I picked up my second lease here with Honda today. Rushane was very helpful with finding the right vehicle (color I requested ) for my family and I. With no overselling he also made sure the price worked for me. Customer service was great, would recommend !

Customer service rep Sean is fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure I was serviced in a timely manner. Although a crowded lobby my vehicle was serviced in 45 minutes for an oil change, and was able to make it back to work earlier than expected! Much appreciated! Thanks!

Sean has the best customer service ever! He always makes sure that I am satisfied with my service and he is always honest! He goes above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and that everything is convenient for me while I wait for my car. He is extremely knowledgeable about his job and what he's doing. I live in Randolph, and I prefer to come to the Boston store because Sean has always been a pleasure to deal with whenever my car needs to be serviced.

Both Tim and George were very helpful in facilitating my purchase of a new vehicle. Both were very honest and upfront, I m more than happy with the service I received and my purchase. What I paid here was $3k less than I was quoted at my local Honda dealership! Well worth the hour+ drive I had to take to get here. Despite arriving a little late for my appointment and staying past closing hours, there was never a moment I felt rushed. Highly recommend doing business here!

It was lots of fun being in there with all the guys. Frank is the man. Alfredo was awesome. There was another sales manager named Nick, he was the man: We just talked casually with each other about life for about 20 minutes. The finance guy was not overbearing and did not push me, I felt very comfortable buying a new car at Honda Herb Chambers.

I was frustrated in the fact I asked if there would be charge for maintenance for my car because I have a lease contract. I didn t receive an answer until the maintenance was completed. Yes there was a charge! The advisor recommended I replace the tire on the right passenger side. She told me to wait in the waiting area and she will look up the price. 5 minutes later, I received a text stating the tire was $281. I text back and asked does this include labor. The advisor says Yes! I give them my authorization to replace the tire. I get to the window to pay and they want $400 plus. The woman at the window coldly slides the paper under the window and says ask them and goes back to staring into space(I guess she had a hard day).I talk to my advisor and she starts acting like she has short time memory because she didn t mentioned it was going to cost an additional $200 plus for a ghost service in the text. Next, a man with glasses appears out no where trying to get me to sign my life away for a payment plan. I told him I wasn t interested and he mumbled to himself about keeping my car. I got tired of this clown show and asked the head clown to put my original tire back on. He told me this will be additional $40. Nope! I was charged another $79. The total bill for oil change, filter, and putting a tire back was $256. Ridiculous!Next time I will do my maintenance for my car at a local mechanic place because its going to be a lot cheaper and better customer service. At least the mechanic will look me in the eye before stabbing me in the back and making my wallet lighter. I think it s crazy Honda Chambers was nice to me when I bought the car. Now, I m just another working stiff getting over charged for routine work. Thanks for the oil change $256. I guess I will be brown bagging for lunch this week. The car is purring like a kitten. Remember, this is my opinion!

Let me be complete honest I don t do reviews ever. However I want to say this is the best Honda dealership in Boston. As a young professionals they didn t try to do any sneaky tactics, they got me exactly what I want for the price I wanted. Shoutout to people that helped me Tim and my salesman Tony. Those two personally treated me like family and didn t force anything on me which was nice. If you ever want to get a good deal and be treat like people and family this is then dealership

I had a great experience, I just want to say we need more people like Mary Lopez , she went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I just got the 2024 CR-V and i LOVE IT. Im truly thankful for her this is my 4th time getting a car with her and she always made sure I m comfortable with my purchase and made sure I understood everything. Thankyou Mary for your hard work and dedication. Will definitely referring more people to this location!

Spoke with a Lasell in the Business Department he is one of the 3 individuals who handle financing. He was RUDE! He has terrible customer service, seemed like he was restraining himself from telling over the phone. He struggles with connecting with customers. Seemed like his patience is low and he was extremely combative. I said something to someone else while I was waiting for him to transfer me and instead of transferring the call as he said he would and as I requested he chose to respond to what I was saying instead. VERY RUDE!

DJ is incredible and thoughtful and I really loved working with him. The cost of everything is incredibly prohibitive but what do you expect from the dealership . DJ was able to help me with advice on cheaper alternatives and gave me some great advice. He was always available to chat and is a wonderful asset to the team

From when I pulled in and valet came to take my car to the time I was back in my car everyone was VERY professional and friendly. DJ was amazing walked me through what was going to be done on my vehicle how much it was going to cost. Answered any questions I had he was great definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone for services or buying a new vehicle!!

Robert hall always gives me the best service! He s honest, straight to the point and professional. I have been receiving service from him for a year now and have nothing but great things to say! Lastly, My maintenance is always done correctly however, there is a wait but nothing that differs from the wait at other dealerships!

I went to Herb Chambers in Dorchester to take care of my lease that was ending. Jean Emile was the salesman I worked with and he was great. He went over all the options I had, very detailed in explaining the process, and was very understanding of all my concerns. At one point I didn't think I was going to leave there with a new car, at least that day but Jean and the team made it happen. I will forever be a customer of the Herb Chambers Dorchester location.

Recently, I went in for the Honda Pass oil change services on my new 2023 Honda Pilot, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, a very nice Spanish-Speaking gentleman greeted me warmly, then Yuen guided me through a seamless process of paperwork and service confirmation.The service area exuded positive energy, with everyone smiling and welcoming. The paperwork was efficiently handled, asking for essential details and confirming the required service. I was provided with a clear estimate of the finish time.Surprisingly, I received a text and a call notifying me that the service was completed, 20 minutes ahead of schedule a pleasant surprise! Picking up the vehicle was equally smooth, with no pushy upsells, making the entire experience hassle-free.I genuinely appreciate the professionalism and efficiency displayed by the Herb Chambers Honda team. Without a doubt, I'll be visiting again for future services.
