While coming to the area for a weekend I had a flat on 495 Friday night. Got my "donut" on & limped it to my friends house. First thing Saturday morning we brought it in- had the most amazing, kind, knowledgeable tech that assured me not only could he fix me up to get back to NY on Sunday- but could most likely match the flat and I would only need 1 tire! That is exactly what happened, and they called me with time to still enjoy the afternoon fret free!! This place is great, honest and exactly what more business should be! Thank you guys!!

I was very pleased that Sullivan Tire took the time to let me know that if I prepaid my order today I would be able to take advantage of the tax holiday. That is the type of customer care that keeps customers coming back for service.Thank you,Charles EllsworthBridgewater

This place is a joke. They ll do anything to make an extra dollar out of you. I failed inspection because my headlights were a little foggy . The man there then followed up with but for $90 I can clean them up and pass you people like that don t deserve to have a job here. These people will do anything for a penny. If you ever wondered why there s never anyone there this is why. There s much better places in bridgewater to go to than Sullivan tires

Probably one of the worst experience so far I come on every single phase of service delivery.1. Making appointment:- I booked the appointment 1 week in advance ( hard to believe this location such unique number of jobs)- booking process was not welcoming to say at least, and misleading in terms of technical understanding by staff products they sell and prices ( balancing 18$ , road force 25 , because 20in it will be 35$ , I agreed to all as need to fix wheels, later I found from online support , roadforce balancing cost 18.99$ per tire for 20in wheels)- Prior coming to this location, I visited Braintree Sullivan tire branch, where the team tried to do road force balancing for my wheels and they observed that road force is high and wheel require matching service ( when tire need to shift against the rim to balance the forces) .Due to fact that it is 20in wheels with 35 and 30in run flat tires , they advised to go to Bridgewater branch , as they have a road force balancing machine and contactless wheel making machine.2. Arrived at location- I asked for road force balancing 4 wheels.-I explained I came from other branch , where wheels were already run via road force and high force were detected- I said 99% all wheel would require the marching service- As part of balancing service, I asked to provide detailed report of wheel run out ( to see the weigth distribution on rim and tire) + final result in terms of Road Force on each wheel- The technician tried to sell car inspection + mentioned road force cost 100$ + 25$ for each matching,- I agreed to all above (but I refused inspection, as i did not want my car to be driven, Braintree branch already done it 2 weeks ago)Result:- I received car which was driven for 9 miles !- Wheel balanced using normal balancing method!!!- The wheels vibrate at 70+ !!!- No reports requested were provided ( only photo of car , rims and classic balancing procedure)- I charged 100$ vs. 4x 18.99$ expectedAt the end :- I spend 1 week waiting, 3 hrs driving to come to this place , 100$ cost- The got extra 9 miles onthe car , but the wosrt it is still have wheels that vibrate /shake- I lost trust / credibility in Sullivan Tire personnel

Road force done with inches , not force measurements .As result wrong diagnostics, wheels still vibrate after 8 hours spend in the shop

Wish I could do zero but not an option. Bridgewater MA Sullivan Tire had my service van from 8:00-5:00 for brakes and an oil change. When I went to pick it up I was told we re going to leave this ticket open for a few days, the brakes are brand new. They sent me away without even a receipt for whatever they claim to have done! Well when I dropped it off for my scheduled appointment at 8:00 this morning I told them they were pulsing very bad, screaming and felt like grinding. I really can t believe all day with my works van off the road for this? The van has 80k, it s a miracle van I guess with brand new brakes at that point!! Bottom line, terrible, and I do mean absolutely terrible service and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, for real!! I hope their corporate reads these reviews, I m going to call them tomorrow but fully expect to get nowhere. Anyway, for what it s worth, avoid Sullivan, not worth the effort. Plenty of bad reviews, take the time and read them. And again, not even any kind of documentation at all? Who does that? Just stay away at all costs **UPDATE** Took the van to another shop, National chain as this is fleet vehicle. In the end it needed, as I knew pads and rotors front and rear, also rear calipers were seized and needed repair. They also found the leaking rear shocks and took care of that. All of these repairs were approved by my fleet management company with no issues. I have dealt with Steve at the Bridgewater location in the past and he is almost always much less than friendly or accommodating. I will never step foot in there again! I can however highly recommend Midas in Bridgewater MA, friendly and helpful with very prompt service. That is all, if you choose Sullivan Bridgewater, good luck!!!

This place is full of absolutely scam artists don t ever take your car here unless you want to be taken advantage of they look for some fake reason to fail cars for inspections and then try to charge $100 to pass the inspection. Unbelievable

Person at the counter was pleasant until there was an issue. The he became snippy, snappy, and less than helpful.I went to East Bridgewater where they are much more reasonable.

Ken and Dave have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. They are extremely patient with me because there's always something to make my repair harder than it should be. And they do it with a smile. I won't take my car anywhere else!

