I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have had my vehicles regularly serviced here. Unfortunately the Service Advisor I have recently dealt with has not met my needs. This advisor lack s personality, customer skills and being able to accommodate me. He also lacks knowledge of my service requests. The service at this dealership is adequate however be aware that some of the procedures are only done on certain days causing you to have your vehicle serviced on multiple visits. I ve always left a positive feedback however based on my recent visits I regretfully am unable to leave a positive feedback. Especially with the Service Advisor I have recently dealt with.

Easy peasy. They had techs available to work on my Mach E without a multi week wait and fixed my issue under warranty. Communicated well. After hours drip off and pick up. Worth the drive.

After my experience having my truck repaired and dealing with the service advisor Paul Martin I would not recommend this dealership for and repairs even for my worst enemy. The advisor can't return phone calls. I was overcharged for several parts even after asking my advisor why the parts charged were over double the list price from their parts department. They left my windows open and filled my interior with dust from the body shop even though I never had my truck in for any body work. My advisor Paul repeatedly told me he would call me back but after several days of waiting I had to go see him for myself to find out the status of my truck. Overall I would give 0 stars if I could.WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!

My experience with Paul was educational for me. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of my repair. Yes I would use them again because of my experience with Paul..But the price you would think ford wold not charge for diagnostic services, if there doing the job. That's the only issue. Truck was repaired in a timely fashion aswell . Thank you Paul.

The customer service was great! Paul was great with communicating with me about what was needed for repairs, setting me up with a rental, and letting me know when my car was done. I love that my car runs so well now! The one problem was the price of parts. I know this isn't really on the dealership and their service team but it was really pricy. Also communicating the final price and how much different it was from the quote that I received. All in all, I will definitely be going back for other repairs that I need!

I would like to thank Cindy and the entire service department for taking excellent care in repairing my car. I'm sure that the sales department is equally as competent and friendly and I would not hesitate to buy a car from them in my next purchase. I highly recommend them.

Scheduled an oil change and fluid check. The Works as Herb Chambers like to call it. Was greeted when I got there immediately by Paul Martin I thought I needed one of my air filters checked it looked into that for me on my history. We had a plea in our discussion led to my needing an inspection sticker. He said that I could be done Saturday while I was there. I couldn t be happier, that would leave me more time in my day as I was gonna go elsewhere for that. Well, they were working on my car Paul asked me to come talk to him were bad that I would need rotors and pads we discussed the cost of that. And that it could be done during this visit. Well nobody likes to get this expensive news in my mind. I m thinking all of this can be done on the day I plan to bring the car in. All the stuff that was in the day and it was a stormy day couldn t have been more pleasant and amicable and this time around five stars, Herb Chambers thank you, Paul Martin.

Drew and the service dep were excellent. A couple years ago I had had a not-so-great experience, but this last visit changed my mind. I ll be going back in the future.Biggest thing that impressed me was the honesty and communication. Drew and Amy seemed to truly care about helping me and didn t treat me like other dealerships have.

My Ford Bronco Sport had a recall for something in the engine. I also had the works done with oil change, etc. service was quickly done while I waited. Cindy in the service department was so helpful. She was very nice and answered all my questions. She was excellent and I was very happy with the service today.

These guys are the best!! Drop my car off with an appointment at 7am. Got a text back within 2 hours car is done. Great job definitely will be back. They know what they are doing!! Thank you Jack for listening to me and taking care of the issue

It was my first time at Herb Chambers of Braintree to get my vehicle serviced and I had a great experience! The facility was nice and clean and all employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my Service Advisor, Paul he made sure to let me know that they would be putting full synthetic oil into my car (my request), usually I have to make this request multiple times for it to be done and then sometimes it is still overlooked. I was in and out in under an hour and a half, which is a very reasonable timeframe. Overall great experience and I will be returning the next time my car needs to be serviced.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Never a good thing when your water pump goes but after taking it to a closer dealership to basically have tge car sit there for two weeks because they don t have the staff to fix it. I had it towed to herb chambers in Braintree. The next day I was told what was wrong and how much it cost.Thanks Drew at herb chambers so nice to deal with and a big shout out to Andy who was there on pick up day and explained everything that they did.Best service department by far at herb chambers ford in Braintree.Service: Engine repair

My car battery started leaking and I had to jump it to get the car started. I needed to replace it ASAP. I had an appointment scheduled for June sixth to get some other things done but when this happened I decided to stop by the service center to see if they could replace my battery and take care of some of the other things, and would you believe they were able to accommodate me on short notice. I went to Herb Chambers to have my car inspected. They were the nicest people. Very accommodating. I didn't have a copy of my registration, Jack who assisted me, waited patiently for me to pull up my records and he helped me find the documents I needed. Everyone was very pleasant and I was in and out in no time. The facility was clean and everyone had a kind disposition. 60,000 mile comprehensive checkup. As usual, we were impressed with the quality and professionalism of the service staff. The work was done right and the cost was reasonable. I brought my vehicle in for a recall, and while there, I had new battery installed. The service was outstanding! The Service Dept took me right away. The work was completed in 1/2 the time initially given to me. The auto technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in "layman's terms". Outstanding job as always. Huge shout out to to Mr. Nguyen for going way above and beyond for making sure not only my vehicle was safe to drive but being incredibly patient with my questions. Completely explained everything even a novice could understand. An amazing asset to your corporation. Prompt assistance and clear communications. I thought my car would be an all day job but was all checked and ready early. Really liked how Paul could pull up my cars service history and remind me of prior work I d had done!!
