I've have had an excellent experience whenever I get my Grand Cherokee serviced with Jeep24. Laura Spinola in Service has always been professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with. Her knowledgeable and consultative approach has been invaluable in keeping my Jeep in top condition. I look forward to her help in the future. I highly recomend!

I went in for a scheduled oil change. John from the service department brought to my attention that the radiator and water pump were leaking. He called my warranty administrator and sent in all the required paperwork and pictures that they needed. We scheduled my vehicle the following week and they replaced the radiator and water pump. They completed all the work the same day and communicated everything with me throughout the entire process. I will definitely return for future service and recommend all who will listen to do the same.Services: Auto water leak repair, Air conditioning

Had my Dart serviced here. Great experience my car s running like it s brand new! I am not very knowledgeable about car stuff but Joe was able to explain and set up my service to plan in a manner which was very easy to understand as well as helped stretch my dollar! Thank you

Laura in the Service department continues to be more than wonderful any time I need to bring my car in for service. She is always so pleasant and helpful. Last time I brought my car in for service, she not only reviewed with me what future services my car would need but also reviewed my numerous options available (some I was unaware of before). She continued to make herself available if I had any further questions about what was shared on that day and even left her number so that I could call if I was in need of further assistance or support around making future decisions regarding my car.

The dealership charged $831.49, before sales tax, for the replacement and installation of an electronic parking brake (EPB) module The Service Advisor at Jeep 24, Frances, who was helping me through the process, however, did his best to convey some sympathy for my plight. Bravo!The dealerships have locks on consumers because these types of parts need to be programmed with specialized software. Why do parking brakes need to be electronic? Gah!
