I have no complaints they did my Honda couple years back. Now I m bringing my coupe in and I m sure my guys are gonna take care of me. I loved the paint job and the price. Plus the customer service is great!! No complaints I ll see you guys soon.

I came here last year after an accident and they did so well that after my car was hit again in July, told my insurance I was coming back here. I worked with Mike both times and he was very nice and professional! I m very happy with my results and will be returning in the near future to have some minor work done. I highly recommend them!

To my disappointment, the customer service at this car repair facility fell far short of my expectations. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a staff member who seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my concerns. Their lack of professionalism was evident, as they failed to provide clear communication regarding the estimated repair time, pricing, and available options. This lack of transparency left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the overall quality of service.

Best auto body experience ever! Joe was a super cool and knowledgable dude from the start and service was super fast with a great price! Fromt bumper came out to look really good and you wouldn t notice a difference between this one and the original paint. First of all everyone at Maaco was so kind and helpful every step.The manager went out of his way to provide the best service and help. Their work is so perfect and professional. It was all done in such a timely manner, that I highly recommend this Maaco to anyone looking for professional and quality service from start to finish. My SUV looks brand new again! I have always been happy with service at Maaco Boston, until now. Three of my past cars were painted in that shop, with excellent results. However this time the man quoted me a price of $4,500, which seemed high. So I went to another Maaco, that quoted me a price of 3,337. Same car, same work.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had to bring my car here twice within a month for fixing and both experiences were great! Everyone was very helpful and provided all information that I needed to know and care for my vehicle afterwards. I will never use this auto body shop anymore. This is actually the first and the last time. There is no form of communication at all starting from the beginning, no updates on work they are doing. They had known that because of covid, auto parts will be back ordered and take longer to get here but they never mention it to customers about it but rather telling customers lies that the car will be ready in 2-3 weeks knowing the fact that it will not. They never bother to mention there's a possibility that there might be some delay on parts or giving me the choice to decide if I want to live my car for that long to get fix. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If there was a negative zero stars that's what I would have given them for what they did to me. I could have bring the car during my vacation if I was informed that the work is going to take longer. Unprofessional, manipulative, schemers and liar that's what they are, I should have never brought my car there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience w/ MAACO on Morrissey blvd. I got into an accident unfortunately-- I dropped it off and when I got my car back it looked perfect it only took them about a week to fix the entire left side of my car. Thanks so much for all your help!

Note AUG issues never re-solved.Noting the following from the work on my 2018 Ford Taurus.OCT 2021 Good news, the replacement center control screen looks good and is working well, thank you.SEP 2021 recently re-painted silver rocker panel under the front passenger door was correctly painted blackAUG 18 thry AUG 26, Still waiting on answers on;console not completed, panel around shifterfront license plate bracket all were not replaced.front passenger door edge is very rough (not buffed?) and missing edge guardfront right bumper is now chippedPlease advise what can be done to correct these issuesThanksWork is incomplete, parts still not replaced, emailed branch and no response.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

these guys go above and beyond. I pretty much needed surgery on my ford escape. not only did they fix it, but in record time. The maintenance/repair team is just as great as the office team. Everyone is friendly and strive for customer excellence. I highly recommend this shop from everything to paint, repair, to your scheduled maintenance. Thanks Guys!

I needed work done to my truck as a result to a accident that other auto body places turned me away and said it was too difficult for them. It involved replacing the airbag system, resetting all the sensors, frame work and body repair. I brought it over to Mike D the manager at Macco and he assured me he'd take care of me and walked me threw the process while the work was being done. The truck came out perfect, was done in the time frame it was estimated at. The truck was able to get a inspection, and it felt like i was in a new truck after it was returned to me detailed inside and out. Mike and his crew did a awesome job, highly recommended

At first I was skeptical, but after visiting every other body shop in DOT/Quincy, no one was able to take my car for two weeks. Morrissey Blvd. Maaco took my car same day and turned it around in a week. Additionally, they beat up my insurance company for more money, resulting in a better fix. All the guys in their were very professional and efficient. Enterprise is in the same building - how convenient is that??? Certainly have my business for life.

