It's hard to find quality and fair service where I live. So, meeting Roger and the rest of the crew was a breath of fresh air. They were very thorough and professional during the entire process.I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the tires I wanted in stock. With those being the sale item of the month, I assumed there would plenty available. Overall, I'm very happy and would highly recommend that shop.

Can t say enough good about my experience. They were thorough and honest in the inspection of my vehicle. Customer service and communication was professional; I was updated on the progress of the repairs timely and the cost of the repairs and service was reasonable. My vehicle is running like new again. I take comfort in knowing that my vehicle was serviced and repaired by a team of professionals. Thank you

I came with no appointment, on a Sunday!Place was nice very clean and quite.Everyone was very nice and they took me right away! Excellent service and fast!Definitely recommend!

I booked an appointment online at 9am for a 2pm flat tire repair. I called at noon to confirm the appointment and was told that not only do I not have an appointment, but there are no appointments available today. The employee told me that there were only 2 people working the entire shop and he was so swamped he couldn't even follow up to let people know they don't have appointments. Please staff your shop or pause online appointments. It's not almost 1 and I have no way to repair my car. I wish I'd be alerted sooner so I could try to make an appointment somewhere else.

This Firestone location is amazing!! Filled with great employees that are personable with great personalities. Dropping your car off is a smooth process and you receive quick responses on the best effective options to take. Evans the manger is efficient and professional, while being a straight shooter.You will be in and out! Highly recommend

Terrible experience!! Made an appointment for 8:00am it took them 41/2 hours to put on 4 new tires. Totally unacceptable. Didn't tell us anything and were not friendly at all. Will never go there again. I don't recommend this place at all.

The worse when in there to get a nail out out my tires charge me 30 dollars and 1 ahour later and my tire still leaks air now I Gota get a new tire never again.. not event for free will I ever ever go there again

A Lifesaver at Firestone Brockton!I recently found myself in the midst of a car crisis, and Evens at Firestone Brockton truly came to the rescue. It's uncanny how car problems seem to strike at the most inconvenient times, but Evens turned what could have been a nightmare into a manageable situation.His expertise and professionalism were evident from the moment I explained my maintenance issue. Evens not only addressed the problem efficiently with his trusted team but also went above and beyond to ensure I understood the process and the options available, to be honest there wasn t many lol, either get it done or drive off and pray for the best haha.In a world where car troubles can feel like inevitable setbacks, having someone like Evens on your side is a beacon of hope for those of us who might not be the best planners. I didn't feel pressured to get all the things they found in fixed in that moment. Evens the manager identified the things that were most pressing and let me choose and let me know I could come back when i was ready emphasized that I didnt have too long.

I am so relieved to see companies with professional, pleasant employees, still. It s a plus when the service results are also stellar. It s the epitome of 5 star! The Brockton locations whole staff Roger, Dito, Dasean, and Chris helped make the experience worth my 45 min drive. Their Brockton location, also, is the nearest location that has my low profile tires. The tires quality deserves its own review because they are very luxurious. Dito was very helpful and fluent in Firestone customer care. Isaiah came through on my next visit and eased any concerns I had about oil. He s very knowledgeable and loves working on Mercedes Benz!Thank you gentlemen for your will to continue making a difference every day. Roger, your enthusiasm for car knowledge and car specs is a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Firestone to myself and everyone lol. It s also a shorter wait than the dealership.

The guys over at Firestone on 126 Warren Avenue in Brockton did a fantastic job fitting two new tires for my car on Memorial Day weekend. Exceptional customer service and great service. Thanks to Evan and Rogers for the help.
