I cannot express how impressed I am with the exceptional service provided by IDEAL Collision Center. Hank kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and his transparency in explaining the necessary repairs was not only refreshing but also built trust. The turnaround time was quick, and the results were nothing short of outstanding. My car feels like new, and I cannot thank them enough! I highly recommend Hank for any car repair needs and I will definitely be returning for any future automotive needs.

This ..place was absolutely amazing, I truly had such a great experience with them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone looking for an honest , reliable place to get their car fixed. Hank and Santo went above and beyond for me with everything!! They helped get me into a rental when I had trouble , with all my insurance stuff and they even got my car in the same day I called , even fixed my brakes for me as well and that wasn t even what my car was there for. Most importantly they really worked with me on the price of my car, they understood how expensive unexpected car problems can be and that was a huge help . Nothing but the best, Hank and his crew are amazing, responsible and honest. He walked me through the entire process and kept me up to date on all the repairs done to my car. They paint matched and repaired my vehicle on a timely manner and the paint job came out amazing! Great service great people! Will definitely recommend them hands down!!!!!!!

When I picked up my car, I was absolutely delighted with the results. The work that had been done was impeccable, and my car looked as good as new. The staff had paid close attention to every detail, and the end result was a car that looked and felt like it had just rolled off the showroom floor.In conclusion, I would highly recommend Ideal Collision Center to anyone who is in need of quality auto body work/service their vehicle. Hank and the whole team are a pleasure! They went above and beyond to fix my car up. They were always there to answer the phone and answer any questions I had. I had hit it against a tree when I was camping and they made it look brand new! No issues driving it home, It really made my day, they're truly wonderful and you can tell they love what they do. I brought my classic car here for some body and paint work. I must say I dealt with the manager Hank and he assured me that my car was in good hands. The work they did was awesome. They definitely know what they are doing. Paint matched perfect .100%satisfied.

I was in an accident, had my car a 2021 Accord repaired let me tell you they did an amazing job!!!! Hank the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. Repaired with genuine Honda parts. Even detailed my car it was cleaner than when I first bought it. Hank delt with the Insurance company I didn't have to do a thing. Wow!!

If you are reading this, please look no further. Bring your vehicle to the guys at ideal collision center. I really can t recommend them enough. I got a chance to meet Hank and Adi. They go above and beyond what you expect them to do. Customer service is just great, and they are very kind. Hank did an excellent job achieving the finishing look on my vehicle. He really knows what he is doing and has many years of experience. So please, do not hesitate to bring it in.

Understood my circumstances with a time sensitive departure for Florida and had the vehicle done a day early. The vehicle looked like it had just come off the lot when it was finished! I cannot recommend Ideal Collision enough! They truly went above and beyond for me! Hank took his time walking me through everything that would happen and handled the insurance. Santos consistently communicated and kept me updated throughout the process. To top it all off I got my car back cleaner than ever! My car looks brand new again, 10/10 experience, highly recommended!!

Couldn t be more HAPPY that I chose this company to do my repairs. Got my vehicle back even better than when I first got it. These guys took care of everything with my insurance company, even my rental situation. Absolutely professional! Excellent customer service. Ideal Collision Center has been by far the best business I ve dealt with when it comes to customer service. From the moment I ve contacted them initially to assist me with towing my vehicle to their lot they have been nothing short of remarkable. I dealt with Adi throughout the entire process of repairing my vehicle and not only did he make himself available every single time I reached out to him, he kept in touch with me while he was on vacation in a different country to make sure nothing was left undone and I was following the entire progress. I can t stress enough how amazed I am by their diligence and superior customer service. Ideal collision was recommended to me by a friend and I m certainly going to use this business in the future. I can t say enough about Ideal Collision Center! I had used this shop under the old management but Santos and his staff made my car look like it did when I bought it. I am so pleased with their work. I had only had my car a few months when l had fender bender. Santos made the process so simple. Going over the claim paperwork and making sure l had a rental while my car was being repaired! They completed the work in record time so l had my car for Christmas! I am definitely recommending them to friends and family.Service: Body & Trim

These guys are amazing. They genuinely want to help the customer and take time educate them all along the way. I brought my car here after an accident and from start to finish the communication was outstanding. Very friendly and personable people too. I hope I never have another collision but if I do I'm 100% using Ideal Collision.

This place 10 star for sure !! Fix my front end asap my car is brand new !! Clean my interior for me !! Fix unexpected damage for free !! Didn t pay anything out of my pocket !! My first review ever because ICC is THAT good! After a small crash ICC serviced my car and I could not be happier with the results. Jay and his team at ICC were professional, knowledgeable about their work and did an AMAZING job! My car looks like when I first bought it if not better! Had to get my bumper replaced. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. They even stayed until I got out of work to drop my car off after hours. The work was phenomenal!! About 2 weeks and my car was done. They even assisted with helping me get a rental (this was my first time getting my car repaired and I was unprepared) I love the work they did how professional they were and how they kept me in the loop and did things on time even having my car done 2 days early WITH A HOLIDAY! I m impressed and I think everyone should go there. Even the detailing was amazing. Would def recommend !!!Service: Body & Trim

I am so glad I chose Ideal for my car repairs. I made one phone call and they fit my car in ASAP. Hank and his team were friendly, clear and helpful communicating with my insurance and rental company which made the whole process even easier. I felt comfortable leaving my car with them. Not only were the damages repaired but the whole car was detailed and now my car looks better than even before the damages happened.
