Quirk Neponset really rolled out the red carpet for us! We had a fantastic experience from the test drive, picking up the car, and dealing with the friendly staff. Every request we had, they fulfilled and then some! I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new car to make their first stop at Quirk Neponset!

Quirks service department has amongst the worst customer service I have witnessed. Walking into the advisor area has the ambiance as a morgue with an employee attitude that matches. Not a hello, a smile, or even a thank you..and with owning a Jeep, expect to be there a lot (now named Consumer Reports most unreliable brand).Next is the issue with the actual service.. my vehicle was in there for an oil change (because during the last service, they never reset the oil change light), a recall, and a state inspection. Well, the recall was done before the inspection making it fail the inspection. I now have to drive the car about 100 miles before I can go get another inspection done. I guess this was a known issue.. common sense says do the inspection first not at Quirk though! I called the advisor to ask why it was done and calling her rude would be a great disservice to the term rude , as she went above and beyond to be the most unhelpful person. So, I emailed Dave Faraday, the service manager and never heard back.. that s the type of service you can expect at Quirk. Not even an apology later, I picked up my car, with the same bitter attitude that we started out with, and again, not even an apology. (And wait for the response, they will claim the system was down, but I bet it would be working if it was a new car sale!)I don t know about anyone else, but when you spend north of $70k on a car, you expect a certain level of service, one which this dealership is certainly unable to attain. Do yourself a favor and buy a BMW for that kind of money and avoid the headache that is subpar service.

Quirk Neponset truly went above and beyond for us! Our experience, from the test drive to picking up the car, was fantastic, thanks to the friendly staff. They fulfilled every request we had and even exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend anyone in search of a new car to make their first stop at Quirk Neponset!

Their customer service is poor. Their service department refused to repair my car. I purchased my Jeep Compass from this dealership in 2019. I asked them a favor if they could quote down the price as the issue is due to the faulty radio screen and I did not do anything to it. Also the car is relatively new ( 3years +9 months and around 18K milage) They came back saying that is the best price they can offer. I later accepted the price they quoted and ask them to repair my car. However, they refused to repair my car even I accepted the original price they quoted. Would definitely avoid purchasing from this dealership.

I booked an appointment online as a new client which the system allowed me to do, I received 3 confirmation emails. Unfortunately one business day before the appointment I got a call that said we can t accept your appointment since you re a new client. I asked why the system allowed it and nobody could offered an answer. After getting my my appointment cancelled I continued to get emails confirming and preparing for my appointment. When I called the woman I spoke to in service Lauren was not helpful or friendly at all. It was a terrible experience as a customer and I absolutely would not recommend.

Bought a RAM 1500, wasn't trained on anything other than how to hook up my phone. I really could have used someone knowledgable to go over simple things, like how the computer will override the driver in unpredictable conditions. Got into a very dangerous situation in the snow w/o a functioning 4WD, then was absolutely unsupported when I tried to talk to the service manager about the damage sustained. I will never, ever, ever buy so much as a floor mat from Quirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Of Dorchester, and I will absolutely never, ever, ever use their service department. It's a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM/Mr. Quirk scam. Screw you all. I'm switching to Toyota.

I have been coming here for quite some years now as I appreciate the no nonsense approach to coming to an agreement on a monthly payment. This is Jeep number 3 for me from them. Love how easy it is to fill out the necessary paperwork on a tablet. Everything is electronic and no paper. I worked with Billy A. this time (after working with Charbal who was great too) and it was appreciated that he really listened to what I wanted in my next Jeep, and executed everything very quickly, with no pressure. The dealership is clean, professional and has great hours of operation. I do not use their service department anymore, unfortunately, due to a rather large issue I had with them. I highly recommend this dealership, as two of my friends have also purchased/leased vehicles from them with satisfaction.

