Brought my car in for a flat ! Next thing i know they tell me i need over $1,500 worth of repairs. Just did 2 tires and brought it to my own mechanic. He was livid because the necessary work wasn t necessary and he would only charge $400.

I usually go to the Bridgewater location since my office is down the road, but I live close to the Braintree location. Regardless what branch I go to I have always had a positive experience at Sullivan Tire. They staff is knowledgeable, and always work with me to get my vehicle back to me in a timely, cost effective manor. This Saturday I woke up to a deflating rear passenger tire, and the Braintree team was able to isolate the problem, have different options for solutions and get my vehicle back to me by the end of the day. Highly recommend Sullivan Tire to all my friends and family if / when they need car help!

Sullivan Tire on Common St is the best. They politely tell it like it is, and don't push services on you. I'm so grateful to them for showing me the horrifyingly dangerous structural rust on my car along with the other terminal "illnesses" it has, and being honest about my car's prognosis. Much appreciated and I'll be back with a new rusty junkbucket soon!Edited 9/10/23: Sullivan did a VERY thorough inspection on the used car I ended up buying. I am so grateful to have this service available from honest people. Thanks again, I'll be back!

I never leave reviews but I figure I'd make one for this wonderful business. I just left from getting a state inspection at the dealership and they found something in the rear tire. I went to 2 Sullivan's locations. The first location was smaller and was unable to see me today. The second location which is conveniently located across from the mall was able to see me quickly and diagnose the issue. Both locations were incredibly professional and kind. I look forward to coming here again for routine service.

Incompetence is too light a word! Called in in person to make a appointment to get a set of tires mounted to my existing rims and have old tires taken off, exact same brand just a size bigger (was 265/70/17, new set was 285/70/17). Told me to come back Saturday at 11am and they would mount and balance all 4 tires, arrived on time for my appointment and sat in the waiting area looking at my truck in the parking lot for the next hour before it finally moved inside slightly after noon. 25 mins pass before the guy came out and said we cant mount your tire because they wont fit (its an f150 of course they will fit), I said they will fit no problem just put them on anyway ill sign whatever waiver needs signing just throw them on anyway I need this job done today, the guy then said "our policy wont allow it" to which I replied "why didn't you make me aware of this policy on Thursday when I made the appointment and told you what work I required done" his reply was "someone should have told you" so now I have lost a day at work and wasted an entire morning with these clowns, Unbelievable!!!!One special mention to the young tech that drove my truck out after they refused service, I asked him if he had any recommendations as to where to get this done to which he replied "any other tire shop", he wasn't wrong!

Liars! If I could give negative stars I would! I dropped my truck off at 8:30am and was told it shouldn t take too long . I called to check on it at 1pm and was told we re pulling it in right now. It will definitely be done by the end of the day. I had to call back at 4:45pm since they close at 5pm and was informed that they hadn t even touched it yet! I definitely won t be using this location ever again.

My appointment was when it was very busy but my service request was taken care of more quickly than originally estimated. It was done quickly and carefully and all issues were explained to me in detail. I was very grateful that the service given was at no charge. It's customer service like this at the Braintree, Common Street location that keeps me coming back to Sullivan Tire.

I've been here a handful of times and I think it's a good place. They're a large-ish company so go in expecting the typical up-sale options of insurance, etc. They do a fine job with the tires though, and they have a large stock of them at their warehouse, generally available within 24hrs. They make appointments and keep to reasonable time lines.If you want new tires or other regular services, it's hard to go wrong. Reasonable prices on brand name tires and installations as well.

This is the first time I used their service to replace my car tire and tire rotation today. I had a wonderful experience. They provide efficient service and reasonable price. The gentlemen are very nice and give honest information and quotes. I will definitely go there again in the future and recommend it to my friends.

Friendly Staff, there is usually a coupon, go here for my oil change and tire needs. They have a shuttle to local locations. Waking distance to Mall. (Braintree location)

Nic , did a phenomenal job. I spend a lot of money there in the past and within the last 3 month spent over 1200$ and I definitely feel like these guys deliver given the area and demand they have. from the product knowledge to these guys staying an extra 35mins just so I can get my vehicle. If that doesn't exemplify great customer service. I don t know what does, please ensure that the CEO sees this ( mind you I have former ties to past mayors) a great set of guys - Cameron

Drove all over the area frantically looking for a place to repair a tire before going on a road trip the next day. They took us in with no questions even though they were close to closing, had us fixed up in no time and for a more than reasonable price. Truly a great experience

Christian was the rep who took care of us - over the top helpful! He explained exactly what had happened to our tire and what they did to fix it. They got to us sooner than any other tire stores could and had us rolling again for $30. Sullivan is across the street from the mall, so we had plenty to do there instead of having to wait. I would come back to Sullivan again in a heartbeat.

I recently went there with a nail in my front tire and was told by the sales rep. that it would cost over $300 to get a new tire, plus labor, and alignment; bear in mind this is to replace one tire. The price was way too high so I told them to put a spare on it and I was going to shop for a new tire online which I already knew would be cheaper. The next day, just out of curiosity I took it to a small repair shop for a second opinion and the technician was able to remove the nail and plug the hole in less than 2 mins. Total charge was $10!!!! I gave him a $5 tips for great service and honesty. My first advice would be to run away from this Sullivan Tire location as fast as you can. Second advice is to always get a second opinion once you have an estimate from this place..cannot be trusted!!Update to my previous post:Did not realized the company's no-plugging policy for holes close to the wall of the tire so they were following procedures. So I apologize to the Sullivan's folks if I offended anyone there. However, it seems such a waste to throw away a 3-month old tire and $300 for such a policy. I'm still driving with the plugged tire that I paid $15 bucks for. You be the judge.

