Do NOT park here if you don't want to be stuck in the exit line for too long. Also, try to reserve for 40minutes to 1 hour in addition to your initial estimation, as you may need that time if you get stuck as I was today.I just came from there. I was stuck in the line for going out for 40 minutes, as more than half of the cars had problems to get out because the machine won't recognize their tickets.Second time that I park here and second time I had the same problem. They won't see me there again. So frustrating...

We went to see suicide boys last week had a great time went back to retrieve our car and leave and the card reader at the gate was inactive, when I asked the gentleman in the shack near to the gate for help after trying multiple cards and he literally said "not my problem".Others were also trapped at the same time for around 10 minutes before they started working again,I wouldn't recommend parking here.

Very little available space and majority of it is reserved for valet parking. Better to find some other parking garages.

Don t bother- all the parking is reserved. Especially if you have a SUV or truck. The only free spots are the the lowest level - but the ceiling is too short.

HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE. I made a reservation in advance through parking hero (which means you dont need a ticket). When I tried to leave, the vpne workers yelled and tried to collect EXTRA $$ at the gate. I showed them my phone with reservation info and they angrily threw the phone at me!!!!!!

I almost always try to book parking in advance when I'm planning a trip to Boston (I use the ParkWhiz app), but I've never parked at Center Plaza Garage before. It was conveniently located in close proximity to most of the things I'd planned to do and the rate was great on a Saturday. I especially appreciated the large window of time I had to enter without losing my reservation. While I got turned around with GPS, one way streets, and many tourists crossing roads all over town, I found an alternate entrance. Getting in and out using my ticket on my ParkWhiz app was a breeze! I've already booked this garage for another upcoming event.

Half the spots on each floor are reserved or coned off. Give the valets and building workers the lower level and make it easier for paying customers. Or better yet, go in the garage around noon and notice how many of those reserved spots never seen any use.

Easy in and out - also easy walking distance from TD Garden, for reduced rate parking. I recommend advance payment for parking. It will save you significant money. Also good for any downtown tourism - if you need to park near government center or Faneuil Hall. Always check rates in advance. they change all the time!

The garage itself is large and it was in a great location. However, the problem that I ran into was that there wasn't clear signs for how to exit to get out of the parking garage after parking the car. It seemed like I wasn't the only one as another person asked me how to get out of the garage as well and we both were searching for a way to exit.

Always park here for the bruins and I have been double charged the last 2 times. Will definitely be parking closer seeing as I'm not saving any money parking here and being charged twice!!!

Good night rates if you are downtown. Convenient for td garden concerts if you are willing to walk a little. Easy to exit and get away from crowds after a show

Easy in and out. Great value. Parked and walked over to the Garden for a Celtics game. Was only about a 15 minute walk so very doable.

Convenient location, but fills up fast on weekday mornings. Valet staff were nice enough to make a spot for my family van when we couldn't find a spot.

Best place to park for the Bruins or the North End. $13 or less for all night parking after 5 or weekend parking. No traffic after games.

they advertise their prices to get you to park, but will charge you the incorrect amount (which is conveniently higher for them). be very aware of when you park here.

This parking garage is conveniently located across from Government Center. Week night and weekend rates are more reasonable than many of the other nearby garages, especially when there is a game at the Garden.

Loved that I could reserve my space online and then download the QR code for admission to the garage. Well lit at night!

The commuter rate is probably the best value in Boston. $95 M-F - cannot beat that.

Great price for sunday but very difficult to get back to the entrance to get your car because the are several exits but only one entrance.

Convenient location, near by Government Center train station, great rate, closed to Quincy Market. I love this parking lot.

ordering ahead is helpful for getting the early bird rate, otherwise very nice location and prices for the city

Convenient parking downtown. Quite expensive during the day but nighttime parking rates are more reasonable.

This parking lot is always quite full, it is not surprising because there is a large flow of people.
