Fantastic -- truly. Danny and his team did an unbelievable job. I got a fancy new car and not even 24 hours later I bashed in the back bumper. They turned it around in ONE day and the job was perfect. These guys are the real deal and they work magic. Standing ovation, guys! I had a terrific repair shop in Allston before, but they always took weeks to do the repairs. Now, SBAB is my new, go-to body shop for sure!

I can not say enough about South Bay Auto! Danny took great care of my vehicle repairs and even helped me get a rental while my car was being fixed. This is now my go to shop! Highly recommend.

10/10. South Bay is the best of the best, there s no problem too big for them to handle! They ve worked on my car many times and I am nothing but satisfied on the work they do. I was in the area when I noticed a scraping noise underneath my car. I pulled over and saw that the plate underneath my car was peeled back and scraping against the concrete. I panicked and was wondering how I would get home. I googled the nearest auto body shop and came here unannounced. They helped me right away and took the plate out. I offered to pay them and they said not to worry about it. Super friendly and helpful in a time of need. I will be coming back here when I have planned maintenance.

Went to get a side mirror fixed a couple of days ago and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. The guys here are super nice and friendly, and most importantly super efficient. Highly recommend!

Don t go to this place please. They will rip you off. DO NOT SIGN any document before you read it. They will give you an electronic device for you to sign. BE CAREFUL you re signing the insurance check payable direct to garage.BE CAREFUL also leaving your vehicle at this garage. They ll charge you $150.00 a day storage fee. When contacting this garage they will play games the vehicle hasn t been appraised yet to keep your vehicle and charge storage fees if you don t fix your vehicle with them.They ve charged me $5000.00 dlrs storage fee. Once again BE CAREFUL!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would!!! Gave him my car through an insurance claim and I got it back with more issues than it had when I gave it to them. Very unprofessional communication is horrible. He went on vacation while I was stuck without a vehicle. They had my car for three months when it was supposed to only be two weeks and now it requires extra repairs. Insane!! if I had the time money and patience I would sue this man. DONT DO IT!!

I asked for a quote on a rear windshield wiper to send to my insurance company. He asked me if the motor was working and my boyfriend ran outside to see if it was working, but we couldn t hear due to the traffic on mass ave. I asked if he could have someone who has a trained ear come out and help and he said no it s cold out. Then he said I ll have to come at a reasonable time, mind you I called him at 3 PM and he told me to come and waited for 20 minutes after I got there I will be getting a quote somewhere that s more professional and a bit kinder to their customers or prospective customers. Obviously it s cold out, it s Boston in the winter

I had a fantastic experience with South Bay Auto! They addressed two issues with my CLA250, and now my car looks brand new. What truly impressed me was their extra effort in polishing all my damaged tire rims. Danny and his team are exceptional at what they do. Highly recommend their services! Thank you guys!

clear coat after paint job is pealing. Car door needed to be replaced after break in. Had my car for weeks longer then they originally told me. And a couple years later the clear coat on the door is pealing off. Now I have to get my car door painted as it looks awful next to the rest of my car with the original factory paint.

South Bay Auto Body Shop was recommended to me by my nephew who has had positive experience with the Auto Body shop with Danny. However, the experience I had was horrible poor communication, lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I would never refer anyone to this shop. My car sat there literally almost 3 month's although there was a delay with my insurance company mainly because of Danny lack of communication which caused most of the delay. I usually only deal with Hicks Auto Body because he does excellent work and the customer service and communication is impeccable. This was my own fault I should have went to him there was no real reason why I didn't beside my nephew recommending I try South Bay Auto. Hugh mistake.Service: Body & Trim

My car will not turn on after having it back a little over a month now !! HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!! Need work on time management one and half week turned into 2 MONTHS and no one picks up the phone after a while they block your number . INSURANCE PAID FOR THE JOB AND THEY LIED about the amount and damages LIED ABOUT SO MANY THINGS BECAUSE I'M FEMALE AND THOUGH I DIDN'T KNOW ANY BETTER my uncles are mechanics so i know enough not to get played...don't go lie to the customer about THINGS JUST BECAUSE YOU ASSUME THEY DON'T KNOW THE TERMINOLOGY ALL OF THEM ARE PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED LIARS !!

I had the best experience with Danny and his team. I live in the South Boston area and my car was side swiped while parked with no note left from the responsible party. As soon as I called Danny , he was incredibly compassionate towards the situation. He took his time to explain to me what exactly needed to be done and how insurance is handled (given that I had no prior experience with car accidents). His prices are unbeatable and beyond reasonable. My car was at South Bay for a little over a week, and Danny was very easy to get in contact with and kept me in the loop the entire time on the status of my car in terms of insurance coverage and timing. When I picked up my car, they had not only washed the exterior but interior as well (SO nice)! They had even buffed out some scratches on other parts of my car that weren't a result of the accident. Everyone was so friendly and awesome - I really could not have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be sending every person I know to South Bay when it comes to car repairs. Thanks again, Danny!!!

I'm a loyal customer of South Bay Auto Body! This Auto Body Repair location is about 35 minutes away from where I live, and let me tell you is worth the drive to drop my car for repairs here. Danny, the owner and his employees are great at what they do! Fast and Friendly Service! I'm always recommending all people that I know for their car's repairs to go to South Bay Auto Body! I have brought my car here two times already for work and let me tell you, Danny will take care of you in a matter of minutes! In other words, they are extraordinary at what they do!

