Toyota Expressway is my go to dealership. Although I ve moved away, I am still partial to them. David was personable and very patient. He made buying a new car feel easy. I love my new Prius.

I just purchased my first (ever!) new car with Expressway. Steven, our team member, was extremely valuable throughout the entire car trying/purchasing process. He made an otherwise unbearable and excruciating process tolerable for me and my mom! Everyone else was professional and dog friendly, too, but any other interactions were outshined by our work with Steven. We really appreciated his kindness, positivity, experience, and specifically the extra effort he put in. Seriously he went out of his way to help us with the nerves involved with test driving in Boston, field calls from my mom, answer question after question, and even talk over and over again with our nightmare of an insurance company to get everything done in a timely manner. He was also available over text to answer any questions I had during the process! Great great customer service and I love my new car!! Thank you Steven!!

I had dealt with several dealerships before who all did the sketchy salesman tactics. I turned them down. When I called Expressway, Bob answered and was so friendly. I had a very specific Toyota Camry in mind. The only Camry you can get with red interior was the XSE, which turned out to be above my price range. Bob suggested to get a lower end model and install red leather and it would save me money.I came in, spoke to salesman Manny Javier, and was very to the point about what I wanted. Manny did not try to pull any of the stuff you see other dealership salesman do, he worked with me. We priced everything out ahead of time together, and every request I asked he made happen. And if anything went wrong, he always made it right. I also have to thank the general manager, Steve the finance guy, and the saleswoman who gave me her granola bar when I was hungry.I really enjoyed this experience and I have to say this is definitely the way you work with a customer.

When I walked in to the Toyota service to have oil change, I was so lucky to meet Marianne Guerrero. She introduced the good plan for me. It cost $300 to have 5 times oil change in 2 years. I was so happy this deal. I joined it. I left my cell phone in the car. She walked around to look for it. Finally she bought it to me. I appreciated very much. The maintenance staff checked all the tires and the break pad. I was told I need to change it. If it is a better deal, I don't hesitate to change it. I am so satisfied this experience with Toyota.

Mixed feelings. The people on the front-desk were very nice, and the repairs look good. However, I didn't like a few things: (1) waited 5 hours to get my car back and had an appointment (was there from 9:45 AM till past 3pm) (2) the first estimation was $170, then after the 1st review it was about $350, and right before giving me the car back they mentioned I needed 2 extra repairs, optional but very recommended at 45k miles (~4 hours at this point) for a total of $755 and (3) I asked for a stamp on the maintenance book, and they just added dates, checked some boxes and added a signature, but no evidence this was an "official" maintenance by Toyota on the book and no reference to Expressway Toyota. I've been to official maintenance sites in the past and they always had official stamps with the dealership information

We had a great experience at Expressway Toyota from the first call with Bob about inventory timelines to the door to door service with Walter. The team was thoughtful and patient while providing information and addressing questions and concerns. Walter took his time to understand what our needs were and match us with the right vehicle. I highly recommend Walter and our experience. Thank you!

i purchased a Toyota Rave 4 from here about a week ago and it was a super experience from the time I walked on 'till I drove away with my car that night, which I wasn't expecting . The sales person Idalia (spelling sorry). Idalia worked with me on everything from the test drive to all the paper work, got me a great deal on my trade in. This whole went till about 815 pm when they close at 7 pm. Idalia is wonderful to work with n very knowledgeable, She so patient with us. And to have stayed till 815 that night shows me her dedication. If your looking for your next purchase ask for Idalia ...shes the bestThank you again IdaliaVinny

I am 72 years old, a person who has bought a number of new cars in my life. I have never cared about the car buying experience when dealing with other car dealerships. When I purchased my Toyota Tundra from Expressway Toyota with Josh Sims as the sales person, my experience was the best. He and the dealership were very accommodating and helpful throughout the transaction. Thanks to all.Lawrence Crosby

I had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure to explain everything to me before making any changes to my car. Plus, the waiting room was really comfortable, and the cafeteria staff were so friendly. To top it off, they even had some cute dogs as part of their team!

I can't say enough high fives for the salesman, Steven Verissimo, and Steven of the finance office. Very polite; each took their time to explain and make sure I understood. Been doing business with this dealer for many years (buying, servicing, etc). It took a good three and one half hours, but they both made my wife and me feel comfortable, and appreciated. Thank you.

This was my 1st time having my car serviced at a dealership. This was a great value. Included in the service was a shuttle (within a distance radius) which was very handy. I had 3 issues addressed & spoke with the service advisor about next steps to take with my car. I will be back for more work as needed & feel better about being a Toyota owner. It's nice to see Toyota stand by their cars even if the car wasn't purchased at Expressway Toyota. Thank you Expressway Toyota.

