Enterprise is always my first choice rental company. Cars are always in perfect shape and fueled up. Staff is always friendly! Online reservations are easy to navigate and the check out process is fast and painless. Cars are clean and comfortable and return is just as easy as check out.

Great service while collecting the car, but when I wanted to extend the rental I was told it was rented by another customer and they had no other ones available so I rang next nearest enterprise in which I was told that I could actually rent it longer they even tried to take payment before I rang back to let them know the money was in the account,then I was told it wasn't available again I finally got told because I had a couple of cards one not being in my name they didn't want to extend the rental even though I explained that the cards were mine one account being revolut which I have three cards for and my youngest sons, so wasn't happy they were happy for me to keep it over the weekend because it was to late by time I was told this they were happy to take payment left me angry

The only reason I'm giving this location a 5 is Yolanda Mayes. She was helpful, funny and professional. We were in and out in minutes. I wish all my car rentals were this smooth.The car itself needed a deep clean, like forensic clean. It was disgusting. It's was a Ford so, you get what you get. But it was dirty and still had feet prints on the inside windshield from the pervious renter.I get it, it's a rental but damn people. Wipe down the cars.Return of the vehicle was easy and I picked this location so I wouldn't have to pay all the airport fees. It's a quick stop down the subway from the airport. I like the rental car location. Easier than the airport.

DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE AND NEVER PREPAY Terrible hours & worse customer service. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP ITThis place is open from 9am - 12pm on weekends, doesn t make that clear anywhere, and if you don t show up in time they keep all of your money anyway. Signage is terrible and misleading; their office (already closed for the day) will tell you to climb 7 flights of stairs to their other office at the top of the parking deck, which is also closed. I called and asked for help getting another car from another location, and was rudely told to figure that out for myself. I ended up having to pay twice as much for a worse rental from the airport after wasting 2 hours, and leaving right in time to catch rush hour. Wasted my money and my time and ruined the start of my vacation. I d leave a zero star review if I could.

Never had an issue with this location until i met William Jimenez. The the rudest most unprofessional agent ive ever delt with. Was forced to downgrade into a car that wasnt even cleaned properly . Will be doing business with enterprise again, but not with mr Jimenez. If i give him no stars i would

My experience at Boston Logan Airport with Enterprise last week was one of the best I have ever had with any car rental company. Congrats to Enterprise on having friendly and efficient staff for picking up (Joe) and returning (Dean) and a seamless experience on a busy summer Friday afternoon. There was no delay checking in, I had a choice of 2 different types of car, the car itself was great, and the return process was less than 10 minutes. The car rental center at Logan is efficient and easy to access. Highly recommend.

Putting this as three stars because I m sure this location wasn t the lone culprit behind my experience, and I have had two very good experiences in the past at this location.I made a reservation on September 1st, 2022 for a Sunday 9 am pick up for today. They were open on sundays at the time from 9 am to 12 pm, so there shouldn t have been any problems. Then, at some point between then and the day of my reservation, they decided to no longer be open on sundays which negated my reservation.Look, I get it. Sometimes things change with a business and it s totally fair. But I was never told of this change - no calls, emails, messages through the app, nothing. I showed up on time to pick it up and no one was there. I called enterprise customer service and then was told that the location is no longer open and all they can do is cancel my reservation and not offer a car at another location nearby. Thank god there was a train available at south station that I could take in lieu of this but not being informed of their hours change is completely unacceptable. Imagine if I had a truly urgent reason to need a car. I hope enterprise sees this message and takes into account how irresponsible it is to not inform people of huge changes like this.

I had a reservation through insurance and was told i had till five to pick up the car by the agent i spoke with when i informed them i was on my way i arived at exactly five (traffic) and was told they already shut down and to come back at 8am. No apologies no sorry for the inconvenience just shut their doors.

I was very pleased with the customer service, management and professionalism at the Government Center Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I have rented from them twice already, mostly for business, and they take great care of me each time. The branch manager is always willing to offer top customer service. This Enterprise offers business discount programs and is within walking distance from my apartment. Overall, I have given them 5 stars for going above and beyond my expectations to meet the need of each customer.

Best customer service that I have seen in a long time ! Employees are amazing. The set up is a little strange - you check in on the bottom floor of a garage and then proceed to the 8th floor to get your car. A little crazy to return the car w/ all the Boston traffic but that was not the employees fault by any means. All the employees that we encountered were friendly and were very knowledgeable. We had to change our rental to less days and when I went online - it doubled the price of the rental however when I called directly to this location - they not only took care of it - but reduced the price as well. Ryan, Anna and Nicole were all excellent ! I have told so many people about them. I would definitely recommend them.

Long wait (20+mins) alongside nearly 10 other customers with no representatives around. Seems they were in the back prepping cars. Assuming they re understaffed/overworked like so many other businesses. As helpful feedback, just having staff look in the office more frequently would be helpful to manage the experience. Total pick-up time was ~45 mins.

pick up was great - they brought the car to me at the hotel. however, drop off was not so great. The directions I had was to the office, which is different from the parking garage. Once I finally found it (45 min later due to Boston roads and traffic), I discovered that I could have gone straight to the airport with no additional fee. Would have been nice to get that same information online when I booked the reservation.

When Avis screwed up my rental reservation and I needed a last minute rental to make it to a charity race on time, Enterprise came to the rescue. They were able to provide me with a rental at a reasonable rate (especially considering it was last minute). The staff at this facility were really friendly and helpful, which was a relief after having such a negative experience with Avis. I've always used Enterprise in the past and this has confirmed that decision.I dropped off my car during after hours, which was simple and they sent an e-mail closing out my rental before 8AM.