Took a slow leak here for repair. Told they my wife pinched it on a rock. I had to leave the car for the afternoon. They called me a 5:30 the car will be ready at 6. I got there and it was just finished. But the tire was dry. Which meant they didn't dip it in water or spray anything on it to find the leak. They told me there was no sign of a nail in the tread and the rim was Rusty so he cleaned that and that should take care of it. 2 days later tire was down 10 lb. So as I suspected they didn't look for a leak just clean the room off and put it back together. Turned out the tire had a leak in the sidewall where it was pinched by The Rock which was obvious when the proper checking was done by another garage. . I did give me a refund but that doesn't cover my aggravation in time wasted.After talking with the shop they apologized and they reimbursed my the fee. The Sullivan tire in Bedford NH made good on the problem. So all good.

Absolutely fantastic experience! My son bought his firsr car and hit a pot hole and blew his tire and cracked the rim. They took care of everything and did a little extra to help him out. Great team. Thanks Steve and Sullivan tire team!

Best auto and tire center in Massachusetts. Steve and company always provide professional service and quality work. Steve always make me feel like a priority and like a member of the family. Don't let any other repair shop touch my car

Do yourself a favor and never go here. Their customer service is deplorable and their prices are obscene. I very politely questioned something (I m not a combative person at all) and Steve reacted defensively and angrily.While everyone is entitled to a bad day, his excessive reaction was not appropriate at all.Update: A very pleasant gentleman from their main office called me today and discussed the situation. I value this level of concern over customer service and felt heard as to my complaints. Well done!

I was out riding my motorcycle and noticed my rear tire was low so I pulled in and asked one of the techs if they could top of the tire to get me home. A tech named Jim helped me out right on the spot, he was a sweetheart and seemed glad to help me out. He had me bring the bike around and I was on my way in less than 2 minutes.Being a mechanic myself I will always recommend a place where the techs have a good attitude and Jim absolutely had a great attitude.

Got services of oil change, inspection, and tires from the Bridgewater location. They took every opportunity to get extra money out of me, from requirong new lug nuts to pass inspection to new TPMS sensors and even flattened/slow leaked my full size spare after a revisit from a dashboard light indicator. The last time i was there and got tires, they did the same thing to my spare tire. Upon research on the local facebook page, many in our community have had the similar issues and concerns with our local Sullivan Tire store. I thought about challenging management w the facts but didnt think it worth my time and energy to argue the circumstances with that kind of money grabbing behavioral thinking. I do not recommend using this place for any services. Go elsewhere please!

We have had our vehicles serviced at Bridgewater Sullivan Tire for some time now and we so appreciate "our customer treatment" !! We had a tire issue early Monday am and even though no appts were available , we were told that we could bring our truck and they would fit it in ! Well not only did they fit it in , but they also found the problem and were able to fix it quickly !! As we drive our grandkids to school frequently , having Bridgewater Sullivan Tire so accessible , convenient and most of all "user-friendly" brings us true peace of mind !! Thank you to all at Bridgewater Sullivan Tire for being there for us !!

Steven the manager and Jimmy are two of the most amazing, knowledgeable men. They make you feel at ease when you re in the store. I ve been bringing my car to them for over three years and even my fianc� brings his car to them too.

I am amazed by the level of professionalism and quality of work time and time again. This is a very busy location and they handle it all with ease and very professional. I am very pleased with them on all levels. I go between here and the North Attleboro store for all my and my family car needs. They're definitely not just a tire company. Thank you!

I was a fan of this location of Sullivan Tire until yesterday. Previously, they were always professional and I trusted their service. I would have given them 5 stars before yesterday.I went in yesterday for a state inspection. The guy came out and said that I had to replace my wiper blades before they would give me a sticker. I replace my wipers anytime they start chattering or not cleaning, Trust me, they worked fine--almost like new. I had the vehicle in the Toyota dealership the previous day for 90K service, and I have no doubt that they would have tried to sell me wipers if I needed wipers.In hindsight, I should have asked them to show me what was wrong with my existing wipers. Or, I should have insisted that they fail the vehicle and then taken it to the RMV to get their opinion and filed a complaint. The easiest thing for me to do is to take the vehicle to another place where I had no issues getting an inspection. I felt that they were trying to con me into buying their expensive wipers and labor to install. Instead, they may have lost a customer.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have given Sullivan tire so many chances and they ALWAYS disappoint. Extremely over priced, close to double what small tire shops charge. Never helpful and this location in particular has the worst customer service around. Highly recommend going here if you want to be talked down to and treated like garbage.

Was told they could not change my front tires because they only change rear tires. Left my car with them and recieved a call that they could not "find the button to turn the alarm off" so the disconnected the battery. I went back and paid almost $70 more than I was originally told but could not leave as they had left the battery disconnected.

Every Sullivan Tire our family has visited has treated us like family. Prices are reasonable and they stand by their work. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

My car failed inspection because the steering wheel was too hard to turn during idle. I left and found the front tire pressures were low. Added a few psi and passed inspection at a DIFFERENT station. Your shop is run by incompetent clowns. I will spread the word and never set foot in Sullivan Tire again.

Excellent facility, Bridgewater is lucky to have a trusted shop in their town and can go on with comparisons between others including same company different towns, but there is no other place I trust for my tires, then Bridgewater Sullivan Tire!

Personally are always nice and honest. I generally, get my vehicle services here for minor issues -- oil changes, tires, etc and never had a problem with the service and/or pricing. I would recommend this business to anyone
