I had a great experience with these guys. I went to them for a second opinion and I'm glad I did. The dealership gave me a non-negotiable price, but when I talked to these guys, they saved me over $1000. They fixed the issue in just one day, which was great. I recommend getting a quote from them or stopping by. You might be pleasantly surprised.

The absolute best experience I've had at an auto shop! Everyone inside was so friendly and I'm Deaf myself, and there is a Deaf mechanic there as well! Made the conversation easier! Go here for all your needs, won't regret it!

. My windshield wipers were not functioning so I brought my car into the shop. Their team quickly identified a small issue, fixed it on the spot, and did not charge me for the small fix. They were very friendly and kind and I will look forward to returning in the future!

I drive an expensive car and sometimes you get concerns that you may be taken advantage of at an auto shop. I'm pleased to share that the owner and his staff were incredible, honest, and helped me with my situation. We had a very bad experience with the manager of Brighton Auto Service this morning. My 75 year old mom went to pick up her car and manager decided to charge her $47 more. When we asked him the reason he was extremely rude and started yelling I don t care what my coworker quoted you I am the manager We will file a complaint!Do NOT trust them and do NOT go there.

A BAD experience here. The shop is suspected did a bad job for my car. And their attitude towards this problem is insolent and rude.Basically I have done a car maintenance here, including oil change, filter change, and sark plunges replacement. The car CANNOT started and the check engine light is on in the next day with ONLY 6 miles drive. So I called their manager and report this issue. Then, he refused to take the responsibility, showing his impatient on the phone call and letting me call the towing service.Later, the car is surprisingly started by the helpful and friendly towing service guy and was brought to the shop. But the shop told me they are not able to find anything wrong though the manager said I can bring my car to them at any time when it goes wrong, I still feel insecure.Maybe I will check this problem at somewhere else before my road-trip.

My experience here is awful. The man talked with me it s super rude and when he got to know that I m hesitating to do service here, he started yelling and saying don t get back! Of course, I would NEVER be back to that place.

$60 for an oil change. This is pretty much the high extreme of what you can charge for the service, which gives me a pretty good sense that this mechanic is a rip off. I'll probably only go there in the future if I have some kind of emergency in the neighborhood. Otherwise I'm finding someone else.

Excellent experience here.We were traveling through Boston and my tire started leaking air. I was here at 7:45 am, a few minutes after opening and they were already busy, I think I was #6 in line.They still managed to squeeze me in without an appointment and get me on the way before noon with just 2 mechanics on duty.

Had a screw in my tire causing a leak and just happened to be driving by on my way to an appointment. Asked John if I could stop by a couple hours later, he said no problem and later fixed it in 15 minutes. Enabled us to get back home to NJ with no worries. Great experience, thanks again John!

Stopped by for a tire issue. Turned out that I had a nail causing a leak. Got help immediately. Owner was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

These guys were wonderful! They told me what was wrong with my truck .. and what wasn't.. great prices and great work. Got me back up and running ..certainly made a repeat customer here.. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and returning .. but hopefully not too soon..

John is great. He works to get your car fixed at a reasonable price in a timely manner. Love supporting local business and this auto repair shop is fantastic. Fixed serpentine belt and alternator. Explained everything. Will return again and again as needed.

Had a slashed, flat tire. Brought it in around 8AM, was completely good-to-go by 1PM, even though they were busy. Personable, professional, timely.Johnny, if you're reading this, I shall see you again soon!

I stopped in today to have my battery replaced, and even though it was last minute and unplanned, they very graciously were able to accept my business despite the lot being full. I got to ask questions about how to change it in the future and advice about where to drop it and they were very helpful! Amazing service, couldn't be happier.Service: Battery

The guys at Brighton Auto are the best! Whenever I call, they get me in quickly and never try to push any unnecessary work on me. They have been awesome at keeping in my 2004 car all these years! They are honest and reliable. The best in the area!

WOW $960. So I drop my car off at this shop before to do some work and Rick did an amazing job with it. Today I called to get a price for a job I want done, THANK GOD I CALLED BEFORE DROPPING MY CAR OFF. They are trying to charge me $960 to put on some lowering springs. WHAAAT. Based on my research it should cost no more than 4 to 500 dollars which I was willing to pay. CRAZY

I have been coming to Brighton Auto for years and I don't have a single complaint about the service. I always call ahead of time and they are great with taking you right away.Tommy, John and the Owner Rick always explain in detail what's wrong with the car, how they at fixing and what they are fixing if needed.I highly recommend taking your car if you have a problem or even if you have a question about something.

I have had exceptional service here. The mechanics are knowledgable and pleasant. The owner explains what needs to be done and what my options are. I've been a customer for over fifteen years and have always been extremely satisfied. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else

Went in with an electrical issue that caused my car to randomly stop charging and they were very helpful. Billy is a pleasure to work with and their hourly rates are more than fair. Definitely recommend!

Great service, timely responses, and reasonable prices. Came here for a service interval maintenance, oil change, and tire rotation. I dropped off my car to get a rim replaced. I was happy that the mechanic was able to squeeze me in as he was trying to leave early for a long 4th of July weekend. However upon picking up the car I noticed that the tire was for some reason over inflated. Then through out the rest of the day the tire proceeded to deflate. By next morning it was flat. Since the shop was closed I had to take my car to another mechanic and learned that the TPM sensor/valve was damaged and needed to be replaced. They basically left me stranded and I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt but this whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

Needed some exhaust work done on my daughter's car. She is going to school in Boston and didn't know were to go. Found these guys. They were able to get us in right away and fix the exhaust at a fair price. Thank you Johnny and crew.
