Vineyard truckingThey re not reliableI went to Kenworth northeast Brockton mato fix def Problem and engineCoolant line fitting that with leaking.They keep the truck for five daysThey didn't fix coolant line they Change 2 clamps on coolant lineFor cap heater and charger me 3 hours labor $561 to change2 clamps nothing wrong with them .I spoke to the manager & said we can split the labor he tookMy address to send me check for 40 days ago didn't send itI called the dealer last month I couldn t spoke to managerCustomer service told me my check processing they didn tSend it yet .

I was impress from walking in and walking out great customer service and great repair shop crew. It was late night but that don t stop Greeting customers as walking and directing you to the department needed to go to. Like to thank Jim ,Richard Lavallee , Morgen, and Louie ...they are very prominent people to the Kenworth company . Kenworth should look into making this guys go around state by state into training other employees. They know what extra mile is for great customer service. I travel state to state I m a trucker.... and I been to many story s but this people Listen to my problems and they find solutions and they get results. They worked great as in team work .This place gave me the key and walked me and explained to me the work done and told me thank you for my business. Other places give you the key and say bye or nothing at all.So much to explain, the greatest experience this Four Employee did. This people love their jobs and love what Kenworth stands for ,thanks guys From Lone Star dedicated

Decent experience. They did tell me my truck would be done in one day and ended up taking 9 days. Lost about $9,000 with the truck parked at the dealership.

Call D. s guys to ask them a simple question about how something works on my Kenworth I bought and was told to Google it. That is so outrageous. first time ever Collin a dealer and they had no idea how something works on a product that they make. Smh

Was there on 2/28/23 had fault code for fuel pressure. Checked in said probably couldn't get to me till morning,ok so just went back out to truck,kick back till morning.About hr later they came out pulled me in. Found issue,parts in stock,fixed issue and off I went. Great place,Friendly,Professional and dog treats for my copilot. That being said,Thank You for getting me back on road so quickly.

Nice & Friendly staff. Delivered a truck load of brake parts & they were good enough to take it 1/2 an hour before their receiving time, & unloaded in about 30 minutes. Restrooms available, not sure if you can park overnight.

This is what happens when you spend four days at Kenworth is Brockton, Massachusetts with air conditioner issues! I told them in detail what the problem was with my air and they couldn't replicate the problem so now here I am riding across the desert in New Mexico and it's been OVER 100 degrees today. If I could rate this location a ZERO, I would. I am beyond pissed right now! I guess if you can't figure it out by plugging a machine to it, then nobody there could figure it out! On top of them not doing a damn thing to my truck, they charged me $260!

Dropped my truck off for service for the first time with this shop. The mechanic working on the truck Geoff kept me in the loop throughout the process and informed me of some issues that I was unaware of at the time. Appreciate the workmanship and attention to detail.

dealer ship had my truck for weeks they damaged my mirror and fender but never told me about it until it was time to pick it up . The fender is still damaged and they refuse to repair it at the same time I was given bills for over $5,200 but the best part is they didn't fix the problem. WORST DEALER SHIP EVER .

Be aware. Called for wiper arms. Price they had was 197.00$ each. i offered to pay for 2, they told me " will keep the parts for you". I opted not to ship but went in person to check the shop for future business. I have a fleet of 25 trucks only one is Kenworth. Checked in with a very rude second shift sale representative. i was the only one there. Made me wait for no reason. Price he had was 210$ each. Left. Next day checked with a different shop in CT, price was 20% less. Still very expensive for a wiper arm.This will be my last Kenworth for sure. i did a mistake giving a try, just for the looks. Service + parts, suck in general in Massachusetts.

All warranty-related visits here have been handled quickly and courteously. I brought our K270 in for its first PM plus a couple of minor issues; they did it while I waited ( I was at Kenworth Northeast for about four hours). I was kept informed about the progress of the work on tbe truck. Considering the amount of work done, I thought the bill was reasonable.Whenever I need to visit, they take care of my need to get there ASAP when I call for an appointment. The downside: it's a 48 mile drive to their facility. The upside: the K270 is a GREAT highway cruiser!!!

KW dealers in general suck!! I now regret not buying a Volvo. The exception to this is this dealer. Every one treated me with respect. No one lied. Service was done quickly and I wasn't charged an astronomical amount. I'd come back here any time. Charlotte is another good dealership. Thanks guys!!!

