Best exhaust shop around the guys there are very helpful, Joey is super honest anyone who needs work on there exhaust Lou s Brockton is the one and ONLY place i recommend I wouldn t trust anyone else with exhaust work

Shout out to Joey and Ty for being so inviting and super helpful when it came to getting my exhaust fixed and updated. Everything was done is such a timely manner and I am absolutely in love with the work done. I will definitely be coming back for some different work and will be 100% recommending anyone to come down and get some work done. You guys were so amazing and this was the best experience I've ever had with a shop! Thank you guys so much!!

Excellent service will recommend to all.I Called in morning they told me come in an get a quote they gave me my options of what we could do I choose what I wanted an they got it done for me with in an hour not even. Couldn't be happier. Lou's in Brockton is the best of the best an will recommend an bring all my vehicles to them for exhaust work. Thanks again to everyone involved the whole team over there is top notch.

Lou's was great. They are one of the most efficient shops I have seen in a long time. The crew there works in great harmony and because of this I was able to get my exhaust fixed in under 30 minutes. I was in and out.I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this shop for anyone who wants a custom exhaust or just needs theirs fixed.

Brought my car in on short notice for a simple muffler repair on my way to work in the morning, and the team there got my car into and out of the shop repaired in under 30 minutes. Very honest and communicated all work done promptly. Would recommend going here for any exhaust issues

Was recommended by a dealership to get my muffler here. Joey and the crew were great! I called first to set an appointment thinking I d drop off for the day. Was told it would take 25 or 30 minutes? Drove right over and sure enough I was In and out in 30 minutes with a new muffler! Wow!!! Thanks! Will definitely be a repeat customer hopefully not too soon though :)

Lous 508 Brockton is the GOAT the OG! My son has his exhaust work done there, Joey and his crew are the most professional and honest crew around. They could easily sell and install parts he doesn t need, but they treat him like he s their friend and sells and installs parts he needs. Thank you Lou s Brockton for setting an example of how an honest business should operate and make an impression on the young car enthusiasts like my kid.

Tried calling to speak to someone. I was talking to someone on the phone and I was passed off without even being told after I described my interest. Owner got on the phone while still talking to someone else. Asks me what s up as if I didn t just explain what I would like. As I m going to speak he s yelling at someone in the background then what s up me super aggressive. Don t even wanna spend my money here knowing that s how they answer the phone. I ll try another Lous Custom. Maybe one with actual customer service training.

Today I had the pleasure of doing business with Joe and I could not be happier. First of all, all of the guys were friendly and helpful. Second, they had me in an out in less than 15 minutes and only charged me $160 for the work performed. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a problem with their vehicle. They re great

This place is absolutely horrible. They did work on my exhaust, and I thought everything was good because it was quiet. But that wasn't the case. They cut out and stole my catalytic converter after me, spending 200 plus for the work to be done. I didn't notice until almost a year later when my car started to sound loud again. I went to another muffler place and they told me what was done and showed me what it was supposed to look like before they did any work. They're a bunch of thieves and dishonest.If you notice this company has been doing this for a long time. I see they did it to someone else 8 years ago. Hopefully they get shut down.

This place is great! I literally called today in the morning and spoke to Joey about my situation and he took me in asap. I get there and they were extremely friendly and finished the job within 10 minutes! What happened was my exhaust rusted out so it ripped off and what was great is that Joey took me under the car and gave me an even better suggestion and now my car sounds amazing! I highly recommend everyone come here!

Very professional..I love the office because it reminds me of the small family owned businesses..Very family oriented.and they also give back to the community by teaching young men and women the trade. I really like how they showed me what needed to get fixed and gave me different price options. I would definitely go back for any more exhaust problems.

Out of all the Lou's shops the Brockton shop is by far the best! Excellent customer service and some really knowledgeable guys here. They are honest and go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is done right. 10/10

Joey took great care of me , he did a brand new exhaust on my Impala and I couldn t be happier. Great guys down there at Lou s , they got the job done quick and for a good price ! Take a trip down there and they ll get you right

Beyond honest customer services best prices around I love the fact they take you in and show you the repair not a lot of places do that they love to make more off of you ! They have a forever customer with me! Highly recommend

Had noisy pipe. In and out 40 min max.. Car was still idling out side. They grabbed it. Put it up .Took me underneath-"Gotta cut here, here, and a new flex pipe. Muffler looks fine . $350" Done.

I think $500 for installing a flex pipe ( $30 part at any parts store) it s a little too much. Te main guy told me that it s a big job and they have to remove the whole exhaust in order to install it because of lack of room there and I agree to the price for such a MAGNITUDE job. It took half an hour to install it,pretty sure they didn t remove the whole exhaust ,charge me $500 . In my opinion a complete ripoff ! What s the hourly rate $900 ? Never again !

My sister referred me to Joey as she has a business relationship with him to have my car checked for an exhaust leak. I thought I might have. I stopped in and was greeted right away. They also took my car and assessed it price the job and had it done in under 20 minutes, and at an affordable price at that!!! Joey and his crew are very professional, pleasant and attentive to any customer that pulls in the lot I would highly recommend.Service: Exhaust

Last min replacement of an exhaust Kou got me same day excellent service on my Hyundai Tucson yes expensive but it was even more at my regular guy he came under was very happy tks guys.
