A few months back, I brought my automobile in for repair since it was not functioning properly. The man who called Ray to assist me. He informed me that the fuel pump is the issue. Although he fixed it, it stopped functioning a week ago. When I brought my automobile there for repair, the process took seven days. He informed me that I would need to spend $1200 for a new fuel pump, thus I figure that the total cost of fixing my fuel pump will be higher. Since I'm a student and can't afford to pay that much, I asked that my car be fixed temporarily, and I paid $200 for it without having my fuel pump changed. Then, after four days, it stopped functioning once more. After two days, it stopped functioning entirely. Then, I checked the fuel pump prices on the internet. The price starting from 300$ not 1200$. I chose to have my car repaired by a different person. They fixed my car entirely in a single day, and the next day it was ready. I was charged only $60, which was far less than what Top Auto had charged me. Additionally, they guarantee to fix my car for free if it breaks down. I believe that The Top Auto doesn t fix my car on purpose they will almost charging me over 1200$. I will never go there. I strongly don t recommend this place. Don t waste your money for nothing.

I have used their services a few times over the years. Brought in my CRV a couple of days ago since the rear brakes and rotors were long overdue so had an emergency. I recently had an issue with my car and a close friend of mine suggested Ray, and I instantly knew I should not go anywhere else.Ray is super professional, honest, meticulous, and super quick! He listens to you carefully and treats you with respect. He also goes out of his way to explain everything you need to know about the problem you have with your car.I have been living in Boston for 9 years, and I wish I had heard about Ray earlier. I have brought my car to a few different mechanics over the years, but none of them can even come close!Forget about other mechanics, Ray is the person you want to bring your car to. I strongly suggest Top Auto Services to anyone who is looking for an auto service.

worst place ever!! I went to do a TNC inspection and waited for almost 2 hours and they ended up doing a MA inspection because the poor communication between employees, at the end the guy got mad at me for no reason and quick me out without the TNC inspection and loosing 2 hours that I took from work just to do that.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

Stopped by here with the problem of non-working AC and asked to add freon. They were hesitant of doing it on a BMW (for whatever reason). Then looked and said I had enough freon and the problem with AC might be different, however if I really want they can add more freon but can t guarantee the fix. 40min and $80 later I pick up the car, the AC is not working - well, the warned me. I bring the car next day to my regular BMW mechanic expecting an expensive AC fix - he checks the problem and says I simply need freon. I thought he was joking and told him I had just had it added a day before. He adds it and the problem is gone. These guys are CROOKS. It s gross to know people do this to you.

These people are very honest and fair, theyll give u free advice, hear u out and even try to make u spend less if possible honestly!! They do an excellent job, every problem ive had was fixed with no issue. One thing i can say though is to make sure that u call them ahead of time before coming in because theyre always busy and u might have to leave ur car there if anything. My father has been going here for years. On his old truck before he got a brand new one they charged a little over $300 for a exhaust which is a good price these guys are fair and honest and know what they are doing.