Horrible, My company Clean Harbors uses this dump I ve been here many times for different trucks. I have a truck that has been here 2 months. When It came here I stopped in to have a couple things done while its there. 2 months later truck isn t done for original work and the 3 small things I want done before I pick it up aren t done. Here s the best part I came in today for transmission fluid leak (which they just put in a few months back) told them I m going to wait for the truck unless it has to stay. Told them I ll be in the driver waiting area. Truck went in at 7:30 am at noon time I asked about it. They told me they have to keep it. I found out they put it out back and new at 9:15. That s how non professional they are. I wouldn t take a lawnmower there

Only Jim the parts manager was courteous during my initial day there. The rest were rude, even asking me to leave twice. Which is especially inappropriate considering business was slow at the time. My truck was in there 8 days for the bunk heater. I suspect that they probably delayed me needlessly, costing me excessive time and money. Perhaps someone can go over the timelines of the work performed. Thanks. jah

They were very professional, kind ,and went out of their way for me!!! They offered to watch my pooch so I could walk across the street to grab something to eat!!! ( and he is cute but not friendly kind of dog either!! And they won his heart with kindness)But back to truck work, they got me right in and finished up same day. Replace water pump and belts, having parts delivered in, you say no big deal but it is!!! I've been out here 20yrs all 48 and Canada this Kenworth in Brockton, Ma ....They AMAZED me!!!

This place took a 4 day job and turned it into a 4 week job. Then when the man wanted to tow his truck back to his home mechanic the pushed his truck out in the snow. The pistons had snow and rain all in it, these people are amateur at best!! Dont take your truck here what so ever!!

I called this place for ECM flash (recall) and I was told to bring the truck in, as soon I got here the service writer didn't waste no time, In & Out in 30 minutes.Nowadays if is not Covid19 excuse they just pure lazy workers with attitude...People here are still carrying the AMERICAN VALUES....WORK ETHICS!!!Thank you for keeping the American way and doing right thing!

Needed a Clutch fan replaced. They had to get one in Albany. Was able to get in and out of there very quickly. The staff was nothing but courteous and professional. If we are back in the area and need service, this will be the place we come to.

After seeing what you did to that mans truck. Dismantled and abandoned in the snow,I wouldn't let you work on my golf cart. Seriously, nobody there thought to tell that parts replacer,cause he dam sure isn't a mechanic, to at least put a tarp over it. That shows not only his,but the managements lack of respect for what someone else has worked hard for and brought to your shop for repairs. I will admit we only see the drivers side of the story on social media,,yeah,its going viral and your shops gonna be famous in a bad way, but even if there was a confrontation, driver was rude,severe disagreement over price,there is NO excuse to treat someone's equipment this way. Also,if driver is correct and your charging 33 grand just for parts on an inframe WTH?? I'm looking at overhaul kits at a Cummins dealer and the most expensive package is 11,500$ including the head.

stay away from this Kenworth dealership they re very unprofessional their front desk staff have poor knowledge ,terrible communications skills and they do a horrible job. I have taken my truck there twice for an alignment and it comes out worst every time .small owner operators DONOT COME HERE you will over spend . Total waste of time and money .

I want to tell everyone that I had a great experience with Tri-State Kenworth. I came in with my 2010 Kenworth T370 to have my drive line bearings checked and my ECM codes checked. I also had them change the engine oil and differential oil. After all the work done, the service manager talked with me about everything they found,. He was courteous and respectful. I felt like he really cared about my truck. Also I was pleasantly surprised to see fair a invoice, they charged for only the actual labor time instead of the "book time" or round everything up to the full hour labor rate like many other service places seem to do.I would definitely recommend this place to any kenworth truck owners that need service in the area.

End up getting towed to Kenworth they got right on it and fixed me up took a couple days but was done right first time here and was treated like a regular thanks Joe and your Kenworth team!!!

My husband and I have been here several times for the same issue. The service writers are rude and they never have time for anything. Several times we have dropped our truck off on Saturday morning told them we need it back by Monday night it never happens. We drop it off Saturday it's ready by Wednesday or Thursday. That is 3 to 4 days with no income coming in and they don't seem to care. I've never seen people that are absolutely non proactive at their jobs and just utterly lazy. The only reason we take it back is because of the warranty. If this continues we are looking to take legal action.

THIS THE WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITHFirst my truck went there BECAUSE it lost its prime during a fuel filter replacement but somehow they put a 3 inch crack in my cylinder head while they were removing an injector and told me it was like that when it came in. Long story short I ended paying $32000 for an engine overhaul. one hour after I got the truck it broke down because a coolant hose to the turbo was loose, two weeks later the turbo came loose, so loose the driver was able to shake with one hand, it burned the wiring harness and everything around that area. They paid to have it fixed as it happened in VA. Three weeks later in TEXAS a fuel line came loose and got damaged, it was over the weekend so We paid to have it fixed ourselves and they refuse to reimburse us for it. One week later the turbo went because of vibration in the shaft. They refused to pay for it and told me that it was preexisting( same turbo that came loose a couple weeks prior) . Stay away from this Place because these people are CROOKED and they will do and say anything to take your money. They also Fixed 2 other trucks for us and refuse to warrant their work. THEY USED TO HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION BUT NOW THEY ARE DOING CROOKED BUSINESS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
