I went in about 6 months ago to just look for cars at the time, wasn t ready to purchase/finance on a car at that time. I was helped by Emmett, he was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all so that left a really good impression on me to come back when I was really ready to finance or purchase. I returned back just recently to finance. I was helped throughout the process this time by James, as Emmett was busy with another customer at the time. James was very helpful, friendly and honest, also not pushy. First pick of mine on the lot of 300 cars was available, took it for a test drive and loved it. Left that day with a deposit down and some paperwork filled out. Returned within two days after to finish paperwork and pick up the vehicle. I give this transaction a 5 star for how smooth it was all in all. I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends going forward.

My experience was very smooth and easier than I thought it would be! Emmett was my sales representative and he was not only professional but also very knowledgeable. They got me the best price for the value of my 2019 Audi A5! I'm very happy!!!

They were great. Sharon took wonderful care of me. They didn t pressure me and let me go to another dealer to check out a similar car without much protest.I came from northern New Hampshire and though the process was lengthy the payoff in the car and hanging out with their crew was a good day spent.

Auto center was great, but my sales guy was the best! AP helped a huge purchase feel so simple and easy. Reassured the whole process and got me into my new baby girl! Definitely recommend this place! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful.

Very professional, awesome business. Never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Definitely recommending this place to my family & friends to purchase vehicles from. Swante (salesman) and Justin (finance manager) did an amazing job getting me the best deal for my car. Both men went above and beyond to make sure the numbers worked for me!Sadly, the receptionist had horrible customer service. She would never answer the phone and if she did, she d leave you on hold or forward you to someone s voicemail. Leaving you unable to reach your sales person. The wait time for paperwork to be printed and signed is at minimum HOURS. If your salesman is busy, no one else will check in with you to update you on your progress. 0/10 wouldn t recommend the dealership due to the service. Take your business down the street.

I came early to Auto Center Sales to try to find my perfect car and it happened! Literally one hour and a half a had a new car and a good deal with my bank, Justin in finance helped me out with Sharon. I ll come back for my next here, the one hour drive was totally worth it. Good luck guys!

Walked into the dealer and Swante was very helpful. Help me looked at a few different trucks a narrow down the options for the best vehicle for me. We re able to find the right one and I love it. Kept in contact and were very reliable and trustworthy. 10/10 experience will recommend to my friends and family to purchase further vehicles.

WARNING ALERT! PLEASE!Be careful !with this business. After making me believe that they were selling a pickup truck with a snow shovel included and they agreed to install it. And they had put this in the loan along with the price of the maneuver. then buy, they did not call me to make the installation appointment and when I called to follow up they told me that the shovel does not have the mounters and installation is not possible. Therefore they had inflated the price for a shovel that he cannot use. I called the bank to notify that the price is not real since I could not keep the shovel and when making the change. The bank suspected the scam and canceled my loan. . Now they are looking for another side and the alerts in my email do not stop warning that my credit is being reviewed in several banks over and over again. I have tried to get them to stop this and cancel everything and they tell me that I have to pay more than $2,000 for the sales and registration taxes... I check with the registration department and they explain to me that the cancellation is done online very easily and the money is returned to dealer. In other words, this business is not honest, and they make scams to sell... Right now the pickup is at the dealer even in my name. I can't get it off my insurance until they cancel everything.suspected this purchase will be a nightmare in court. TERRIBLE experience for TRUST

I m not a super satisfied customer at the moment even though I had originally left a glowing review I ve since taken down after today. The car buying experience was fine, car runs good, but within a month of driving my key (meaning yesterday as I was leaving work) snapped in half in the ignition. I called the dealership assuming it would be covered in my warranty to have it replaced and cut for me since it s within a month of my purchase. I was told that the key ISN T covered and that I needed to go onto eBay, find a replacement, and have it cut myself. The gentleman on the phone said he d ask if there were any spares but sounded doubtful. Needless to say, I m not happy about it. It will definitely impact whether I go back for another purchase or not in the future depending on how other services go. I ll be running for codes later too to make sure nothing else is wrong with it that wasn t brought to my attention. This was my first dealership experience that has been unfortunately soured. Disappointing, and I hate leaving bad reviews but I m feeling a bit burned.

Fabio was our sales guy he was great, he was determined to work with us on what we wanted. He was able to provide great customer service and communicate efficiently and work out some of the kinks we had along the way and was able to take care of everything. I would highly recommend working with Fabio.

Sold me a car that didn't pass inspection. Tires leaked even after refilling them twice. Touchscreen barely works. Brought it back in to get fixed. Tire pressure light was still on meaning they didn't even look at that. Touchscreen was exactly as I brought it to them.

I didn t feel any pressure to purchase but he worked with me to find me a car that I was comfortable with and he listened to my 9 y/o about his requirements for the car as well. He made him feel like an important part of the decision and a part of the process.

Absolutely horrible experience after the papers were signed. I cannot express enough how horrible the customer service was. It's been almost 30 days since I purchased my vehicle from here and they have still not made the payoff for my trade in. The only good thing was Swante, my sales rep. He was wonderful. Once the papers are signed they really don't care about you as a customer.

At the end of January, my company bought a truck with them, and so far the whole experience has been miserable and disappointing. After almost two months, we have finally been able to pass state inspection, but yet the first time we actually used the truck we have realized that they sold us a vehicle with transmission problems. Not only did they sell us a vehicle with transmission problems, but it also took four tries to get the truck to pass inspections. We have lost a bunch of time and money because of the vehicle that we bought with Autocenter Sales & Service, overall we have not had a desirable experience and we are still very disappointed.