Pretty much had resigned ourselves to settling for a vehicle that wasn t just right. Then Monday morning we get a response and deal was made within a few house on our favorite vehicle. Steven and Brian were awesome! From NH and Steven delivered it right to us!! Thank you for one of the easiest car buying processes! Great price, too!

I have been using Expressway for at least 5 years to service my car and have recommended family to buy from here as well. The staff are usually cheerful and helpful ( Lynette customer service representative) and Ron (sales manager) just to name a few)

When I reflect back on my trip to Boston I keep thinking about this Toyota dealership. That s the kind of impression this place left on me. Out of everything I did in Boston the Toyota dealership stood out the most! I rented a Camry from the rental department. The guys running this department have superior customer service. My friends and I were picked up at the airport and taken to the dealership. On our way there the driver held a conversation with us leaving no room for awkward silence. He recommended several places to visit and places to eat. Which we greatly appreciated! When we arrived to the dealership he helped us with luggage and offered us bottled water. Everyone we encountered here was super friendly. When it was the end of our trip and we went to return the Camry they ordered us a Lyft, at no cost, to shuttle us back to the airport. This is something I d never expect from a company. These guys are running this department so well. Keep it up! I look forward to visiting again and using this dealership for my rental car needs.

I received an oil change in February, they did not wrench the bottom cap (where the oil drains and needs to be wrenched securely on), instead they hand screwed it on, I leaked oil for over a month, I took it to another oil shop and they said that I had my entire oil tank drained through the leak (No lights or warnings came on). I called and informed Toyota of the issue and was told to ask for a specific person when I showed up to be reimbursed since it was their fault, turns out there is no person with that name that works there. Finally, felt a tad spoken down to by the service manager who tried correcting me on multiple occasions. Overall, I did receive my reimbursement, but I felt like if I was not persistent about the issue and how their at fault, they would have tried to not pay me, I waited about an hour to receive the money and it just seemed like a lot of back and forth, I had the receipt from the other place that even stated the issues they found and the cost, I had gone the same day, so it was not me trying to get something for free rather me trying to hold Toyota accountable for their mistakes that costed me $137. (This is my personal opinion) It could have been a lot worse, I could have ruined my engine completely, but my overall experience was just not the best and the situation was not handled properly.

Recently brought my RAV4 in for service. Light came on saying it was time for a checkup. Made an appointment for 10am the next day. Was on time for the appointment but was kept waiting for 2 1/2 hours. Nobody even looked at the car until 12.30. When they finally did the work, it was done in 1 1/2 hrs. $600 odd in parts was fine. But when I got home and really looked at the bill. $1300 charged for labor!! (Total was $2,300) For 1 1/2hrs of work. Keep in mind the posted sign advertises $179 per hour for labor. I complained to both the service Manager and the Dealership Manager. Of course they said there was nothing they could do. Those were the rates. Even though "posted" rates were significantly less. I even complained to Toyota North America who, of course, sent me back to the dealership. Yeah, that's big help. If you want to get completely ripped off for labor, bring your car in to this service center. I recommend bringing it to your local mechanic or any other dealership. This place is a complete rip off. And as long as they get their money, you have no recourse. They don't know the meaning of customer loyalty or doing the right thing. It's ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND HOW MUCH THEY CAN MAKE OFF YOU

Expressway folks were great to work with. The team of Joel, Bob and Wesner worked with me to get me the car that was right for us. No pressure tactics. I would highly recommend anyone interested in Toyota cars to check Expressway out. They are candid and want to do the best they can for their clients.

Purchasing a car is always stressful, but my experience at Expressway Toyota was as pleasant as possible, especially since I had not expected to be buying a car, but was forced to do so quickly when someone hit my parked car and totaled it. I was greeted immediately (but not aggressively) on arrival and after we reviewed what I was looking for and what my options were on the lot, we found a car that met all my needs. Everyone was very friendly, including those in sales, finance, purchasing, service, and even setting me up on the app and getting me acclimated to the car s features. Hopefully I will have this Toyota for at least 15 years, but I definitely recommend this dealership over many others locally.

I m very pleased and very happy for the service and assistance I received at Expressway Toyota. Josh Sims is hands down the best. The entire process lasted few months, because I decided to change the initial vehicle I ordered. And he was very professional, understanding and very patient with me. He kept me updated on the process. And he listen to what I wanted, and never tried to offer me anything else on top of my asks. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Josh.

Beware! Avoid this dealer. They will tell you that you need services (critical safety issue in their words) well before recommended maintenance and actually replaced a set of brakes well before needed. They added a brake fluid service without my knowledge and also indicated they could not top off my transmission oil, rather it needed to be changed well before the suggested mileage. If they did this to me I m sure they re doing it to others. I have reported this to Toyotas regional office.