South Bay Auto Body is awesome!!! Danny and his sister are super helpful, very nice, and accommodating. Basically I dropped off my car, placed one phone call to my insurance agent, and they literally took care of everything else! Got me in a rental car, worked with my insurance, and kept me updated through the whole process. On top of that incredible experience, Danny was able to work his magic and save me $400 on my deductible. Incredible!!! The actual body work is superb -- my car looks brand new!

Everyone I've interacted with at South Bay Auto Body has been very friendly and helpful. Customers are treated almost like family here, which is unheard of in the Auto industry. The techs do great work and are proud of what they do. Danny has a great understanding of what repairs will cost and works with you to get your car back on the road without paying an arm & a leg.The only issue I have is you need to stay on top of your repairs and check in at times; this shop is high volume and very busy. I still give them 5 stars because when you do touch base, they quickly get repairs back on track and actually treat you like a customer instead of an annoyance, like most body shops. I highly recommend South Bay Auto Body

Danny and all the mechanics working there were all so welcoming and so nice. I had a flat tire and he was able to accommodate me with no problem and no hesitation. He understood it was my only way of getting home and was able to get me in an out less than 20 mins. Honestly cannot describe how great they all were, any problems you may have they are more than willing to help you out. Best service hands down.

For the Past 8 Years I have been getting my car serviced at South Bay Auto. From a cracked Bumper to painting my entire car I have had nothing but the BEST EXPERIENCE. Over the years they have serviced at least 3 of my vehicles in one way or another and each time my car is returned to me looking and running better than the day I bought it! No transportation? They will pick you up, or even drop off your car too you. Their customer service is AMAZING and I can attest to every experience I have had as a customer being a GREAT EXPERIENCE. All of the employees there are phenomenal, but I have to take my hat off to Danny. HE IS THE BEST! Danny is patient and will walk you through the process from the damage done to the repairs that need to be made to your car. He always keeps you in loop and is ready and willing to explain anything that you may not understand. For me, services like that go along way. It is truly a blessing working with them and I send everyone I know to South Bay Auto. They will have a FOREVER CUSTOMER with me.

Danny and his staff are great mechanics! They did an amazing job with repairing my bumper and I was very pleased with their professional service. They are all very accommodating and made themselves available to answer all my questions which was great. If your having car troubles I would strongly recommend going into Danny's shop. You won't regret it! Overall the experience was very positive.

I own a Honda Accord Coupe in dark grey and was hit from behind and needed to get my car fixed with convenience and great customer service. I went to Danny and he truly cares for his business and his clients. The liaised everything between the insurance company all the way to returning my rental car for me all I had to do was get off work park the rental get in my now perfect car and go. Thank you for the convenience and the help with getting the claims paid and work done on my vehicle. I am very grateful and loved my experience am already recommending them to everyone I know.

First and foremost I ll never bring my car anyplace else. Danny is a solid guy I drive a Corvette on short notice after it was damaged he said bring it in tomorrow I dropped my car off the next day and boom. Entire car as if it just left the lot a honest sincere gentleman who takes care of his customers like family. I ve dealt with Danny on three occasions this year all have been great experiences. When my Lexus was damaged he made my car brand spanking new I completely fell back in love with it. If you want a shop that knows how to deal with high end or and class of car you will never need to look any further. His crew of guys are perfectionist at their work if somethings not right they are not just going to give it back they will go out their way put in the extra work to satisfy the customer. Hands down best shop I ve ever dealt with.Will JThanks Danny!!

They will waste your time! I should have known not to bring my car there after my husband's experience. He put his car in the shop and they constantly kept pushing back his return date. I went there anyway because it was close to my home. Big mistake. Apparently the owner was not there so they called him on the phone. He assured me he would be there in 10 minutes. I asked if that was a real time frame. He said yes and had me wait over 40 minutes. They just want your money. Don't respect your time.

Danny and his team provide excellent customer service. I am very pleased with the service they provide. I badly scraped the side of my car on a concrete pillar in a parking garage one morning and I had a quote from Danny by lunchtime. He offered me different options for fixing the damage and worked with me to figure out what was best for my situation. He offered to help with a rental car and made sure I was taken care of. He delivered on his promise of time, quality, and cost and I deeply appreciate that. I highly recommend Danny and everyone over at South Bay Auto Body!

Danny and his team are fantastic and their customer service is unparalleled. I went to them after damaging my car's side-view mirror with a lane watch camera. Whereas the dealer was charging me an absurd amount to replace it, Danny and his team promptly repaired it and most importantly, they didn't try to rip me off! I highly recommend South Bay Auto Body and especially recommend Danny for his excellent customer service.

Danny and his team were great! They made a difficult process simple. They also kept me updated every step of the way. I felt confident they were doing everything they could to get my car back ASAP. My car came back beautiful, it looked like a new car. I live on the south shore but will bring my car back if I run into any issues down the road. I d recommend them to any friends or family.

I would like to first say that I rarely write reviews, but the customer service provided over at South Bay Auto was beyond phenomenal! A month ago my car was victimized of a sideswipe hit and run while I was at work. Luckily a very kind lady left me note claiming to see the whole incident. After insurance procedures, I originally went with Boston Body works because of their also positive reviews. However the experience felt very generic, and scripted. South Bay Auto truly was an unique experience. I was greeted by an awesome gentleman named Danny. He first shook my hand, gave laser focus on my situation, and provided me a very descriptive explanation (that was easy on the ears) on the repair procedure. When South Bay Auto was finished with the repairs, my car literally came out looking better than before my incident! Danny and his team went above and beyond what I expected for my repairs. The whole experience got me writing a novel on this review. Without thinking twice, this is definitely the first place I will go for any future repairs!