Normally a very pleasant experience here, but today was a different one. The car of our size smelled funny, only the smaller ones were available. We said that a smaller car should come at a lower price. The lady at the front desk said that the price is exactly the same this weekend. I checked online and it was not. No apologies were given for giving us misleading information, basically lied to our faces. It was $15 a week, but still. Then they gave us an attitude like we're high maintenance and cheap or smthHope management reads these reviews and can take action as all my prior experiences here were great

We have rented from many different rental car companies over the years. Now we only rent with Enterprise. We have been to Enterprise centers all over the US and the quality of customer service is first-rate at every one. I book a car in 2 minutes on the app, they have all my information on file so all I do is check in when I arrive now. Then I get my car which is always in great condition and has never given us any problems. I used to go to Expedia to try and find the best deal on rental cars, but now I go straight to the Enterprise website to book. The price is competitive and the peace of mind that comes with quality service and cars is invaluable.

I just picked up a rental yesterday from this location and was so impressed by the customer service! The gentleman helping us was very friendly and the assistant manager, Harper, went out of her way to accommodate our needs. The car was spotless and I am very happy that I rented from this location.

Would very definitely use again. Very easy to get on the interstate when exiting and excellent, efficient service. We were a little disappointed we couldn't get a ride back to our hotel because there wasn't enough staff available, but they quickly called us a cab and, probably, would have paid for it had we asked. (They offered to do that when we picked up the car.) Overall, very satisfied.

My insurance assigned me a car from Enterprise (Downtown Boston Government Center) for 3 weeks while mine was being serviced. After my vehicle was ready early by 2 days, I was told by Enterprise that I can drop off the rental at the body shop and they will collect it.The problem is that it took them 2 days to collect the rental and as a result it got 2 parking citations for overnight parking.They tried to exhaust the length of the rental agreement, although I was not driving the rental anymore. Instead of taking care of those parking citations, they charged me for them. On top of that, they charged the insurance company for those 2 extra days.Ever since, it's been a lengthy and frustrating process to properly adjust the rental agreement to the days I was actually driving the car, not the dates that they want to, so I can be refunded the parking citation cost.I have talked to multiple managers, I have left numerous messages to their branch manager, and complained to the Enterprise Cares twitter account to no avail. I never had to deal with a company that unwilling to fix their mistakes.If you and your company need a reliable car rental company, please look elsewhere.

We rented a car in the middle of covid-19. You would think that they would take precautions to keep the rental car clean. We found multiple empty or could have possibly spilled energy drinks all over the place. We found pieces of plastic and multiple clumps of hair. Yes it s a good price but not worth it. We paid for Chevrolet Tahoe and got a car that might fit the same amount of people but by no means the same room . We could have payed less for the car they gave us if we choose it in the purchasing process. I DO NOT recommend this company unless your are desperate for a rental car.

The car was super clean and good running condition and the attendants were very nice and efficient. Taylor took the time and answered questions on phone day very professionally. 1 star off for strange and uncomfortable location.

This location is great. The people are nice, professional and efficient. I use a rental from this location almost once a month, and have never had anything less than a sterling experience - with either people or vehicles.This location is a 5 star spot, but I can't give an additional star to Enterprise due to working with anyone outside of the local branch, and several of their policies.

What a wonderful group of people who work at this location. Our car was delivered to us at The Boxer Boston hotel - a couple of blocks from this location - by Gentry - a truly informative and personable guy. We returned the car at the airport when we were leaving Boston - no problem. Great team!!!

The pickup was easy and fast. Nice people, and had a good selection of cars. The only problem was that the car was low on gas even though the contract document was showing FULL. Mentioned it to the agent that gave me the car, and he said he will make a note in the system. Upon returning the car to Malden branch, they couldn't find a note in the system as was promised by that agent! The staff at Malden branch acted professionally and honored my word.

I rented a Mazda from this agency. Driving it from Boston to Stockbridge was a great trip, no issues. Coming home to Boston, I had a flat tire on the Mass Turnpike. The spare tire was difficult to install, due to the flimsy tire jack. The car vibrated when I drove it back.Other than that, it was a fun car to drive.

Hello, Enterprise;As usual your service was excellent. However, I ordered an SUV 2-3 months prior to pickup and when I arrived, I was told there was not an SUV available. What is the point of offering a particular car if you cannot deliver it?

The staff and service were really amazing. They worked through a few problems we had on our rental contract. The car we ended up with was fine but was terribly dirty and felt that it had never been thoroughly cleaned ever. Felt a little gross sitting in the dirty seats each time.

We only use Enterprise because they have repeatedly demonstrated a caring, customer-service attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond. We were recently in Boston for the first time over a holiday--Thanksgiving--and had to rent a car for one day only. They were wonderful with providing a car for us on relatively short notice and the agent could not have been sweeter. It was an all around good experience and I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car to anyone who asks.

I can honestly say the employees here are some of the finest people you will ever meet and that's not limited to enterprise. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and appreciated as not only a customer, but as a person. Time and time again they have treated with nothing but the utmost respect, I can honestly say they provide the finest service in all of Boston if not Massachusetts.

Thus was, unfortunately a very bad experience for my family. It all started with the car making noises that sounded like a bad transmission. When I said something to the employee he told me it was fine. Then when we were on the vacation, we couldn't get the car to reverse when it was put in reverse. We were told to take the car to the nearest dealership. We went to 2 and no luck. Lastly the registration expired while we had the car and we were told not to worry because they would take care of the ticket if we got one. Will never use them again
