Erick has me as a customer for life. He and his team fixed up the passenger door on my car in record time, listened to my concerns, and even shuttled me to and from the Braintree T Stop. While other body shops told me I had to wait 1-2 weeks to even get a look, Erick understood my situation and moved his team's calendar around to make sure I got my car fixed before I had to leave Boston. Keep up the great work!

I had a really pleasant experience with this autobody shop. Great service and friendly people to work with. They went above and beyond to fix a dent nead gas tank and repaint the whole area for me even though insurance does not cover it. I really appreciate that the owner was kind enough to fix that for me for free. My Van looks brand new when I picked up. It only took them a week to complete compared other shop's two to three weeks.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The owner and his team were very helpful and treated me well which is always a plus being a woman going to a mechanic alone. They worked with insurance well and if there was anything that needed to be paid for out of pocket it was reasonable and affordable. The process was fast and my car was in and out the shop faster than expected. The car over all looked great, almost like I just bought it!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Cant recommend this place enough. Erick was super easy to work with and completed the job efficiently. He went above and beyond to make sure his customers get the best service. Most importantly, he made my car looks like new. This is now my go-to body shop.

Just got my car back from Pearl Street Auto Body and it looks brand new! They fixed it relatively quickly considering the extensive damage and the parts that were needed to fix it. I m sure most can agree that trusting your vehicle to a shop is uncomfortable. Pearl Street Auto Body defines what caring for the customer stands for. They had excellent communication from start to finish with a lovely welcoming and security that my vehicle would be in good hands. I was updated at every stage of the vehicle so I felt safe that my car was not just sitting there. Receiving my car was a smooth transition. Seeing my car again reminded me of when I first got it at the dealer. Sparkly clean and perfect work. Their attention to detail was unmatched. I m glad I could say I m never taking my vehicle to any other body shop ever again.

Positively thrilled at the level of detail in the repair work. Erick and his team even cleaned the interior of the car since the wait was longer than anticipated due to more layers of paint needed to make the car look much better.
