Josh the store manager is the definition of exceptional! He deserves to be promoted or get a raise. It is not often you come across people who are as professional, diligent, considerate and helpful. Josh was able to turn what could have ended up a detrimental situation into the best outcome imaginable. Josh deserved to be recognized for this outstanding act of service.

Went to Valvoline in Bridgewater today. Josh was so helpful and explained everything I needed to know about my oil change. He answer my questions and was patient with me. I did not feel pressured to do any extra services. I have been here before but now this is the only spot I will come for my oil changes. They test your lights and battery and fill your tires with air for free if needed. Thank you Josh and everyone who works here for your great your service!

Nice place, they re very nice but expect an up sell of something. If I wasn t paying attention an air filter would have been out in and charged for.. When I started I didn t need one as I could purchase one on my own for a 1/4 of the price, they said who s gonna put it in? I said I will, they said there s clips n stuff you gotta do , I m like dude I have a husband and he stopped. Seriously, I was in auto repair in school, had my CDL in the Army and YouTube exists!! LADIES, don t pay for extra stuff, you can do it in your own. They wanted $35.99 & it cost me $10 & 3 minutes of my time. Oh and there s coupons!!! Don t pay full price!!!!

I went for the first time to Valvoline and I will never go anywhere else. I had Ricardo and if I could give him a 100 star review I would. This was the best experience I have ever had getting my oil change. I can't recommend this location especially Ricardo enough. If you want phenomenal service please go here and get Ricardo. I can't say enough amazing things about Ricardo and this company

Very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Clean and warm environment. Love the fact that my car information is stored and by the tap of a key they have a history of what was done and what has to be done . Open 7am - 7pm. West Bridgewater location I am commenting on.

Awesome customer service. Jake took apart my AC unit and cleaned it out of all the acorns and debris and was just really nice overall.

People changed the oil so fast I didn't have time to relax. Highly recommend if you don't want to waste any time getting your car serviced. Also very friendly

Brought my car here in perfect condition for an oil change. The day after I began smelling burning oil and brought my car to a mechanic. Upon inspection they noticed the filter housing it was cracked and oil was leaking all over the manifold. The car lost 3 quarts in that short span of time. Lucky it didn t catch fire and I noticed before it caused long term damage to the engine. When I called valvoline the tried to tell me the part was known for having this issue. It only has this issue when over torqued or taken off/put on wrong. They claimed no fault and refused to help me in any way shape or form. Save your time money and car and go to the dealer or anywhere besides here.Service: Oil change

Today, I went to a service center to get the oil changed for my Mercedes Sprinter van 2500 3.0. For the past 3 years, we've been getting our company's cars serviced at Valvoline. Usually, I bring my own oil and filter from a Mercedes dealer since Valvoline doesn't typically have filters for our vehicles. However, today, the service staff told me that they can no longer change the oil if I bring my own supplies. This is incredibly disappointing. I would have understood if they raised the service price, but to outright refuse service just because I use oil and a filter from an official dealer is absurd.I was so frustrated with this situation that I took to Facebook and posted about it in a group dedicated to all the Mercedes Benz Sprinter van owners in the country, where there are over 35000 members. I believe that with such a policy, Valvoline is going to lose a significant number of customers. It's really unfortunate and doesn't make any sense.If the information provided by the employees is not correct, please let me know

Wouldn't give me an oil change at 4:15 pm when they close at 5. No cars in any bays. A lady just came to the window and shook her head no.

Didn t have time to change my own oil, so I brought my cammed Camaro to have them do it, as I had been here before and they did fine. This time, the idiot at the computer told me that there was something wrong with my car. It shouldn t shake like that. the 2 kids under the hood were looking at my engine and the guy at the computer. 4 times he said there is a problem w my car. I told him each time in different ways to simplify it for morons that my car is a built car. It s a built engine. It s cammed and tuned. Each time w more frustration in his voice and so then mine. Finally, I told him to get away from my car. I told him I don t want you touching my car if you don t know what a cam is, he said, that doesn t mean we can t change your oil. It just means there s something wrong with ur car. I told him if you don t know what a cam is, that I don t trust any of you with a simple oil change. I will never go to one of these places again!!! If u have a good experience, it s a one off!!! Avoid at all costs!!

I ve been using Valvoline for many years. This was one of the worst experiences I ve ever had with any location. I sat behind a vehicle for 35 minutes. When I finally got into the bay, other vehicles around me, we re getting serviced first. I saw 4 cars come and go. My total time waiting was 1 hour. For a simple oil change in about 15 minutes?Employees were complaining about each other, about who should go downstairs. The manager told someone to go downstairs and they just started complaining openly in front of a full bay. if he wants to do it, he should go down there himself .I spoke to the manager and he gave me an excuse that basically said: they don t know what they re doing when they re short staffed.I would not recommend going to this location.The response below is a blanket statement. I understand things get busy, but someone need to step and be in charge.Service: Oil change

Punctual and professional. His service was excellent and knowledgeable. Both manager and Tech were personable and friendly. Price was the same as I pay at smaller garages where I get other service. Really appreciate the early morning late evening and Sunday appointment availability as well as the drive up ability With no appointment

Great service! Went there to get a headlight replaced. They went above and beyond when there was a little problem remounting one of the pieces in my car. They worked hard until they got it right and wouldn't let me leave. Great crew. Great management. Great at what they do. Highly recommend.

I had called about possibly having an oil leak after an oil change. My engine light came on and I do not live close to the location so the Valvoline manager was able to call to a closer Valvoline and let them know my situation. Long story short it was a totally unrelated issue to the oil change they did. Will continue to use Valvoline for all my oil changes and recommend in the future! Their customer service is spot on

I visted for an oil change- I called ahead of time and they were nice enough to give me a coupon, even though I arrvied right at the cutoff time for car service. Very quick, polite, and in and out in under 15 minutes. I 100% reccomend this place!

I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. The oil got changed...the tires got switched from front to back no cross rotation. When I asked why they were improperly rotating my tires I was told that that is no longer the practice. All you have to do is Google tire rotation to see that this is not true. I also asked them not to use the impact gun on my lug nuts to prevent damage and I was told that they don't do it that way. I guess they don't have any hand tools or they are just too LAZY. The underwhelming service and the lack of caring were not the worst part...while the technicians were working on my car one of them used the "N" word while speaking. Unacceptable. I was very unimpressed and will never go to this Valvoline again.Services: Tires, Oil change

Extremely unprofessional ignorant Leon specifically and it smells like they're all standing around smoking weed as soon as I open my window I don't think you want your car being worked on by somebody who's high

Great visit. Finally an oil change without the without all the pressure to have other services performed "suggested" by technician. Now believe me if other services are needed they will show and explain their reasoning for these genuine and honest recommendations.

Clean, fast and efficient. Get in and out. New location, not super busy so never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Leon is a great dude. Treats me like a VIP

So easy and very convenient. Don't even have to leave the car and sit in a waiting area for over an hour! (which is the absolute best part)