I had a great experience here. Had 4 new tires put on my SUV. The staff was very professional and the quality of workmanship guarantees I will be returning to Sullivan Tire for any other work that I need to be done on my car.

My complaining is about your service over the phone. The guy who answered (Braintree location) seems unprofessional and he doesn't know anything, also he seems unclear and needs to hang up. Later on, I called Costco Auto center. The guy was very helpful, and he explained me all my options. He was very polite and friendly and he gave me a good deal. Next day morning they installed my new tires and I was more than thankful and satisfied.

I use to go to this location for change oil , brought brakes and tires here and I didn t have any problems. Lately I went to change oil and a tire rotation. They seem pretty busy , I understand that. After 2 days the sensor of the tires went on and I just drop by and see if they can find a quick fix or advise. The short guy looked at me as he s pretty upset and asked me if I had an appointment. I reply not. I explain that since they did the rotation my sensor went on and he rolled his eyes and said ok I will look at your tires park in the side. He did check the air of the tires and the sensor was still on. He said your sensor probably is broken. He already had the price of it in his mind. When i said if he can reset the light , he just push the bottom and said ok.that s it. Sensor went off. I left thanking him. With the feeling that I am not coming back. He make sure to make you feel like he s doing you a favor. Sensor went on again . I took my car to the Mazda dealer in Westwood. I didn t have an appointment as well, they took me with a smile and fixed and reset my tire sensor, they even vacuum and washed my car. Mike told me to come back anytime that I had a problem with the car. No money involved. They did not charge me for that and didn t rolled their eyes at me. I got a coupon to use at Sullivan at Braintree again. No way I m coming back.

I have my car and daughter's car serviced at this location regularly. The service here is great! Brian, Glen, Shawn and Dan are always courteous and provide amazing customer service. Whether we are having routine maintenance done or bring the cars in for a specific issue I can always count on the team there to do a great job. I would highly recommend Sullivan Tire for your auto maintenance needs.

After having a broken spring discovered and repaired two weeks ago, the crazy noise that I had taken my RAV4 in for was still driving me crazy. I returned this morning and the technician, Dan, rode with me to listen for the sound. Returning to the shop, we put the car up on the lift and almost immediately the culprit was discovered. Within a couple of hours, it was repaired and at a reasonable price, and now my 17 year-old RAV4 is riding quietly and comfortably. Thanks for being patient with me and working to discover the issue, and fixing it!

Recently went to this location to check out a funny noise that was coming from my car. After inspection, they gave me a documented quote saying that I had to replace numerous parts totalling $2700. I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion and upon review from the second mechanic, all that needed repaired was my front pads and rotors and total parts and labor came to 330 dollars. My car runs great and no longer has the noise that concerned me.RUN from this shop. They will take advantage of you as I almost paid a difference of an extra 2400 dollars.

Couldn't agree more with Jacob Metcalf's review. It really seems like they have a revenue quota to meet. Had my car in for an oil change and got a $3000 quote for things found wrong. What they didn't identify at the time was that I had a gasket leak and that the engine was covered in oil! Maybe because it had been done TWICE, under warranty both times, and they would need to do it a third time at their cost? I don't trust them any longer. Considering getting my car repaired elsewhere and claiming damages through small claims court and reporting the incident to the Better Business Bureau.

So appreciative for these guys!I can t remember the guy s name who was working the front desk on Saturday, Jan 19th around 2PM but he is the reason I will be bringing my car back for more service.I came in to have my LED high beam lights looked at since they were installed improperly. I called a few autobody shops who either had no idea what they were doing or gave me the run around. So I called Sullivan Tire as a last resort.When I brought my car in, the guy in the front personally went to take a look at the high beams. Within 15 minutes, he reinstalled the lights and has them working perfectly! He also didn t charge me a single cent and didn t ask for anything in return.Because of that, I had to leave a review to show my appreciation and I m already scheduled to come back in soon. Thanks again!

I went for an oil change. I asked to check air pressure, coolant and air filter. The cabin filter and windshield blades were replaced. I was in and out in an hour on a busy but not overly busy Sunday morning.I like the Braintree location, staff are very professional. They never have side coversations in front of customers or even in the shop. They never hard sell any services. The waiting area is small but clean and cool and quiet. Coffee and ice cold water are complimentary not to mention a TV with sounds instead of captions.Thank you for all you do for resonable prices!!!p.s. I love the "classroom" so I could be an informed consumer knowing the terminology of parts and services.

They really came through on getting me a good deal and keeping me informed when they found something that needed to be corrected. Glad they caught it. They can get busy so be sure to build some time into your day or set up an appointment. Definitely recommend!

They will always find a way to sell you something...i replaced two tires with a warranty still paid $228 , my car 4 years old in good condition. I used to do oil change there they charged $30 more than the dealer ...i don't stick with one shop i always rotate so i know when they just wanna sell me something...

Great service, timely communication, consistency in service is what keeps me coming back. They call before doing anything other than what I scheduled and gave me pricing about future fixes coming in the future. Also very nice personal people.
