Great customer service!!! My experience was warm and caring. They alleviated all my concerns regarding my car. They did a wonderful job fixing my car. And the detailed service was immaculate. I would definitely recommend my friends and family.

Maria is great! She was overly helpful to me when I really needed her. I am going back to her again anytime that I need auto body work! She is a good business owner! I would recommend anyone that I know to her in the future because I trust her work!Shera, customer.

Awesome family business! From reading a few reviews I could tell those are personal attacks. I was treated like royalty my vehicle was ready on the date mentioned. I also had a few choices on rental while my truck was being repaired. Excellent paint job! KYLA S ROCK!!

I would recommend Kyla's auto body to all my friends and family! They went above and beyond to make sure all my needs where meet. Hands down one of the best auto body shops I've delt with in along time.

I had the pleasure of working with Maria, I was referred to her by a friend. From the beginning she worked with me and made me feel at ease . She did a wonderful job on my car. My car ends up in Maria and Ariann�s hands for a terrible reason. But it couldn t be in better hands. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, I recently brought a work Diesel Truck to Maria to do some dents on the cab. Diesel f350 with 50k miles. Truck was stolen from the body shop and found by Brockton police 2 days later and check engine light on and smells like death. Maria became so disrespectful and belligerent when I asked her if she will contact her insurance as this was her negligence and should see that my truck was at least the same shape I gave it to her. My Truck was just left in the street in front of my house with no plates and keys left inside. This has been one of the most hurtful experience I have ever dealt with in any business. DO NOT GO TO KYLAS AUTO BODY PLACE IS A JOKE FOR A BODY SHOP.

I had an AWESOME EXPERIENCE here!!!!! Will most definitely be coming back for any work that I need done . The Staff was great , the prices are very affordable and they did in amazing job on my car not to mention they did it in 2 days. Went there to get my car estimated and they took it and put me in a rental the same day . If you need auto body work done THIS IS THE PLACE!!! There the best around .

The real "Average Joe" pricing and that's a breath of fresh air in today's world!I have a 2000 GMC Savannah extended cargo van and I was told it wouldn't pass inspection because of rust on rear quarter and under side cargo doors.The "Cadillac" of body shops wouldn't touch it. Thanks to Kyla's taking on the job. The van passed inspection.More than happy to deal with a sluggish turnaround time when the price and service can't be beat!

Terrible customer service. If you have the option of going somewhere else, do that. Maria promises things that she doesn't follow through on. When she's called out on it, watch out! Her mouth is very disrespectful. Not a way to speak to customers. Really don't know how she's still in business.

1. They don't have rentals, so don't believe that lie. 2. The paint faded and changed color after 5 months. Horrible. 3. Maria is the worst person to deal with once you let her know you are dissatisfied.
