Trust worthy and easy to communicate with. Have recommended them to many friends. I have no reservations when it comes to rating them 5 stars. They ve helped me out of many jams and I d never call a different mechanic. They re the best.

Got my old Toyota Highlander diagnosed here, had noise issues. Employees were awesome and the diagnostic was quick and seemed very accurate. Very impressed with the explanation and the price quoted for repair was very reasonable. Will be referring folks here from now on. Looks like the stellar reviews are true.

Alex and everyone over at East Braintree Auto Care have been amazing and have taken such great care of me anytime I ve have work done to my car. Not only do they do a fantastic job, but are also fast, friendly and very fairly priced. Would highly recommend them!!

I ve been going to this shop for years. I can say, once again, how happy I am. I had nothing urgent, so I scheduled an appointment, and that went smoothly. I dropped my car off last Tuesday expecting brakes and some funny sounds to be addressed. The sounds were dealt with (tightening this and that), and brakes were in fact in good shape and did not need to be worked on. Another shop might ve taken advantage of my ignorance about cars and performed unnecessary work. Alex on the other hand told me straight up what was going on and what they did, and what they didn t need to do, and I got a complete overall safety check. Trust is very important of course, especially for someone like me who knows little about cars. East Braintree Auto Care is top of the list! The entire team there are always pleasant, friendly, professional, and it is normal for them to go the distance to make sure they have a happy client. Alex is so incredibly informative; I learn something new whenever I m there. East Braintree Auto Care prices, performance, trustworthiness, and people are why I have been going there and nowhere else and I highly recommend them!

After relocating from out of state, I needed a vehicle repair. After reading their reviews, I contacted East Braintree Auto - and I m so glad I did!Their level of professionalism was outstanding. They were very transparent, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. They provided me with all of my options and took the time to answer any questions without talking over my head or making me feel rushed or pressured. Their pricing was reasonable and they took great care of me. Everyone I worked with was absolutely wonderful!I have since gone back for an oil change and an emissions test. They even put the new license plates on my car for me! I feel very comfortable having them work on my car and know I m always in good hands. They truly go above and beyond. I have been a customer here for many years and will stay with them. I always get treated like family and never sold things my car does not need. I hope you will stop here too if you are in the South Shore of Boston Area.I did not have all the services listed today but they have been working on all my cars for years.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto emissions testing, Auto maintenance

Awesome folks there. No hassle or any attempts to sell you unneeded parts/services. Really has their customer s best interest in mind. Strongly recommend!The parking spot is a little tight though, so be prepared.

Elie M Alex, and the rest of the workers at East Braintree Auto Care are fantastic!I own a 2018 Honda Civic. And, when I went to goto work last week, my dashboard displayed ALL of the possible errors, making the car impossible to drive normally w it stuck in limp mode .I called the local Honda dealership, as well as a few other local repair shops, and every other place was either too busy to get me in, not willing to try to help me at all with my electric issue, or they wanted to charge me just to look at my car!Well, the nice young lady who answered the phone at East Braintree Auto told me that they would be happy to take a look.Soon after dropping it off, I received a call from Elie who told me that he was certain he could fix it, but it would take a few hours. Sure enough a few hours later I got a call back telling me the good news, that they had found holes, possible rodent bite marks in the wiring and that he was able to repair it!The cost was more than reasonable and I could not be happier with the all around service I received.Thanks again Elie and the rest of the team over at East Braintree Auto Care!!!Service: Electrical

I thought I had a leaking heater core after i already replacing some of the hose, reservoir tank and having a wet floor mat. I stopped by East Braintree Auto Care to see how much it cost to get it replaced knowing it was going to hurt the wallet... after stopping by, they didn't just take my word and give me a quote, they ripped open my dashboard, tasted the liquid on my floor mate, and looked under the hood and found a small hole in one of the rear coolant overflow hose!They saved me so much time and money by actually taking the time to check everything and told me what to do on my own. I'll definitely be going back and sending folks their way cause they are awesome!THANK YOU GUYS! hard to find this type of honesty nowadays

We have been doing business with Geyers for years. First of all, they treat their customers with respect. They are very candid about the work they do and never push additional 'unneeded' repairs on the customer. More often then not the problem turns out to be less problematic and less costly than anticipated. The mechanics there, headed up by Rick are experienced, honest, hardworking and great at what they do. They handle pretty much any kind of issue, on any kind of vehicle. They'll even let you get the parts so they can do the work. We constantly recommend friends and family to these guys because they have earned our trust and respect over the years. Easy 5 star operation!!

I spoke with Eli about getting a synthetic oil change and inspection sticker. He was very welcoming and charges far less for the oil change than my dealership. He had the car ready exactly when promised and did an excellent job. I will continue to get oil changes here because now I have a mechanic I can trust.

We were traveling 3000 miles from home when we experienced car trouble. We called them and they told us to come right in and they would fit us in and get us on our way. They were able to get us on the road again in under 45 minutes. They were fair, honest and extremely friendly. They were very kind to our young children. I wish they were our hometown garage.
