The technicians were very nice and friendly. They were nice enough to call me about the sale they had that saved me $140 and schedule my appointment to come get my car fixed, they also told me about the rebate on the new tires. They were really knowledgeable, they took the time to explain to me how the car could get affected if I don't take care of it on time, and recommended more upcoming works that will need to be done. And also, explained to me about the warranty on the new tires I bought. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service received. Thank you, guys! Keep up the good work!

Needed to install a new set of tires and they offered a very competitive price, also went in for an alignment with the lifetime package. I called to confirm I was able to drop off the car in the morning without an appointment. The service was fast and everyone was very friendly, though front alignment is still slightly out of spec (I'll just bring it back in later in the year).

Got my tires serviced here a year ago.They tried to hide their alignment report, when I asked for it, the report shown that they only did the front tires.I recently had 1 of my tires popped, threads shown uneven wear due to bad alignment jobI purposely avoided small vendors and still having to deal with unnecessary issues.. what a waste of time and money.

1008.00 for 4 disk breaks on a domestic vehicle isn't gouging, it's robbery. Being told that we don't use outside inferior parts, when I had ACDelco original equipment for my car is insulting. You charge more than the dealership for simple maintenance .I will never recommend you or ever be back.

Stopped by to swap out a warrantied tire and the place was slammed. The manager not only squeezed us in but actually dropped what he was doing to change the tire himself. You don't get service like this at any other Firestone.

Very unsatisfied with my tirerack.com tire install. If I could give a ZERO STAR RATING, I would!!! I did an early morning drop off for (4) new tires that I had scheduled a week prior. The install took longer than expected and upon pick up I made it a 1/2 mile from the shop before my car died in traffic (fortunately an accident did not occur, but close enough) because during the "complementary service inspection" my new engine air filter was removed, checked, and put back improperly and when I gave my car gas it tried very hard to eat my air filter and died. I needed to buy a new air filter to replace the ruined one. The next day I went on to the highway and found that one of my rear tires was not properly balanced, actually it hadn't been rebalanced at all and needed to have it balanced. And finally this weekend (5 days since my appointment) I did a lug nut check and found all were way over torqued and one had been improperly fastened (picture )that it would no longer allow the proper socket to fit over it, I took me the better part of an hour to finally remove it and replace it. So, please do not visit this location without double checking every single thing they have touched, better yet just don't visit it!! - S.Wood

Place is a joke. Have had my vehicle serviced here several times and have had nothing but issues. Every single visit is nothing but issues and when you go to get the issue they caused fixed they won't help you. Literally go anywhere else.

First time back at Firestone Braintree after many years of absence, I was amused by the service I received during my service appointment. Service manager JOSUE was awesome who took time to explain everything in detail with friendly cordial manner. I will be back for future service.

Made an appointment a day in advance , they called the day off to tell me that they won t get to it until 8 hours after the time it was supposed to be done . Don t take the day off of work and organize a ride if you have an appointment. They don t honor them

I came in to the braintree Firestone store Brian greeted me with great enthusiasm and i explained that I had an appointment with another store but I wanted to see if I could get 2 tires replaced faster Brian taught me about my all wheel drive van that all of my tires needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote for 4 tires and alignment and also did a full vehicle inspection. This is the best experience I have ever had and will continue to bring my vehicle back for rotations and alignment as recommended. Thank you Brian and your team for all the help.

I am glad I listened to other s recommendations and came to the Braintree Firestone location!! I highly recommend this place for tire care and maintenance!! Appreciated the attentive and friendly customer service that Brian and his team provided. They were upfront with what they could do and when, how long it would take, and the cost. Avoid at all CostBrought my truck in for a squeaking belt and the guy claimed I needed 4k of work done, told him I couldn't pay it all now and he kept pushing the issue and belittled the vehicle that I had and kept trying to push more work and money on me. Very bad salesman and customer etiquette. Got my truck back and 2 days later the water pump blew and needed to go back to the shop. Would not trust them with a repair again. Stay away from this place

I'm disappointed with the Braintree location tech and the manager! I made an online appointment for an oil change for 7am on Friday! I called the store and was informed by the tech and I failed to take his name my mistake! The tech informed me they don't start until 8am and the new manager would've called me early Friday morning to tell me his techs don't start until 8am! I said why do the website allow you to make appointments for 7am or 7:30am if you don't honor the appointments and call to change appointments! I was told the new manager is doing things different that's fine but your website needs to be adjusted to the time you actually take appointments! So, I asked the guy about Saturday morning and I was told "yes we can take care of your oil change at 8am on Saturday morning! I said okay! Please make my appointment and he told me I was all set!" He also mentioned there is a 7:30am appointment but the manager will call them and say they don't start until 8am! I arrive to the location and was informed by the manager he doesn't have an appointment for me at all for this morning and mentioned he seen me scheduled for yesterday at 7am! I said your tech made the appointment he continued to say your not scheduled and I'm completely booked! He said Im booked and can't help you! We can take you another day or Monday, sorry no that doesn't work for me! He suggested Quincy location! I left very upset and disappointed and never more with the manager not accommodating me in anyway at all with trying to take care of my oil change after his tech failed to scheduled my appointment! I left very upset! I called Quincy location and told them what just happened to me at the Firestone in Braintree and he told me to come over he will assist me! I arrive and mentioned my experience at the Braintree location and I felt like the manager should've handled that better and should've accommodated me and the service manager Armando Romero at Quincy agreed that he should've taken my vehicle still! Armando was very helpful and he had a few people but said he would get me in and out within 2hrs and that was just fine with me! I like to be treated right where I spend my money and I was going to the Braintree location but after today's experience I doubt I would go back! I'm just really disappointed and I understand mistakes happen but it's also the way they are handled and resolved! The manager at Braintree could've done better since it was his tech/whoever answered the phone at 4:25pm on Thursday! The manager didn't resolve and he didn't care to resolve the failed appointment that was made by his tech! It's 8:46am and my truck is already being serviced at Quincy! Armando was definitely helped much faster and he made me feel better! I truly appreciated Armando and his service today and I definitely recommend the Firestone in Quincy!

