This is the first negative review I have ever written, but my experience with Don's Auto Cosmetics was so terrible and unethical that I feel obligated to write this. We brought my wife's car to Don for body work based on a personal recommendation. Don said he could only give us a ballpark quote and said the work would take "two or three months". We were fine with that uncertainty and time line. We left the car with Don and waited for over two years, during which Don kept saying he hadn't gotten to it yet. Most recently, he said he didn't know when he would ever get to it. Meanwhile, the battery now is dead and can't be recharged; the fluids, including gasoline, have been degrading in the car over this time. I don't know the condition of the brakes or the tires, and Don doesn't seem to care. Sooo, we have had the car towed away. Bottom line, Don did nothing for the car except to let it degrade in his lot for over two years. Do not patronize this business.

Did a beautiful job replacing bumper and repairing mouse damage in back seat. Seat looks like new. I would highly recommend Don's.

You won't find a better body shop anywhere. Don doesn't advertise. His clientele comes by word-of-mouth. The work he did on my car met all expectations and then some. He even cleaned the interior and the trunk. I've had hit-and-miss experiences with body shops over the past 50 years. I put Don's right at the top. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Had scratches along whole side of car from car transport company. Don's fixed it perfectly with no painting, just buffing and waxing for a very reasonable price. Friendly service.

Don's Auto did a great repair job to the side of my vehicle! When I picked my vehicle I was surprised to see that my vehicle was cleaned very well on the inside and outside too. Don is also very friendly - Great Customer Service.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Thank you Don and your staff for doing such a great job repairing my rear passenger door. The paint job matched up perfectly! You even washed and vacuumed my car. I'll be back soon to have the areas on my rear bumped fixed. Thanks again, Linda S.

Don's Auto Cosmetics is the best place on the Cape to take your vehicle for any kind of repairs. They are excellent, fast and efficient. Don, himself is a true Cape Codder and you can't find a nicer person anywhere. Teri at the desk also is amazingly efficient. This is an awesome place to take you vehicle for small or large repairs

It's been nearly a year since Don's fixed my car.2011 Camry with EXTENSIVE front end damage.First off: apx 25k miles since the repair. All lines/gaps - still perfect. All paint - still perfect. No leaks. No squeaks. No front end pull/shake/shimmy. Car tracks perfectly straight and NO unusual wear of any kind on the tires. This car left their shop looking brand new and it still does - no signs anywhere of an accident and this car was a real mess.Next: Best people I have EVER dealt with. They made me immediately comfortable and happy to leave the car with them. I live apx 100 miles from Brewster and yet I would go out of my way to use them again if ever necessary. Communication was great. They went above and beyond in helping a guy on vaca with kids at the time of the accident.Recommend them - you're darn right I do!!! Thank guys - much appreciated!
