I pulled in. A pseudo-valet rudely directed me to where I should park and then yelled out criticism as I parked. Apparently he had other things to do but couldn t pass up the chance to exert the tiniest bit of power his position affords him. Pitiful.I say pseudo-valet because he took my keys but did not park or retrieve my car. I have no clue why this man was even there.This garage is expensive. The staff members I encountered were dismissive, rude, and ineffective. Park anywhere else. Retrieving your car from the BTD impound is a more pleasant and likely more affordable experience.Would give zero stars if I could.