Where do I start.... I went in to get brakes, alignment and tune up at end I also needed new tires but let me tell you these guys are the best. Service was great and my car drives brand new. I will never go anywhere else to get my car serviced. These guys are professionals and very kind and JOSIE IS THE BEST VERY KIND!

Service is impeccable, work is done thorough, customer service is exceptional. They make you feel like you are their best customer even though the are extremely busy. I can't say enough great things. My tire had a screw in the tread by wasn't sure where to take it to be repaired until family said to go to Firestone. The one closest to me did not offer the service so I went to the one in Braintree. Not a very convenient location but was familiar with the area. Parking is tight and they were very busy. I made an appointment and was late but thankfully they took me in since it was still early in the day. They seemed to become busier at about 10am. It took about 1.5 hrs for them to finally get to my car but the environment was quiet and they seemed to be very orderly in serving their customers. It was as clean as an auto shop can be. I was not happy about one of the customer service reps not wearing a mask and one customer not wearing a mask. Everyone else, including me, had one on. They were polite and kept me informed. My tire was repaired well. Thanks guys!

If your time is valuable, don't go here. I made an appointment on 11/20/21 Saturday. Once I got there, a gentleman told me he would get my car in as soon as bay opens. I waited 30 minutes nothing happened. I walked up to a lady and asked how much more I had to wait. She tried to avoid the question by repeated asking back how much I could wait. I insisted on giving me some estimate. She reluctantly agreed to ask the mechanics and said I had to wait at least 30 minutes more. They simply do not have a concept of what making appointment means. This shop was a lot smaller than I expected and I think they just don't have good handle on things. Later on the person I made the appointment with (Elvis) called me back. He was really nice and apologetic of that had happen. He promised if I brought my car back, he would get me in right away. Because of him, I decided to give another try next Saturday. 30 minutes before my appointment, I called to see Elvis was there, but he was not. The same gentleman from last week told me the same thing he would get me in as soon as a bay opens up. Same thing as last week. I canceled my appointment. I am not stupid to waste my time two weekends in a row!

Much preferred to go to a local shop than chains as it is usually much cheaper. I went to replace my existing tires and to get the lifetime alignment. The tire change took 3 and 1/2 hours. I have had many tire changes in my lifetime and none took more than 40 minutes. Rick at the desk was great . The staff who performed the actual tire change was on the phone 90% on the time. At the end I was told they don't have the spec for my car which really defeated the purpose of me going there in the first place considering I had submitted an appointment online with my vehicle information. Kudos to Rick but Firestone won't get my business again.In case Firestone replies to this message apologizing and such. Don't bother.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I am utterly disappointed at the fact that I brought my car in to get fixed and suspected it was an alternator issue but was told it was a battery issue. They said my battery was very old so they changed it. Then a few days later while driving in the ice storm on the highway my battery light goes off. I call them and they simply say there's no technician in the store today and I had to go to Quincy. I decided that I would wait until Sunday. Well my car got from bad to worse while driving home and I barely made it home because all the lights, heat, and radio turned off and when I got into my driveway my car wouldn't even start. Took it to another mechanic that actually knows what they're doing and they told me it was my alternator and that they made me waste my money. Oh and also my new battery was very drained from running only on battery all week. I am very upset.

We had an emergency, flat tire, spent the night in a hotel, and was taken care of immediately in the morning with such care, respect, and empathy!! we certainly felt in great hands here at fire stone!Service: TiresService: Tires

I called around 11:00 am on a Sunday because I woke up to a flat. I was able to bring the car right in and got 4 new tires and an oil change and drove out 2 1/2 hours later. They explained the entire warranty and road hazzard coverage. Nice crew and I was grateful they are open on Sundays.

So there I was, Saturday night killing it doing DoorDash and bam my car sounds like it has a flat tire. After looking and not finding a deflated tire I noticed the wet spot on my suspension. Blown axle. Who does car repair on Sunday? Firestone! Omgosh I called first thing and spoke with Olvys and he assured me that they could diagnose and repair my car today. After having it towed to Firestone, the guys were so professional and friendly. They even laughed at my poor humor. These guys worked until the job was complete even staying late on a Sunday. I am impressed by this place and I will always recommend Firestone to any and everybody needing car work completed. Thank you to all the employees who made this repair happen today! Went for the wheel alignment. The employees are friendly and helpful. Even though I had an appointment scheduled it took 1.5 hr to do the alignment. The employee explained to me that they only have 1 rack to do alignment and is why the delay. Other than it was good experience. They should work to reduce the waiting time.

I recently called to make an 8 AM appointment for a standard auto service at this location. They said I could wait and it would be done by 10 AM. I waited for almost two hours and by 9:50 the car was still sitting where I parked it. I tried again this week with the Brookline Firestone location in Boston and they took me in right away and got the job done!

It was great...I stopped in this morning as I am a visitor in town working its about 10 degrees. I asked if they could put air in my tires. Steve was very prompt, put air in all four tires @ no charge!! Sounds like a small matter.. but its certainly a bright light in the Boston area. I`m from VA- felt like good ol southern hospitality...thanks Steve!!!
