I had two tires replaced. Service was great and on time. There were some invoicing issues that soured an otherwise positive experience but management won me over by correcting the situation. They instantly built back their integrity with their quick response and corrective actions. Thanks very much and kudos to a job well done.

I recently visited madias for an oil change, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. Not only was the oil change done efficiently and professionally, but the mechanic also provided me with a comprehensive report detailing the condition of my car. This attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive services.

I have been having my car serviced by Midas of Bridgewater, exclusively, since I purchased it in 2017. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. They are always accommodating about scheduling appointments. I feel like I can trust them and that is very important to me!

These guys were amazing. I had a constant leak in my tire and was serviced the same day. I had called a few other service providers who couldn t guarantee same day service, upon calling the person who picked up named Elvis was very friendly and guaranteed he d be able to take care of it. Within 20 minutes of arriving, although they had several cars in the bays they quickly fixed the tire leak and had me in and out within 30 minutes. I d highly recommend them, the front of the house manager is also very friendly and welcoming. About a week later, the issue has been fixed and not more leaks.

I went to this place and asked if they could do an inspection at around 11:00 AM, at which point they told me they were busy, but to come back after 2:00 PM, and they could do the inspection at that point. I show back up at approximately 2:00 PM, at which point they tell me they can t do the inspection because they re swamped, and they told me to come back the following day. So the following day rolls around, and I call and ask if they can do the inspection (I don t bother going down there because I felt they were going to say they were busy again). Long story short, they told me they couldn t do the inspection that day either because the inspection guy wasn t on duty . I m very confused. At the very least, there s a lack of communication between staff. I ll just go somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible experience. I believe they are under new management. I had a 10am appointment for an oil change. I didn t wait because I m pregnant and didn t want to sit there so they told me they d call me when it was ready. They never called me and it wasn t ready until after they closed 7 hour later. Manger up front was very rude didn t even apologize. Not to mention the car stunk of cigarette smoke. Gross.

I got my oil changed there yesterday and Andrew the midas agent working was by far one of the nicest and most knowledgeable guys I have ever delt with. I will absolutely going back there just because of Andrew and his excellent service and recommendations.

I stopped here right before my trip to Maine because one of the lights came on in my car (stressful). Two of the mechanics Elvis and Jake took me in immediately and took the time to look over everything to make sure my car was safe enough to drive. These two were very polite professional and took the time to show and explain things to me - all without an appointment. I will definitely use this place again and recommend it to anyone looking for good honest mechanics.

Being a tire crew chief at one point and working with tires back in the day AKABead seal Brown . many of my coworkers were from around the bridges waters and had Awesome personalities!!!! one worked here before . Stopped by to give some credit, at times putting on tires can be difficult! The Crew here isVery Friendly and Respectful !~ Thank you Chris and Crew

Been going to this location for years and they haven't done me wrong. The manager (Elvis) was courteous, knowledgeable, and his guys got the job done quickly. I went to this location to have my 4 worn out tires replaced. The service technicians were some of the friendliest, nicest people I've ever dealt with. They clearly explained all of the options and all of the work that was going to be completed on my car and all of the costs associated with each step. They also didn't try to upsell me on more expensive tires which I appreciated.

My daughter called me from the BSU parking lot saying her car wouldn t start. She had a relatively new battery and a new starter so I wasn t really sure what the problem was. We put a call into AAA but had no idea when they would arrive so I drove to try to help her knowing that we most likely did need to have the battery jumped. I drove around looking for gas stations trying to find somebody with jumper cables and came across Midas. I literally yelled into the garage and said I needed help. My daughter was stranded and they didn t hesitate and I can t remember the gentleman s name that followed me over to my daughter where her car was I think it might ve been Bruce,, but he was amazing, so kind and took the time out of his day to follow me to help her. And he didn t try to sell her anything or tell her that any other million things are wrong. He just got her car started recommended she come in in a couple of days just to have the battery tested and left in my many years of experience with cars, it doesn t usually go like that so I am grateful.

It was a pleasure working with Marco. he was very informative, knowledgeable and very professional at his work. I was able to get a full tune up and tires changed within the same day at a reasonable and affordable price for me. Pulled in with my fingers crossed because I had a nail in my tire and asked if they could repair it, he said it s not typically something they do but he had a repair kit. He repaired the tire, put it back on and filled it up with air and I was out of there in 10m without an appointment. Very happy, exceeded my expectations. Thanks guys!

Midas is located in my college town. It s very convenient to come here while I stay at school so I don t have to drive all the way home. The staff is always very welcoming and service is great. Can always count on my car being fixed in a timely manner. They re also very helpful for providing student discounts to make affordable prices for college students.

The folks at Midas are just wonderful. They are polite, welcoming and super helpful. I ve had troubles with my 2006 Honda Pilot and they were very informative and were able to fix the problem. The prices are fair and love how the explain everything from why the cost is what it is to showing you what they re fixing on the car. Went for a alignment, had it checked 3 times for ball joints after the manager told me mine were shot and wouldn't work on it. , when i left 3 stations that did inspection told me there just fine ,i had put 2 tires on as no NOT ruin my brand new ones ! Mufflers they are ok but u get a second opinion btw they just looked at the ball joints didn't do the process to correctly check

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. A very good experience. Until I drove home and the traction light came on. I called back and he said it wasn t a problem but everything I read said it can be a problem.

If you're looking for the best mechanic in the area, his name is Bruce Damon and he's here at Bridgewater Midas. Bruce has been my mechanic for over 10 years, and services all of my family's vehicles. He's honest, a real straight shooter and will tell it like it is in language that anyone can understand. He has always steered me right when it comes to repairing, servicing and maintaining our vehicles. Midas Bridgewater is a great place for anything I need done to my car. They answer any questions I have and make sure I have a clear understanding as to what is happening to my vehicle. Whether its for an oil change, tune up, or replacing my rotors, and pads, Marco and Andrew always take care me. When I leave, I am confident my vehicle is all set. I get all my maintenance and repairs done (for three cars) at Midas in Bridgewater. I've had some weird stuff happen too - my daughter put diesel in her car's gas tank for example and these guys fixed everything! Brakes, oil changes, struts, and even my emissions stickers are always taken car of with skill, speed, and friendliness here. Everything they've fixed has stayed fix as well. Nothing has ever needed to go back again. What more can a customer ask for?

So I had a very decent experience here brought the car in and they were able to look at it the same day. They were very honest about the fact that they couldn't pull error codes off my car computer so they did not do any unauthorized work, they called me , explained the situation, and gave me the car back and insisted on not charging me even for looking at it which I thought was very cool. Dealt with a manager named Andrew who seemed like a very decent type....

I ve been here a few times for routine oil changes as my mechanic s shop is closed on weekends and doesn t align with my work schedule. Anyway, last time I was in for an oil change, I was told I m going to need brakes and calipers. Coincidentally, my inspection sticker was due at the end of the month. They told me if I get the work done this month, there was some promo going on. I used my mechanic to replace brakes and calipers and then used this location to get a sticker. They asked me who did my brakes and then failed me for a broken E brake. I went back to my mechanic, he adjusted the e brake, tested it, said it s fine. I returned to your location to reinspect and it failed again for e brake. It is apparent that your staff is upset they didn t get the brake job. I just left another service station with a sticker. Thank you for wasting my time - 1 hour of my free time and 5 hours of work time to be exact. You ve lost a repeat customer.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
