For the record I am reviewing O'Reilly's on Belmont Street in Brockton not the older building on Copeland Street. I called up this location and I was greeted by Victor on the phone. He had the engine mount I was looking for at an amazing price. I asked him to put the part on hold for me and I would be down just ask for Victor. When I walked into the store I identified Victor by his name tag. Very friendly professional demeanor. The part has since been installed in my car and I can't describe the joy that I have when it fits and it works the first time. Keep up the great work, I won't forget this.

The return policy for this company is ATROCIOUS. Do NOT buy anything here because you cannot get a refund even if you open the item. The assistant manager at this location, Ben was rude as heck also. Never buying from here again. And I ll be sure to tell my friends and family to not do so either.

Went there on Sunday customer service wasn t the best didn t have the part I needed I spoke to Dylan which I honestly didn t know as an employee there, not dressed in uniform thankyou agian

This O'Reilly's is the hub.if they don't have your part at this location then it probably don't exist.

I stopped here because my car died twice. Shawn was extremely helpful and tested my battery to determine it was bad, and then installed the new one for me. The whole experience took less than 45 minutes. Shawn was great and very courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to go here again!

Good service. My friend did a hassle free return. The store was fully stocked and clean. Wish it was advertised more. I live close-by and never knew it was there.

Extremely helpful staff. They had everything I needed; honored the quoted price on the phone and even lent me a tool to repair the issue. The store was very clean and organized. They answered all my questions and I had a lot because I don't know much about cars or repairing them. I can't stress enough how grateful I was for their informative and courteous staff. Thanks O'reilly's!!!

Went in to get an engine light looked at as they have a large sign that says they will help you with determining the cause. All I got was attitude and a very gruff greeting. Oh and I was the only customer in the store. Went to ADP up the street and was treated by a friendly helpful store member got it figured out quickly and more importantly pleasantly.

they are not very friendly I like the place, it has more inventory than other auto parts. I spent a long time waiting to pay while 2 people served 1 customer

Worst parts store employees are rude and clueless, they leave you on hold. I ordered a part that was supposed to be next day, on day 4 they still can t locate the part and reordered it 2x with no results. I gave them my name and number more than once and they can t locate me in the system . Last employee I talked to said it s not his fault and that I have to deal with it he s lucky I didn t go in the store.

I don't recall the name of the woman who assisted putting on my car wipers but I believe she went above and beyond for me. I asked her to help putting on my wipers and without a blink of an eye she went outside in the freezing weather and put them on in literally 2 seconds. That's what I call amazing customer service.

Poor selection of nuts n bolts. Needed 1/4-20 x 1 1/4"x 20 Allen head for ceter caps.... sad that I had to go to lowes up the street. Staff was helpful and nice!! Politicians fly around in private jets across the world to take about global warming... if they were concerned, don't you think the would just do conference calls of zoom meetings?!?!?!

Always have what i need. Always cheaper than the other shops. Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful clercks. But always end up buying more than i need cause they always have random good deal.

Bailed me out by having a Mercedes sway bar link for fraction of the price as other local auto parts stores. Signed up for rewards card while there. Will definitely shop again!

No help whatsoever. The first part I got from them was defective, the second was mislabeled. And none of the employees seemed to understand how their own system worked. Go somewhere else.
