Absolutely awful experience. Was quoted $890 to replace my windshield. The new windshield was damaged and when they called me telling me they had to order a new one from the dealer they had the audacity to charge me $3,300. No effort to help figure this out what so ever.

Went there last year and it was a horrible experience. The staff is rude and they are not bothered about their customers. The first time their technician was unable to caliber my lane assist system so had to go there again and he was still unable to fix it. They wasted a total of 12 hours of mine. I had to eventually go to my dealer and get it fixed. I had to get in touch with my insurance and let them know what happened so that a new claim could be started. Do not go to them.

I really only dealt with one glass replacement company in my local area because honestly, that's all I knew existed. It wasn't until they wanted to charge me $120 for a repair stating that my insurance "wasn't comprehensive". So I decided to call my insurance broker who assured me that any and all glass repair/replacement was fully covered and to never use that company again (::cough cough:: Safelite ::cough cough::). They recommended Glass America, put a claim through and Glass America called and scheduled a full windshield replacement 3 days later at no charge. The technician was amazing. He arrived exactly when he said he would, made sure I was happy with the work and was incredibly kind and professional throughout. I would 1000% recommend this company and will refer all of my friends and family to them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I would like to express my gratitude for such a great all around experience. Customer service (Amanda I think), was wonderful, and very accommodating. Russ (the technician) was very punctual, personal and professional. I have not been to my car yet since it\'s been finished, but I assume I will be very happy with the end result. Thank you kindly for a great experience during a very stressful time. I was referred by my insurance company, but will be sure to recommend this company to anyone in need of repair.

My name is joie mullen, I work at McGovern in the service dept as an advisor. Part of my job is helping to assist customers in their windshield repair/replacement needs and recommend & help facilitate the procedure with a professional and amazing outcome.We were not using Glass America at that time, but I liked the rep, Sue Ramos, so I thought I would give the company a try. Happy that I did, because I continued to work with her on numerous repairs for my customers, that were also always happy with the work completed.I had been relocated to another McGovern and Sue put me in touch with the rep for that area Tim Trepanier. Words can not express how completely impressed I have been working with Tim!! A business relationship/friendship that has continued for almost 2 years. He has always accommodated the customers with little to no notice, sometimes complicated ones, and even done the work himself if no one else was available. As an advisor, I am so pleased to have the fortune to work with such a personable professional representative. All my customers have been 110% happy! So in short, Tim has always gone above and beyond.For the first time outside of the dealership dealings, I was in an emergency situation for myself. We were out of state far from home in Las Vegas and Tim still made it happen!!We needed a rear glass replacement in a rental and time was an issue as car was parked on strip with no glass. He contacted the appropriate people in the area (and should be noted they were also amazing) and had us all ready in no time.All my professional dealings with Tim have always been remarkable, and now being on the other end as a customer I can say how happy and wonderful both dealings have always been and look forward to continue to work with Tim!!! The customer service was amazing I called and within 3 days they scheduled my appt. The tech met me at work I inform them that I need to be out of the bus yard (work) by 8: 15am and in less than 20 minutes he was done repairing my backquarter panel. Plus they charged me $80. cheaper then Safelite which were asking $309.99.

They installed the wrong windshield on my car on the first try, even after looking up the make and model by VIN. The second installation destroyed the seal around my windshield which cost me several hundred dollars and hours of troubleshooting to replace.I wish I had something nice to say about my experience but I really don't.

Great place. Saw me quickly and identified a problem with my sunroof leaking. While it wasn t part of their service, it was incredibly helpful that they pointed me in the right direction. I ll bring any glass repair to them from here on.

Was happily surprised to get an appointment for 8am the next day. Process was quick and easy with a very knowledgeable and skilled staff. Highly recommend for all your auto glass needs.

The technician replaced my brand new car windshield and did transfer the inspection sticker and the company is not responsible for it! They tell you, well too bad we made the mistake. You have to get a new sticker and pay for it yourself! Terrible first time experience for this irresponsible company.
