I came in today for an exchange without an receipt for an item purchased a few months back. Only used twice and stopped working. The custome service rep Jeff P worked with me to replace the item. He was kind and patient and made the experience stress free. I live on the opposite side of town and I always come to this location. They care about the customers and not just making a sale!

My check engine light came on and I was literally panicking thinking the worst. I found out online that I can go to AutoZone and they can see what the problem is. I went to this location as it was the closest to my house. They were able to figure out the issue in a matter of 5 minutes. I feel so relieved that the issue isn t a major one and now I know exactly what to tell the car shop what to fix when I bring my car. Thank you!!

I received the best customer service! I m not really car savvy! But everyone was very patient with me and answered allllll my questions! I was even referred to a local mechanic to install the parts I purchased! I would definitely recommend family and friends to this autozone!

The manager on duty today was extremely pleasant. I went in for a battery placement, he was very professional, while welcoming. I will definitely be taking my business here from now on. Thank you for all your help , especially with my acc filter .

I just had the most wonderful experience at AutoZone on Crescent Street in Brockton! Mike and Jenn were absolutely phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help me replace the battery for my key fob. Mike brought me over some tools to help me and Jenn saw me struggling, trying to replace my battery, I could not open my key fob and she stopped what she was doing to come over and assist me and changing my battery! I have never received such high quality of service at an AutoZone in my life. I am beyond impressed, and highly recommend this location. Do not go to any other AutoZone!!

Went in for a simple part looked on the shelves could not find size I needed. Checked at counter and the man behind the counter sitting on a stool seemed less than willing to assist me I told him item size and he just stared at his screen and asked "you tried another parts store"? "Maybe they have" . I guess Auto Zone doesn't need the business. Went to O'Reilly's next door got what I needed from a helpful pleasant professional employee who didn't need a stool to do his job. Get out of the Zone!!

Finally they are under new management and it shows, This is the best location in my opinion. Employees are very personable and knowledgable. Eddie is the go-to guy at this location, aka "The Jeep guy". They always have an answer and go above and beyond to satisfy the customers needs. Doesn't matter if it's 90� out or freezing. They are always willing to give a helping hand.

I bought a battery from auto zone. I just really want to recognize and say thank you to the manager Jay for installing my battery in my car, even on short staff. I really needed the battery in and he made it happen! Great customer service! Definitely recommend going to auto zone on crescent street in Brockton.

Absolutely outstanding . Above and beyond the way it should be at auto parts store... I was able to complete a job .Because of the extra effort and patience from Steve(n) and Mark. They helped me get the parts I needed. I was able to complete my clients car on a Sunday evening and ready for work the next morning. I truly appreciate their effort, diligence, and knowledge they provided.

Tonight this wonderful man named Jay at AutoZone on crescent Street in Brockton came to help me in front of planet fitness by the plaza to give me a jump start.I am not from Brockton and he took his time out and went above and beyondto give me a jump in cold weather and I really appreciate him.

There not helpful as soon as you walk in the door there yell can I help you with anything ,can I look first and then you come over to me nicely and sincere and say are you finding everything ok or can I help you with anything,don't yell at me from across the register,and they follow you in the store like your steeling instead of customer service.

Terrible in go inside and ask for assistance and they just look at me and are lost . I ve been dealing with auto zone for years and this one by far is the most lost group of ppl

Clean place decent size.all your automotive needs if they don't have it they'll order it like every other auto zone.staff is nice very helpful

I had just bought windshield wipers after mine had worn out. I had asked one of the employees if he can help me install my new windshield wipers, and his response was "sorry we can't because of covid" (lol what ?) I went to O'Reilly Auto parts and told them what happened, about my poor experience at AutoZone, they were appalled. O'Reilly Auto parts, gladly came outside and helped me with install my windshield wipers. Just go to O'Reilly Auto parts they're extremely helpful and they will help you.

The service is kind of slow and a lot of the employee's are not that knowledgeable they don't always give you the right parts typical of a chain store such as this one but prices are really fair in return policies are excellent they use your phone number and you don't need to save a receipt that also applies to warranties in guarantees on their merchandise

Don't go there on Crescent St cuz all you'll be told is "wait til the engine light comes on". Don't even come out with the portable diagnostic machine to plug into you car to find the problem. Other AutoZones do that! Hmmm!
