We parked here just this morning (3/23) because we had an appointment at 50 Staniford Street. It's very convenient for that building but their organization of this garage is horrible. We pulled in around 7:00am and we found the last spot; there were 3 cars behind us....not sure where they ended up parking and why the garage let's them in if there's no spots. By the time we left, at 9:30am, they had cars parked along the wall, making it very difficult to drive through. I'll probably use it again, because we'll have to come in here 2-3 more times, but I'll definitely pay the extra and reserve a spot.

Absolutely the worst to deal with. Will not listen to complaints. Wants to dictate how things are done. Their driver hit my parked car and he never reported it. When I called, I was told by the business manager that it was not reported and he wanted me to supply him with all the info and report the accident that his driver should have already done.

If this isn't the worse parking garage in Boston it's got to be at the top of the list. Lets see:- they make no effort to stop new cars from entering when it's full, so people are just driving around hoping someone will leave, creating an underground tangle of frustrated drivers- the garage literally has an unmarked dead end. Once you drive down that dead end, if it's full you have to back up to get out of it. Except that other unaware drivers are pulling in behind you.Terrible - just the worst.

Dirty, greedy, unsafe. They overpack daily parking, send random event parkers into the "secure" monthly parking area, and continually cede more and more of the monthly parking spaces to random companies for parking of commercial vehicles.

They re so lazy they don t walk up my steps but rather throw my packages at my house/ front door. This happens (and is on camera) for approx 80% of the orders delivered by them.I have a 6 foot walkway and 5 steps so there s no excuse at all.You re doing a terrible job when customers know your company name because your service is so consistently terrible. I wish amazon would contract with another courier so I never have to watch them throw my packages again.

If you are getting your packages from amazon from them be very aware, their drivers are not only driving dangerously, but they violate the law. Driver with an amazon shirt on blocked a street in Charlestown Ma for 15 minutes while their was parking all around him. They he became verbally abuse. Also called Greg in Ct, who said he backs the driver. Driver of Urban mobility drove up the street backwards going 80 miles an hour. They also don't ring doorbells. COMPLAIN TO AMAZON!!!

convenient to many locations parking garage is not well lit. Price to park for 2 hours was almost $60.00 machine would not accept my debit card, pressed help button waited awhile for someone to answer and tell me how to use machine. I need assistance cars are backing up behind me and exhaust is all over the place. Staff needs to be more attentive

Dangerous driving and bizarrely threatening. If you hate doing your job that's fine, but don't take it out on your customers. I get a call *telling me* to come outside to a suspicious white truck to pick up my package. The truck was *next to my house.*

There is not enough handicapped parking. This is a large eye care facility that specializes in Cataract Surgery. It is the older demographic that needs this service. Also, Massachusetts law stipulates that Handicapped parking is to be provided at no charge. our two hour stay costs $25.00. They need to get their act together. I do praise the staff for providing a parking spot close to the elevator reserved for Valet Parking

These guys drive like jerks and the going to Kill somebody. I called Greg the regional director and gave him the exact location and time of the Van and where it was and he asked me for a truck number. If he can't find out who was on Curtis street turning on to Powderhouse boulevard in Somerville at 3:20 in the afternoon he shouldn't be a regional director.

This is a parking garage, so there's not too much to say about it. It's BIG, so keep in mind that there are several different entrances when you park here. Also, it does NOT accept any cash. If you park here, you need to pay with a credit card. It's certainly more convenient than finding an attendant, but keep that in mind if you like to pay for your parking using cash.

Driver of van #101 was speeding at over 60mph down North Street at 6:15pm on July 25th. 15 minutes he sped back the wrong way up North Street. There were children nearby that he almost hit while turning and speeding up North Square.

I stayed here a short time. Well, the car did, so technically I didn't disrespect the name of the parking establishment. The fellowship of the garage customer outlasts the fleeting happenstance of automobile ownership.

My wife and I are in wheelchairs and have a sign on our front door asking nicely and in big letters to deliver to the left garage door. UMN drivers have NEVER done so. They leave them right under the sign... WHY!?!?!?

Do NOT park there! The managers and staff are rude and disrespectful. Not only they rob people but they make it policy to over charge their customers. They rob me of 35.00 for 45 minutes. These people are horrible!

Insanely small, hardly any spaces and fills very quickly. Difficult to maneuver and lots of dead ends. Cc/debit only.

If I could rate it less than one I would. $36 from 7:30-10 am! Dark and dingy. Rude staff. Absolutely horrible!

Avoid monthly parking: monthly charges are progressively increasing and during events, they let everyone park in the monthly parking so even if you pay so much for monthly parking, there is no place to park!

Overpriced. No way of knowing until you're already pulling into the garage and can't leave