Quirk was great and very accommodating while purchasing my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Unfortunately, it died six weeks later after I went over railroad tracks and the anti braking system went off. There was no car in front of me. Having a car suddenly die in the middle of a busy street created an extremely dangerous and terrifying situation. As if that wasn't bad enough, Jeep Assist left me stranded for 6 hours! I called AAA and they showed up in an hour. Emails to Quirk were eventually answered but NEVER a phone call or follow up. The dealership basically told me it's a Chrysler issue. The person at Jeep Customer Care listened but only said, "Thanks for your feedback." Although my vehicle was towed to a different dealership, I feel Quirk should stand behind what they sold and offer support to correct this situation! My car has been out of service for close to 3 weeks with no estimate of when I will have it back. After multiple attempts to determine why my brand new Jeep with only 1,000 miles on it does not stay in gear and constantly stalls, I have finally been told I need a new transmission and that Chrysler would like to conduct further testing to be sure the locked transmission was a fluke in my car and not something that could be an issue in others. This should not happen to a 6 week old vehicle! After this experience, I will not feel safe driving this car. During this ordeal, I have been told there are no loaner cars available and there has been no offer of a rental for me. My life has been uprooted by this and it is not fair. I am borrowing vehicles from family and friends to be able to get to work and carry on day to day business, all while paying the costs associated with a brand new car. It is heartbreaking to be so excited about a purchase and then so drastically let down. I would love to talk to Dan Quirk. From what I have read, this is not how he does business and I hope he would want a chance to stand behind his name and make things right.To reply to the Quirk response -I honestly think you do not fully understand my frustration with this situation. If you did, your company would reach out to me personally and try to resolve. I have been without my brand new car for over 3 weeks! When I purchased the car YOUR dealership said I could go to ANY certified Jeep service center for service or work and that it made sense to go to the one closest to my location instead of traveling an hour. Jeep Assist left me stranded, and charged me to tow over 5 miles so I'm not sure why I would tow all the way there. But to restate, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! Since it was a brand new car, I never envisioned it would need a new transmission and this would be the ordeal it is! With all the work being done I no longer consider it a new car! When I called your dealership to suggest you do not use this tow company, which had a 1 star rating, awful reviews, and doesn't answer a phone or show up - the response I got was, "You should call Jeep Customer Care because the don't really listen to feedback from people at the dealership level." Additionally, please don't state that you have not heard back from me until this review surfaced. It says right in my review that you did eventually respond to emails. I have documented EVERYTHING and printed out responses. In fact in one of the emails your representative restated what qualifies under the lemon law and wasn't sure if mine would qualify because it "only happened after you drove over railroad tracks." My car does qualify since it has been out of service for over 15 days and your company would know this if you truly took the time to understand my frustration and tried to help in solving this problem. I have contacted your dealership several times as well as Chrysler headquarters and the certified dealer I brought it to in order to resolve this issue. On the day I picked up my car, your company was quick to ask that I give glowing reviews. You are very helpful in good times, but in bad times "it's a manufacturer problem" not a Quirk problem.

Fantastic! They treated my beautiful B5 challenger like their own baby. I'd drive from anywhere in the new england area to allow these folk to work on my car, Them and them only. Ask for Chris or Lauren in service for the best service you're heart could ask for.

Charbel was amazing. I walked in not knowing what I wanted exactly but knew my price range. He found me an AMAZING deal on a tail hawk for lease and was able to take my rav4 lease from me early. he went beyond when I called the next day questioning and how it would work with my family compared to the rav 4 I had. He compared both cars and gave honest fed back. I would highly recommend him. He gives great deals you can t find and is upfront.

Had to bring my Jeep here twice in the space of 2 months. First time was after 3 days of purchasing the car(purchased from an online seller) the exhaust pipe fell and this location was suggested to me by the company I purchased the Jeep from. It took them a month to get the Jeep back to me, after getting the run around from the warranty company. First time around I felt as though I had to be the one contacting Quirk to find out the status. Turns out I needed more than just a new exhaust, from the pictures posted I needed new tires, a new belly pan and a few other things(I can't recall). But once everything was done there was no issues with turnover. After a month of driving I had to bring her back due to an oil leak(not sure if related), this time things were smoother. No external warranty company to go back and forth with seeing I was still under manufacturer's warranty. Was able to drop my car off overnight, leaving my key in a lockbox and having the repair done and returned the next day. Thank heavens I didn't have to wait another month!!

I love bringing my Challenger here for service work. I brought my car in today for an oil change. Everyone here is always wicked friendly, and the shop is immaculate. The service work here has always been so quick, and my car is always taken good care of.

My first appointment was not as I expected, because the salesman I talked to via email was not there on the scheduled day and not even the truck I wanted to see, but Billy another salesman took great care giving me all the information about the truck that I wanted to buy. The purchase process was easy and with the attention that every customer deserves. My wife and I are happy with our brand new RAM truck and we recommend Quirk Boston and especially Billy who is an excellent salesman. We recommend this dealership.

