This dealership is unbelievable. This place is deceptive in their business practices and are not transparent.I went in because of a specific lease deal, we called ahead of time to verify the fees and get the true cost of the lease and decided to go in. What we were met with was a salesman that lacked professionalism who absolutely refused to itemize the fees associated with the lease and instead grouped it into a "Customer Cash" category. After asking what this category consisted of they instead bring another "lease ad breakdown" print out, which included an extra $895 Destination Charge and a $795 LoJack fee that was not mentioned on the phone nor in the lease deal.They purposely refused to itemize the fees because they did not want it to get back to them that they were charging extra fees not listed in the ad. Do not do business with this dealer.

Well this is my third mishap at Nissan 24 service. On Saturday 2/11/23 , I had appointment for 8:00 am , I arrived at 7:40 am .as Service Advisor doing my paperwork for my services. Was going to do the state inspection first than oil change. About 9:30 am he approached me telling me my car has not returned from the state inspection. That he was going to walk over to check what s going on with my vehicle. He came back and my car just sat at the state inspection area for more than a hour. He ask me if I still wanted to do the oil change. It was 10 am. Everyone who came in at 8:00 am has gone already. I was not staying there for another hour just for a change.I have not received any response from management regarding my service.Let s see what happens next .Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Very good the only problem is there is not enough help to handle the volume it takes to much longer to get a quick service. I think express service is something that needs needs a New focus. I am very pleased with service advisor he is very pleasant and knowledgeable but is overworked.

I took my Murano in for servicing. Jason was the service technician and he was great. Made sure I was satisfied with everything.

I went in and had all the fees and taxes added up with a woman who i talked to in the phone. When I went in they were extremely unprofessional. I test drove the car and came back. The car was 9,500. Called my insurance company to get a "binder". No idea what that was and didn't have the answers to the questions and the sales man wasn't there to help at all. I sat there for about 4 hours just waiting around. The sales man NEVER told me the price, I didn't find out until they ran my credit, which added FIVE hard inquiries on my credit score. I was told a little over $12,000 and that didn't count the $2,000 I was putting down. So a car that I was told with fees, taxes, dock fees and everything else i was at a little over $15,000. Now the sales man knew that the total i had with tax and all was $11,111They said oh well now we made it a certified pre owned so that was an add $1,300 or more, with a 24k mile power train warranty. So then they came back and said we'll that that $1,300 away and we're going to add an approximate $3,000 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. If i didn't take that then no warranty at all. There was also physical damage all over the car. The sales man I had was extremely pushy, rude, unprofessional and extremely rude after I decided to walk because I was lied to about the price, wasted 4-5 hours basically sitting there, and NEVER TOLD THE PRICE until I went to finance

I appreciate the prompt and courteous service from the front desk that I received. The part I did not appreciate was the way my belongings that was in the front cab area was moved. I understand that they had to move it but it appears that it was all thrown into the back section of the van. It is a work van and has a lot of COVID PPE in there. Yes it had some empty bottles and cups but it was other things needed that costs my company money. Had I known it had to be emptied I would have done it prior to bringing it in. I just found it very unprofessional.

Thankyou for your honesty. Very nice I brought my car to Nissan for a diagnosis it only took a few minutes. I received an estimate along with the diagnostic test and I was on my way.
