I got into a fender bender in November while driving my son to school and brought my car here. I worked with Nico and he went above and beyond to get quality parts for a great price to repair my vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the job done. Nico is is a trustworthy professional. Car looks like new and runs perfect. They have a great team of professional and friendly mechanics at this location. I will be bringing my car here from now on and highly recommend the Brockton shop.

I had my insurance repair on my dodge sent here Ron is fantasticmy insurance adjustor missed a few items, Ron contacted them with a supplemental on extra parts needed. They approved it and repairs were done in no time Thanks to Ron and his staff A+A+A+

Maaco of Brockton did an amazing job!! Nico was so awesome to work with and great at communication and helped with every step of the process. My 20 year old car had so many dents and needed new paint and now it looks brand new. Best customer service and paint job ever! Highly recommend!

My car, by their own admission, is not the type of car they usually paint. It's a 2003 Jaguar XKR supercharged convertible. A 88,000.00 car when new, it needed a complete paint job and some minor bodywork. These guys did a terrific job for 2500.00 dollars. This was 2000.00 less than body shops on Cape Cod quoted me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maaco at this location, especially to my fellow members at Cape Cod British Car Club. Great work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After hitting a deer and damaging several drivers-side panels on our Jeep Grand Cherokee, we dropped our car off at Maaco-Brockton for an estimate and repair. They beat the pricing received at two other shops I had visited and repaired the damage in less than one week to 'as-new' condition! I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff who handled my repair.

I don t remember the name of the young lady out of Brockton Maaco, but she was outstanding in her service to me, she was polite, she makes sure I was aware of what would be going on with my car, she knew what she was doing and mostly she made eye contact with me.Thank you Maaco from Brockton I definitely would be back if anything else goes wrong with my car.Service: Body & Trim

Jeff was very helpful and accommodating to my schedule. They did phenomenal work on my car after a lady reversed into me and left a small dent above my rear tire. Very grateful for their quality of service. I will be back so they can buff out my car and make it shine like new. Thank you for the spectacular customer service. My mom referred me and she was 100% right about them. I would ve went to BMW like I normally do for everything. But I m glad I took a chance with this facility. There aren t many places that offer great service and work. They detailed the inside of my car, and it was complimentary! MAACO s has exceeded my expectations beyond belief. You have a customer for life.

Very impressed with this particular Maaco. Kim was fantastic. She was responsive and accommodating. The manager was also refreshingly honest and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about my 1st experience with Maaco. Really blew my mind. Have to say, this was the 2nd time I was pleasantly surprised by a Maaco franchise. The first was a simple paint job in Vegas that was a great value and very decent quality especially for the price, and more recently at the Westgate Mall facility.Jeff handled my vehicle. It's been difficult finding folks to work on it because of its age (2001 Volvo S40). He paid great attention to all my detailed requests, installing new parts where available and then repairing old trim, etc. where necessary. Everything was done well and it looks great. I had several estimates well over $10,00 previously. My car came in WELL under that. A great value and great experience.Thanks guys-Steve G.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent experience. Worked with Nico, and he was very helpful and very tentative to all the details when it came to replacing the damaged parts of my car. He was also very tentative with the insurance company, and followed up with them regularly, which made it a lot easier for me. He was highly responsive to my questions and concerns, and made sure to thoroughly test my car before it was handed off to me. Not to mention, they also shined my car on the outside and made sure it was sparkling clean on the inside before handing off, which is a detail that I appreciate as a customer. Highly recommended!

This Marco was fantastic. My car had rust all on the back tailgate and Brian did a awesome job . I'm so happy with the way it came out . Looks new again. The rust is comdone. The team was amazing! My car looks like a brand new car, after I took it there for a cover light and bumper replacement. In addition to the amazing work they did in the car; they were very pleasant, they even cleaned the inside of the car for me, saved me a trip to the car wash Ahahah. I can t think of any better place . Again thank you Nico, Brian, and Stephan.

The folks at MAACO in Brockton were super helpful! My car was returned with stellar body work/repairs and cleaned both inside and out. Above all, Brian and Stefan were friendly and courteous. They guided me through the entire process after an accident (not my fault.) From advice on navigating insurance to arranging a hassle-free rental replacement, they were true professionals. They made an unpleasant situation much more pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Had a front passenger door that was completely broken, they replaced the door on 2019 Kia Sedona van and painted the car beautifully. Thank you Jim for your excellent customer service. Brian was a very attentive and clear communicator. He made sure I didn t wait around when I came to drop off my car. He explained the process and steps involved in getting repairs approved by LeasePlan to me. He even offered to arrange for a rental for me but that was taken care of by my company. He made sure to keep me informed and gave me status updates throughout the time my car was in the shop. If I were to assign a score to my overall satisfaction, it would be 100%.Thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was respectful kind and helpful..Brian was very professional and made me feel at ease ....he gave me a price for the work I needed and he stuck to it....i talked to other companies before coming to maaco...one company ?massison in rockland recommended Maaco and said they might do the same job at a cheaper rate...they were correct...i am extremely happy with the work and the way I was treated by brockton maacoServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Was hoping to get a cheap quick fix for my vehicle ended up being most likely the best job I have ever seen for the price and how much work was done, even detailed the interior and touched up the outside.