Absolutely the best place to purchase! Robert & Gary went out of their way to be sure to get me the Jeep I wanted for the best price! Nowhere else could compare! The dealership was clean, bright and airy. They both made the transaction as painless as possible and my new Jeep was delivered with a big white bow! Highly recommend Quirk in Dorchester all day long! No need to look elsewhere!

Called to ask if they still had a vehicle, they said no. Asked if I could order one, they said no. Asked if they can help me find one, they said no. Its too bad because I bought my wifes car from Quirk Subaru and loved the service, thought it would be the same here guess not; must be a Stellantis thing.

Never felt pressured! Lauren Manning was the salesperson we negotiated with and she was amazing. She went back and forth between us and her manager at least four times, but never complained or showed any frustration with us. I felt like they really wanted my business and didn't brush me off as wasting their time. We went to a few other dealerships before Quirk Chrysler and at one Kia location that will remain nameless, the salesperson was in their car and driving off as soon as we said we needed to think about and compare the best offer. Again Lauren Manning was awesome, we enjoyed our experience with her and her company.

Save yourself the headache and avoid getting vehicles serviced here. Was told that if I replaced parts they would pass the previously failed inspection. Replaced the parts at their recommendation, then was told they could not complete the work because their alignment equipment was not working and they would not inspect the vehicle. Not sure why they would recommend fixing the vehicle if they could not finish, drove off their lot with new parts installed but not aligned or safe to drive.. Brought the vehicle directly to a local shop and received a passed inspection. Waste of time and $. 1 star because the staff were nice initially.Update: service department agreed with the initial inspection diagnoses of front end issue. Service dept also stated that if I replaced the control arms they would be able to pass it. They replaced the parts and did not ensure they were properly aligned knowing they couldn t do the alignment before installing the parts. If you couldn t ensure the vehicle was safe to drive after the installation that should ve been stated before the started. I gave them the original failed inspection and there were no issues until after they installed the new parts. They also tried to charge me twice and looked at me like I was wrong when I told them I had paid already.. overall very poor experience and communication from their service department. Looking at past reviews , it seems as if they always have some smart response to customers dissatisfaction. Can t just own the fact that you were not straight forward with the work the vehicle required and the expected outcome. If you can t complete the work you shouldn t have even agreed to install the parts, rather than tell me about this issue after the fact.

**Buyers Beware of JL Wranglers and Gladiators** They rust at the hinges and on the hood and Quirk and Jeep not willing to fix under corrosion protection. I purchased my Wrangler brand new from Quirk and it is still covered under corrosion protection. They will not fix it or assist in where to get it fixed under warranty. I went so far as to call Jeep while at the dealership and neither the dealer nor Jeep will stand behind their product. The photo shows the day I picked up the Jeep and the Jeep I traded in at the time. I have been a long time supporter of the Jeep brand until now.

This was my first lease experience and Quirk was excellent! Genderson was so helpful from the get go and there to answer any and all of my questions promptly. He made the process so easy- had the car I was looking for prepared to look at, helped me compare models and got me the best deal he could (I had been shopping). I picked up my new car the next day! 10/10 Quirk!

I Don't care where you go to buy a car it's never a Fantastic Experience. I have Leased cars for the last 18 years and each and every time I feel like I'm getting ready for Battle. Well, This time was no different. EXCEPT. once I was at Quirk Dodge Jeep Ram in Dorchester. I met Lauren Manning and everything was different. I can't tell you how happy I was. she was assigned to be my salesperson. Lauren was knowledgeable and able to explain all my options. When it came to negotiations I knew a window of what I was willing to pay and I was very clear I didn't want to play games and go back and forth. as always we did but within 20 min we cam to an agreement that made us both happy. I am giving most of the credit for having a Great experience to Lauren but I will say everyone I encountered was good. I Never buy the same car Twice but if I wanted a Jeep id look for Lauren.

Won t service cars they didn t sell themselves. Won t even service the ones they do sell after 100k miles. They ll cancel your appointment the day before. Have never dealt with such an unprofessional collection of garbage human beings.UPDATE: Dealer reply claims they won't service vehicles that are 10 years old and have more than 100k miles. THAT IS A LIE. They refused to service my 2020 Ram 1500 with 82k miles that was still under extended warranty. It's never had any work done to do it other than scheduled maintenance at other dealers. They had dozens of open appointments all week. Every justification of this policy they try to give is a complete lie. They are completely full of it, avoid these scumbags.
