Hadn t bought a used car in decades. Found these guys on line. Did my research on the vehicle and decided to check it out. Very laid back and No pressure. Took the truck for a ride and I said if you replace the front brakes we have a deal. Done! No haggle, no discount. The vehicle spoke for itself. I love my truck.

I just snagged a 2008 Toyota Camry from Elite Motors, and it was a real bargain. The car's quality is impressive for the price. The sales folks there are super friendly and really sorted out any problems I had. Plus, the paperwork stuff was a breeze. Elite Motors gets a thumbs-up from me for their awesome deals, top-notch cars, and friendly service!

Very shady business practices. I found a vehicle that I was interested in and asked them if they took trades to which they stated they did. I told them what I had in trade and that I had the title in hand. An employee messages me back and says we can t take that vehicle in trade . He provided me with no other information other than what he said. I sent him a message asking why he could not take my vehicle and never received a reply. My vehicle had two minor accidents over the years but had a clean title. The vehicle I was looking at their dealership had also been in an accident in the past. I would have just paid cash for the truck but I ll take my business elsewhere. I heard a few stories about their questionable business practices but I kept an open mind. Do yourself a favor and don t waste your time and money at Elite Motors.

Everyone in here are smiling and nice. Does not feel like your regular used car dealership. Found the car and came to a price that worked for both of us within an hour. Excellent guys

I had to change my review as my Jeep will NOT pass inspection and going back and forth to get a vehicle I paid for back is getting ridiculous. My first review was when I purchased. I barely have had it a week and now I m without a job and drive 65 miles one way to work.

We just had a wonderful experience buying my son's very first car at family owned and operated Elite motors in Bridgewater MA this week! After demoralizing weeks of visiting many other used car dealerships that never lifted a finger to get any of their cars ready for sale- I mean not even cleaned, straight from the auction with dog hairs, dead batteries, dead lights, etc.- every car we checked at Elite Motors was good to go! We settled on a 2012 Toyota Corolla, nice and clean and in great shape that drove like a dream! I remarked how ready it was and our awesome sales person, Oguz (his friends call him Oz - the cool guy in the blue shirt in our pic-) confided in us that when they bought it wholesale at auction the car was in great shape except for the battery which was on it's last legs and the tires that were thin. So unlike every other dealership we visited that obviously had never put a dime into their cars before putting them on their lot for resale, Oz and his family put on new tires, installed a new battery (in an impeccably clean engine compartment- you could eat off the engine!) and obviously detailed the car before we ever stepped foot on their lot- impressive! It was "good to go"- we got it at a good price, a little under Kelly Blue Book, and it passed inspection no problem. Many thanks to our new friend OZ and his family run business (the best kind!) at Elite Motors, my son has a "new" car he loves for his senior year and through his college years we hope!

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!These people royally screwed me over. Back in April I purchased a 2011 Chevy Colorado as a first time buyer that was supposed to be the vehicle I took with me to college 6 states away. They claim their vehicles are guaranteed to pass state inspection and come pre-inspected. Upon taking delivery of the truck, everything was fine until 25 minutes into my hour and a half drive home when the truck went into reduced power mode on the highway. I pulled off into a gas station and called the dealer, but they said there was nothing they could do, as they closed shortly after we had left. They told us to drive the truck back to the dealership and leave the keys there and they would have a mechanic look at it and fix this issue. (Their mechanic that they work closely with) 2.5 weeks go by and I am finally able to go pick the truck up, with the issue resolved. For just needing a throttle body cleaning, it should not have taken 2.5 weeks for this. All is fine until I go to get a NH state inspection, and it fails due to having MULTIPLE terrible patched holes in the frame, as well as some unpatched holes, not to mention a leaking power steering rack and brake caliper. (Also, some of their frame repair included SPRAY FOAM inside the frame where is was totally rotted away and patched on the rear where the rear-most leaf spring shackle mount resides). I reach out to the dealer again and say to bring it back and they will fix it. Again, get the vehicle back, this time with a new brake caliper and steering rack seemingly just cleaned up, but the frame was untouched like they said they would fix. Failed NH state inspection again, and took it for a Mass inspection as well, and received a rejection sticker. (So much for that inspection passing guarantee). We attempted to return the vehicle, but they refused to take it back. It wasn t until we got the state police involved with their dealer license threatened that they agreed to take it back. They still haggled with us back and forth, and eventually said they won t take it back until we have the title for the vehicle (which we tried explaining many times we could not do since it was financed through a bank and the bank would not just give us the title without the loan being paid off, and they should ve known this). After another few weeks of going back and forth with them, they finally agreed to meet us at the bank. Ended up having to reschedule because they could not meet us on the agreed day. When the rescheduled date finally came around, they were almost an hour late, but paid off the loan and took the vehicle back. They hassled me back and forth from the beginning of April when this all started to the end of June when they finally took the vehicle back. And guess what the truck was back up for sale less than a week later listed for almost $2k less than I paid for it, and it sold. Best of luck to that person.Also, if you pay attention to the names on their reviews, they are all Turkish names (they are a Turkish family-owned business). If you scroll through their Facebook profiles, a majority of those names match the google reviews that give a 5 star rating, which leads me to believe they had a bunch of their friends and family leave 5 stars to boost their rating to help them look like less of a scummy, shady business.

