wanted my business. A key difference I felt at Silko was I always dealing with a "team" and all of my communications only had to be expressed once where typically, in other dealerships you're dealing with the salesman for a while at first who often leaves and comes back until eventually you meet the manager who really doesn't know you( and you don't know him/her) and his/her only intention is to get right down to business and you have to repeat your needs and deal all over again. To some extent some sales pressure begins to develop and it's not really a pleasurable experience.At Silko was actually introduced to the manager, Abigail, very early on by the salesman Rob and she actually told me a little bit about herself, her background and the dealership before we got down to business. Rob and Abigail both worked with me throughout and it was just a very pleasurable experience and everybody was always on the same page and you never were met with a new face that you had to restart all over again.I would highly recommend anybody interested in the VW to visit Silko.

I had a fantastic experience with Nuno Gomes who helped me purchase my car VW Tiguan 2023 From the moment we walked into the dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect vehicle for my needs. Him and his team patiently answered all of our questions, explained the features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked. Nuno Gomes professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I left the dealership with my car and a big smile on my face, all thanks him and his dedication . Abby has been the most responsive employee I have done business with. I called for the most annoying reason asking about an extended warranty I bought 2 1/2 years ago. I was looking to cancel it because I'm looking to purchase another vehicle. She was in contact with me the whole way plus Megan the general sales manager assisted me and went out of her way on Abbys day off. What I was asking for was not an urgent matter and I'm amazed they put time into this ASAP. It wasn't easy because that insurance company is not apart of Silko anymore. As everyone knows trying to get info from a company you used to business with is difficult. Thank you for all of your help. So another experience I had a day before this with another dealership. I will not mention the dealers name but let me tell you it was another high end one. It was disgusting using all of the old school sales tactics. I filled out all of the proper info to buy the car and then the finance manager came out. Please keep in mind all of my credit scores are above 800. He wouldn't tell me the interest rate and I asked 4 times. He said that doesn't matter let's talk about the monthly payment. I was disgusted as I told him I don't care about the payment I care about the interest rate. He didn't know my real job because I asked him what do I do for work and he didn't know. It was on the dam application you entered 5 min ago! You didn't read it before entering it! Well I'm a finance manager also. I let him know I can do math and the interest rate he was trying to give me was 13%. Once again this has nothing to do with VW or Silko. I'm just so heartbroken we still have people in the business doing this to customers. I would love to write a 1 star review but it is not worth it or my time. So this 5 star review is worth it and my time. I can't leave Nuno out. I will not forget the service I got durning covid. He came in on his day off to finish everything. I let him know there was no rush but he still came in. Congrats to the team at VW and using the correct sales playbook.

The service I recieved was absolutely superb. The service manager was very tentative to my appointment, and were very keen on making it a quick and easy time. I would highly recommend their service and will use them for certain in the future.

Overall I was satisfied with my recent visits. What I was not pleased with was going back two days later for something that I had asked be looked at on the first visit. I had reported a problem with the SOS button not shutting off on a Friday and it was never looked at when the car was originally there on a Friday. There was nothing on my bill showing that it was reported as an issue or that anyone looked at it. I ended up having to take it back on a Monday only to be told that it couldn't be fixed because the part was back-ordered.

Had a wonderful experience. My sales person Matt Lucier educated me that leasing is perfect for me. So instead of financing an old car i got a new atlas with a payment lower than I'd have with a used model. He helped me connect my phone and gave a full tutorial of my car! I left feeling so confident in operating my vehicle! Do yourself a favor and go to silko vw! Be sure to ask for Matt! He's a gem!

Al, the sale representative,, was great throughout the entire process. This is my second car I have bought with him. The only reason I gave the dealer itself 4 stars not 5 is the sale manager Abby. Abby was too pushy and rude when trying to force me to get other protection plans that I did not want. I explained to her that Al already did a great job explaining the packages and I made up my mind already; but she was still trying to convince me. She was even mad that I did not fall for her speech. Everyone else congratulated me for the new car at the dealer except her. I would suggest that she gets more training on how to encourage the customers to get the protection plans without being rude and pushy, and to also know that the customers have the right to refuse.
