An absolute rude and ignorant staff. A person trying to get a drink who is down on his luck and has to pay with a few pennies and he makes him feel like a horrible person for doing so. I hate that arrogance in their their prices are overrated and I suggest boycotting

Wow! They did an inspection and fixed my taillight for much less than I would ve assumed!!! And the guy explained how he did it and everything.Will definitely use these guys again.Update: another bulb. Alex is amazing!!!! He explained things, told me what he does (everything), and overall seems nice and knowledgeable. Will use again definitely.

I always get gas here because it is convenient and I use my Stop and Shop points. They have, in the past, not clearly marked broken pumps which can be a huge pain if I am in a rush. Still, the staff is helpful and courteous.

I needed to have a vehicle inspected for Massachusetts and found myself at this Shell based on internet reviews. I highly recommend them. There was only about a 5 minute wait. The staff was very courteous. The technician placed a floor mat not to dirty the drivers side floor. Since the MA sticker is on the passenger side the technician took great care to fully remove the drive side out of state sticker and clean my windshield.
