The cheapest parking in Boston. Located above the RMV. It's only a 6 minute walk to TD garden. On game nights any where else is $50+. Not us $16 game nights. I have read many of the previous reviews however our garage is under new management.

Parking Garage is safe and easy to access. $3 if you get validation from any of the restaurant/vendor

Easy parking very cheap if you get your ticket validated at one of the shops from the indoor market.

Would be negative if I could! Terrible service!!! Garage is incorrectly marked and impossible to get a hold of anyone or a get an answer from anyone at Flash Parking Solutions (Technology) or Pilgrim Parking (Operator).

Good centralized parking, but is not easy to locate, or identify car entrance, or walking entrance.

Card reader is ancient, I tried 3 different credit cards and because they re metal it wouldn t take them. I asked the cashier to take my card manually but he said it would also get stuck in his machine. No Apple pay, no billing, and he wouldn t let me leave unless I paid. I didn t have cash or a debit card and was left with no option but to call the police. They came and told the attendant they had to let me leave, so the attendant took my name and address and they will send me a bill in the mail. After all this, they told me I would be getting a summons to court if I didn t pay within 30 days. All this over $18, what a joke.Update: they never sent me a bill . The guy definitely was skimming the cash

It's a terrific place to park if you're going for dinner in the North End. Take your parking ticket, because many restaurants will validate parking. It will then cost $3 for three hours. Don't go over the time, because you will pay full price. Mike's Pastry will Validate your parking stub.

Great convenient parking to eat in the North End and bonus parking voucher.

Beware the scam! Parked here for the Celtics game on Tuesday 4/25. Paid the $16 rate at the automated payment station and had to wait 30+ minutes in line to get to the exit. When I got there I then had to pay ANOTHER $10 to leave due to a 'systems issue'. Have been wrestling with Pilgrim Parking since to get my money back. Talk to someone who promises action and then...they go dark. You have been warned. Stay away.

Most convenient place to park! Quick walk to The North End and Quincy Market. And a great Public Market that will validate if you ask.

No issues here. Love that they are connected with City Winery and parking was very reasonable.

Not sure why anyone would park anywhere else. It s located at the public market and is $3, for 3 hours, if you get the ticket validated by a vender. Yes, I literally said $3.

Small parking spaces, construction, and will cost a kidney. The location is great, but try not to use it if you can avoid it. The MBTA website doesn't do a good job showing rates or the type of parking available at locations. Outdoor lots are cheaper in my experience.

Got validated at one of the recommended places, but when I got to the booth, my validation was declined. Man at booth said that I would have to park again and go back to the restaurant (Lo Contes) to have them try again. Not helpful. Especially since I was at the end of the 3 hour parking period. Tried to call the number they have posted for Customer Service. Got a message "Your call cannot be completed..." Used to be a great deal. Now, not so much.

I got validated for 3 hours but my appointment lasted a bit longer. Came back in 3 hours and freaking 18 minutes. Got charged for $16 because the machine can t read the validation .The cashier acts like I m stealing from her pocket. Sad.

With the validation from the food court, this is a really ideal parking location

Nice garage but very rude garage attendant. We parked there for a few hours while sight seeing. I tied to use the pretax parking card but I guess they don t accept those there. When it got declined the parking attendant started screaming at us. Give me a new card! You don t want to pay. As I was reaching into my wallet he was saying those things until my husband interrupted him by saying there is no reason to be rude, why are you screaming? He started trying to explain himself. Very bad service. Would not recommend anyone to park there.

Kind of a dumpy garage but good location and one of the more affordable in the area. The stairwells smell like a urinal and you will often see needles. The place is currently undergoing a reconstruction and will be closed for a few weeks. This is probably one of the very few garages in Boston that have you pay as you leave. Most have you pay BEFORE you leave. During a busy time, end of a local event you will be waiting a long time in line. Hold your nose, watch your step and leave outside of busy times and you will be fine.

Vehicle roof damaged by garage low clearance. Vehicle height restriction bar is severely inaccurate. Attendant on duty claimed I would have no issue and it crushed the roof of my truck. No one from the garage will respond to my emails about fixing the issue.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst garage ever. Attendant was rude from the get go upon entering. I got a parking validation stamp for this garage from a nearby business (I was working), and upon trying to exit the attendant refused. All the while becoming more and more rude as the transaction went on, threatening to call the police if I didn t pay. I had more work to get to, and he would not let me exit using my validation so basically just stole $20 from me. What a joke of a garage. Would never recommend parking here.

The best deal in Boston if you're coming to the North End for a meal or a short visit. The validation is only good for up to 3 hours. $1 per hour with validation from a North End business or a vendor in the Boston Public Market building.

This is the best garage for the north end. There are always spots, and if you validate your parking at the convenience store right next door, parking is only $3.

The most horrible dirty parking that is located in Boston. The employees are extremely rude . Called them to get a refund because the kiosk charged my an extra 14$ cuz l the cashier was not in there, they declined my request saying that I should have waited there until she would come and customer representative gave me a holy piece of advise that I should have not paid as long as the machine was not showing the right amount(according to him I should have been holding the line until the person that works in the kiosk would be back) . There was no sign in there that shows his advice and the reason of why I couldn t get my money back . This a a clear ripoff .If it would be possible I would give a 0 start cuz they don t deserve it .

We park here all the time. Have always had a great experience. However today apparently the garage was full, there was supposed to be a sign in the entrance, but there was not! Just the regular sign with the prices. When we were entering one of the guys that works there( not the regular morning guy who is very nice) came out literally screaming and cursing how we should get out of there. I understand how it can be annoying having to explain this to several cars, but since there was no apparent sign of the lot being full(this guy only put the sign up when we left) and quite frankly it is his job to explain these things, I have to say that this was a terrible experience. Whoever he was should not be working there. I would gladly have given 5 stars for the regular employees. For this one guy I would not even give 0 stars.

Would give zero stars if I could. Great location, but terribly rude staff members. Very rude attendant. there was an issue with their check-out and everyone trying to get out was held up for over an hour. instead of opening the gate to let people out, they kept us in. Worse, they charged for the extra hour of parking. This is a city owned parking and many complaints have been filed. Terribly managed.
