I went to the Crescent St store to purchase a fog light bulb for my VW Atlas. John went above and beyond helping me select the correct bulb and offered to install it for me. He was very knowledgeable, personable and polite. I highly recommend this store based on my positive experience!

Hi. I came in this morning asking to have my battery tested. I spoke to a wonderful guy named John. He helped me and told me I needed a battery. He installed it and was very friendly and helpful. You should be proud to have a great worker like him. I will be coming back for all my car needs. Please appreciate him. Thanks

I needed a new bulb today for my rear turn signal and brakes.John was great, he checked my lights on both sides to make sure everything was working correctly and installed the new bulb for me which is not that easy in my car. I would definitely recommend O'Reilly's!

Upon entering the establishment, I found myself in dire need of wheel bearings, however, I was devoid of any knowledge regarding the specific part number or any pertinent information regarding the nature of my requirement. Fortunately, the individuals present, Bobby and John, proved to be invaluable assets by assisting me in determining the precise components necessary to complete my task, despite the inability of advanced auto parts and AutoZone to provide me with similar aid. I m a new O Reilly s customer now

I walked in asking for something simple. The guy made it feel like I was wasting his time and pretty much had an attitude the entire transaction. The girl he was talking to before me seemed to have decent service. Disappointed. The other Brockton location was much friendlier.

Three employees on, not doing anything work related at the front of the store when I walked in with my 6 year old. They continued on with a conversation that had nothing to do with the structure of the business (I believe they were talking about another employee who works there that called out for whatever reason and they all had their own opinion on the matter, not one of the positive) why do I know this?? This is not something they should do in front of customers.... really at all for that matter. No one is perfect. I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed assistance. The gentleman that rang me up was very nice although the conversation between the other 2 employees went on as I approached the register without the skip of a beat!

After AutoZone refuse to install my new windshield wipers that I just bought from them, I came to O'Reilly Auto parts and told them what happened. They were more than happy to help me install my windshield wipers. Yeah O'Reilly's may be a little more expensive, but the customer service is completely worth it.

Went to 2 other parts stores nearby looking for deep pan tranny filter for my truck. No one had it, all wanted me to order it from them or drive 3 towns over to get it from their other locations. Decided to try O s down the road. Was helped instantly when I walked in, and they had the part at a good price. Very helpful. In fact, every time I go here they always seem to have 2x the amount of employees working the counter, minimizing wait time. They all seem friendly and helpful. I shopped another parts store out of habit, as they ve been around before O s, but after my past few disappointing experiences with customer service, I think I m going to switch to making O s my new go to for parts.

Sad as I walk in the employees were discussing why they can't hit sales... It was the first time I entered the store, no greetings or assistance was offered. I was looking for product that was to customize my car found the product elsewhere with amazing services.

Always love this auto store. I drive by two others just to get here because the staff are always helpful and know what they're talking about. These people will surely help you with your vehicle needs.

I look and checked other parts store for my Toyota truck some said its a deal part but O Reilly they had for a good price Thank God no dealer today.

Parts and prices are good. Service is horrible. Waited in line for 10 mins while store was absolutely empty. Associate seemed not happy to help me. I shall not return to this location.

Haven't had any bad experiences at this auto store the staff is pretty well-trained and the parts a very reasonable they also have free loaner tools but you must pay a deposit in order to use which is returned when you bring them back

Poor customer service. Poor quality parts. GO TO AUTOZONE ADVANCE OR NAPA!!!! Don't waste your time at o'Reilly's.