Great experience, Elite Motors was very good and the sale took place very quick and was able to secure transportation 2 days after the purchase. Car got the my home in a timely fashion.

This is yet another review for which I wish Google had half stars because I'd give Elite 4.5. I'd love to give five, but for two slight reasons, I cannot. I will explain further below.***But first off, I'm really glad we came here and I would absolutely buy again from Oguz and Elite should the need arise.***I was helping my son with his first car purchase after he'd worked hard to save his money to buy one. He would be taking the vehicle to college with him several states away. We ended up purchasing a 2009 Honda CR-V about three weeks ago. In the end, we're glad for our purchase.It's clear to me that Oguz and partners value their business. Oguz was very intentional about making sure I understood all the different aspects of the sale, registration, etc. including what fees would be required (even at the DMV). He was clear and spot on about timing (it took a couple of days to get the title and we were able to pick up the vehicle right when he said we could). The vehicle was clean.Before the sale, when we test drove the car, we noticed a slight thumping in the rear brakes when applied. We asked Oguz about it and he said it was likely due to the vehicle not being driven for a while, that this often happens with brakes, and that it would go away. I'm no great mechanic, but it seemed to make sense to me. I wish I had pushed a bit for them to check out the brakes, but they didn't. He seemed satisfied with the answer.We drove over 1000 miles to take my son to college in the CR-V. It did great - smooth transmission and all the bells and whistles worked great (see minor note on the radio below). However, the thumping in the rear brakes increased. I took it to a Honda dealer and they did a full inspection of the CR-V. The rear brakes were indeed in immediate need of changing. The brake pads that were installed weren't even the right brake pads (wrong size - hence the thumping). I don't believe Elite did this on purpose, but I do wish that they had checked them out when I inquired after the test drive. I realize that the car passed inspection (including the brakes, which I believe is simple a measurement of their thickness, not size). I also realize that I could have brought my own mechanic to inspect the vehicle. My deduction of a half star is simply because they could have checked out my concern, but simply verbally dismissed it.The only other small thing was that when we picked the car up, the radio was in locked mode. This made me slightly nervous, because I know the tactic of many shady dealers to disconnect the battery to clear dash lights at the point of sale. I simply went back in to Oguz and asked about the radio code. He said I'd have to go to a Honda dealership myself to get it. I don't know...I kind of would expect a car to have the radio working at the point of sale. They could get the code easier than I could. (Thankfully, I was soon able to find the code in something a previous owner scribbled in the manual in the glove box.)But all-in-all, I am grateful for this purchase. We've put almost 2000 miles on the CR-V and it's doing great. Thank you, Oguz & Elite.

The customer service at Elite Motors was top notch. Ogus was absolutely stellar, he was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my chosen car. I purchased a 2012 Mazda 3, which is in mint condition. Definitely not a 4 star, let alone a 1 star, establishment. Mother of my son financed a car from this establishment, made a down payment and everything, and let her take the car off the lot.A week later, they call her and ask for her to come in for paperwork. So we bring our 2 year old so with us. She goes in and they have her go into the office, where they proceed to close the door and demand for the keys and claim they are reposessing the vehicle. While that was happening someone from the dealer ship blocked in the car that my son and I were in.There was ZERO professionalism and the whole thing seemed shady. Cops were called and now here we are. All this because they didn't hear back from her jobs HR department within 24 hrs.

If i could give more stars I would! Mazio truly made my experience as a first time car buyer the easiest process I could ve asked for. He did everything to make sure I was able to take my car home in a timely manner, got everything set with insurance, and was on top of keeping me updated every step of the way! I will be recommending this place to everyone!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Problems with our car we purchased from these guys from the jump. We had our suspicions about the brakes being faulty, when we asked them to look at it, they said they left it with their mechanic for a weekend, and no issues were found. Months later we find the brakes and sensors absolutely rotted out. I wouldn t recommend these guys to anyone.

I recently bought a Toyota Prius. Besides being professional Elnur was very transparent and honest about the truck, the sales process, advocated for our trade in and set correct expectations for delivery. Even when there was a challenge to deliver the truck on a specific day we were hoping for he went above and beyond to deliver. The only area of improvement would be to provide a full tank of gas and a bow on cars and trucks sold. We're very happy customers though.

Amazing people work at this dealership. I encountered them when dealing with some hard times personally and financially, and the staff here looked out for my best interest from test drives, the sale and beyond. I was honored to get to know Oguz and the rest of the staff, and I would encourage anyone open to buying a used car to seek this dealership out and give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I was shopping for a reasonably priced used car. They had plenty of different makes and models to choose from. I was acknowledged and greeted and helped in my search. I felt like I was actually being helped and not pressured like other dealerships. This was a pleasant and smooth buying experience, I recommend you give them a visit if your looking for a great car.

Saw something we wanted to buy, it was priced reasonably and looked clean and sharp. We took it to a mechanic to check it out for us first. (THANK GOD!!!) There were at least 15 things wrong with it, and at least 2 reasons why it would not even pass inspection. I took a copy of the mechanic's list back to Elite to give to them, and they told me that they don't need to look at the list. I asked why they wouldn't even want to know what's wrong with it? They said "it doesn't matter". I left the list on the counter and walked out. Are they unscrupulous or fraudulent? I don't know. But at the very least they are careless, unprofessional, and unreliable. Stay away from them.
