I had a remote starter and Drone system installed in my Audi Q5. The crew at DMI Auto were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I researched a lot of dealers in the area and DMI Auto had the best prices around. This is the 2nd vehicle install and I will definitely return for the next one

These guys were great! Very professional and reasonably priced. I dropped my car off to them and they had it back to me in a few hours with an automatic starter installed without any issues and even followed up a few days later to make sure it was working correctly. I would highly recommend them to my one looking for an automatic car starter.

I recently had a remote started installed by DMI and I'm really happy with the product and the experience. They called a few days before to confirm my appointment, offered to drive me home for the install, and called me a few days later to check-in to ensure all was working smoothly. Paul and his colleague were very helpful and I'd certainly recommend DMI to anyone looking for this type of service.

I had an alarm and remote start installed in my 2019 caravan. I dropped it off and was given a ride home (about 2 or 3 miles) and when it was ready, they picked me up and escorted me back to their shop. Everything works fine and I appreciate their knowledge and promptness in completing this job in a timely manner.

Great service! Local business that is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Paul and Max are great guys, I wanted them to adjust a setting with my starter and they were very accommodating and resolved my issue in literally a couple minutes when I went back. They also seemed to be respectful of customer cars. What I mean by that is, sometimes installers don t care about being careful and just want to get the job done as fast as possible. Not DMI! I will absolutely be back with my next car.

I called multiple places but DMI were the only ones willing to test out whether we could get a remote started without giving up a key. Their service was great, they explained everything in detail and even called up a couple of days later to make sure everything was well. Highly recommended.

Got my self start installed last Thursday. Been very happy with it. I did receive a follow-up call but was working so I'm writing this to let DMI know everything was great. Great service great experience great job. Will go here again if family ever needs this done

I wanted to gift my husband a remote car starter for Christmas, and support a local business. I searched and found DMI Auto. The process was very easy - Paul provided all the details for me to prepay the installation, and my husband was able to call and schedule the appointment the following week. The starter works perfectly and was right on time, as we're now experiencing that winter blast. Great customer serice, very reasonable price for installation, and I"d absolutely recommend DMI to others.

DMI came to my home and installed a remote start system in my car while I was able to spend my Saturday morning at home during the installation. They were incredibly friendly, thorough and very excited to share the details of the product with me. They were great to have work done by and they helped me work through something I have been wanting in my car for a long time. Would absolutely recommend to others!

DMI Auto & Alarm services is excellent. They were very communicative with confirmation calls and providing directions to their location, they were timely in the installation, they were thorough in their explaining of how my new remote starter worked, and they were kind enough to follow up later to see how things were going. Cannot recommend them enough!

DMI did a terrific job through and through. I dropped off my vehicle and the remote starter was installed in a quick and timely manner. I dropped it off at 5:15 and got it back at 7:15. I was given a ride to my place and after picking up my car, they explained the remote starter in detail and even called a couple days after to check in! I highly recommend this place!

Paul and Matt were amazing. I took my car to get a new remote starter and alarm. They were very honest took a look at it and said it did not need one even though the car dealership said it did. Actually made my day it s Christmas time and I did not have to spend money unnecessarily angels on earth!

I had DMI Auto Install a remote starter on my car. They were so accommodating! The whole job took only 2 hrs and they were cheaper then any of the other places I received quotes from! I drove my car to their garage and they even gave me a ride home so I didn t have to take an Uber! I would highly recommend! The starter fob I received looked nicer then any one I ve seen. So far it s worked great!

Had a remote starter installed for a MANUAL TRANSMISSION car. The team did a great job. Called a few places prior, was told they do not install remote starters for manual cars .Thank you DMI Auto

To start, Max and his colleague were awesome. I was on the search for a remote starter for my car before the snow started and every shop and retailer I called was not taking any appointments until after Christmas but I called up DMI and they took me the very next day. The process was quicker then I expected I dropped off my car at 9 and got a call between 1030 and 11 letting me know my car was done. My experience was beyond my expectations. The only complaint is the product that is a little complex at times but I have a newer year manual car so that's understandable and it is functioning.

DMI Auto exceeded my expectations! I received the auto start and Drone program as a Christmas gift and could not be happier with the product, especially with the weather Boston has been having. Staff was personable and extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions with ease and expertise. Have already recommended them to friends and family, absolutely awesome!!

Excellent service! I wanted to get a starter installed in my 2003 Subaru Outback and I only had a limited time to get it before leaving on a long trip. Called DMI after seeing all their great reviews online and they got me in within a few days. Paul gave me clear instructions on how to get there, gave me an honest time estimate/price, and explained the whole process. Dropped my car off and after seeing I didn't have a ride, he even offered to drive me back! I unfortunately already called an Uber. Once the car was finished, I was able pay online using Apple Pay (a surprise for such a small operation) and I was then showed all the ins and outs of the starter system. Since I got it installed, everything has been working perfectly and I even got a followup call to make sure everything is good. Couldn't recommend them enough!

They hardwired a dash camera in my car without any issue. Very good service at a reasonable price. They even gave me a ride home when my car was in the shop. It is a small garage operation but these guys were very professional and knew what they were doing.

I've just move from CA and called the Toyota dealership to install remote starter, but they charged so much. I'm so happy I've found DMI. The best decision I've made. They are very helpful and explained how the product works, and also not trying to sell you a lot of stuffs that you don't need. They charged very cheap, so go see/call them you won't be disappointed.

They did a great job installing the starter and walking me through its use. I was hesitant about installing a new starter into my wife's car. A previous install messed up her starter. DMI was extremely helpful in cleaning up the mess of the previous install. So far, everything is working accordingly. Because they were able to use the original Honda key to start the car, I feel confident that this install work much better than my last one. This was a surprise gift for my wife for Christmas. Going home and waiting for the work to be done was not an option. DMI dropped me off at a friend's house and picked me up when the work was done. Thank you DMI, my wife loves her new starter, and I was able to score some husband points that should last me about month.

I called DMI Auto & Alarm Service to get a quote after five weeks of purchasing my 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, it was broken into and vandalized. I scheduled an appointment for remote starter installation on Sunday afternoon only to receive a call one day earlier asking if it was alright if they could come out to do the installation on Saturday afternoon instead. Not to mention I was uneasy for several days! DMI did my installations in 2 hours in front of my home. A week later DMI called to check on how the device was working. Which of course it was working just PERFECTLY!! Thank you DMI! :)

Awesome professional service! Got an automatic starter installed in my 03' Corolla and it works like a dream. I had some hesitation after my mom had a bad experience with an automatic starter installation but this install was so cleanly done that you can't even tell work was done. Would definitely recommend

I want To give a big thanks to the team at dmi. They hook me up With an alarm system, remote starter and drone for my 4 runner. I couldn t be happier with the installation everything works as it should and very neat work.They took the time to explain how everything works step-by-step And the cool thing about it is I can control my vehicle alarm system from my own phone get message alerts to my phone, track where my vehicle is at all times as well it s very convenient,at a fair price And they included everything..I will be scheduling for my second vehicle soon,I highly recommend their work. Thanks guy