BEWARE!!! I went to Maaco for a minor repair on my vehicle. After my car was there for approx 5 days, I went to pick up my car, Matthew took me out to show me the work that was done and the paint was two different colors AND HE WANTED ME TO TAKE IT LIKE THAT!!! Then I had to get another rental that next week which was covered by my insurance but I had to be inconvenienced for another week by leaving another deposit on my credit card for the rental. He told me my car was only going to be there for three more days, when I called he told me that my car will not be ready for another two days. I asked him in advanced how long would it be for the repairs and told me only 3 days. I was pressed for time because I was leaving for a trip which I mentioned to him. I was not going to leave the car that day if it wasn't ready in 3 days. He assured me it would be. I had to leave my car there until I returned from my vacation. I will never do business with Maaco again, very unprofessional.

Always read more reviews about unhappy people posting then you do the happy ones. I m one of the happy ones. We had an issue with the topcoat finish on the back of the truck. The owner took care of it, no questions asked, no additional costs and he decided to redo the entire paint job. Turned out great. For the cost, product, the fast turn around and the great staff you can t get any better.

Just picked up my 2017 Toyota carolla and it looks just like I bought it . They did a awesome job. They was so nice and helpful I really appreciate the great customer service and work done. The whole team there is great and was fast. I will definitely be recommending people to them in the future. Thanks guys.

Maaco went above and beyond to satisfy my needs.... they were the only place who could even do my job for my budget.... they have several diff paint and prep options that other shops don't offer. I'm willing to bet with a lot of these other disgruntled reviews that they simply didn't take the advice of macco as to how to fix it right and it backfired on them. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST THANK YOU!

Thank you to Mike and Michael regarding their help after my car accident.I was pretty shook up after the accident and everyone @ Maaco was patientand even helped organize a ride home for me. The paperwork process wasequally as daunting, but they gave me some help organizing my things and picking up my personal items. I appreciated that they understood THIS EVENT was more than just a car repair.DBM

I thought I was getting a good job and for what I was charged the car should have been perfect but not only did it take them over 2 months to get done on a simple job i have broken parts , parts put back with double stick tape that fell off over spray parts not finished and trim parts not put back not metion it was like a rush job with there so called detail , I have more dust in the inside that was not clean and in the engine compartment full dont ever go to this one ! I will never use macco again they talk a good game but once they have ur car its all excuses to get done

Great shop fast reliable work. Brought my car for an paint job it came out great would definitely recommend this shop and bring my car back again. Jimmy and the guys have great beards and always take care of me. I will always use this shop in the future

We originally planned on going to Chelmsford Maaco to get our paint job done but a technician brought the van to the Dorchester location by mistake. Upon arrival, the tech was told to just stay with Dorchester Maaco because they would provide cheaper pricing. We were quoted a price of $850 total for a paint job, now that the job is done the quote has changed to $1000. They claimed they were giving us a deal because the paint job would've been $1500. We will NEVER use this terrible company again and if I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I purchased a car that was damaged from carvana and they sent me to this macco.it wasn't bad dealing with macco I didn't have high expectations on the repairs that were about to be repaired so when I got my car from macco I must say I was extremely happy with the end result I would recommend

Honestly, I didn t expect my car to be fixed in 3 days like I was thinking it d take two weeks max because of how bad my rear bumper got pushed in, not only did they fix my car in 3 days but the paint came back flawless you d think it came off the showroom floor.

All I did was bring in a single door handle to get painted they told me it would take a day. I call the next day they told me the paint hasn't completely settled. So then I come in the next day took pick up the door hinge now they tell me that it's actually not painted yet but they promise it will be done tomorrow. What kind of unprofessional lying crap is that?

Impressive operation.From the estimate write up to scheduling the work was all done hassle free. Needless to say the work done could not have been any better.Great shop that is customer centric.Very professional group.
