Horrible. Completely ripped me off. Gave me parking slip that told me anything that gets stolen or happens to my car is not their fault. So unsafe and uncomfortable. Not worth it at all. Didn t even use ticket I bought. I m out $80 for this. Thanks a lot.

Easy in/out. Prepay online was nice, too. Clean and well-lit in a nice area. Some spots are pretty tight however, so if you have a long bed pickup or large SUV, be careful!

Very very tight parking. Was charged $10 more than what the actual cost is by purchasing a pass online.

I am a resident physician at MGH/MEE and truthfully, my very least favorite thing about my program is that our resident parking is in this abysmal garage. To start, the garage is cramped, always near full without enough spaces, and with such tight turns that almost everyone I know who drives in my program has scraped their cars at least once. Then, today, my parking pass stopped working, so my called the parking help line and I was met with the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Whoever I spoke with was hardly intelligible, incredibly rude, and made me pay an entire days worth of parking fee ($48) despite that I have a parking pass that my residency pays for ($200 ish per month). He was extremely dismissive and would not let me out of the garage despite the fact that I have been here over 15 hours on my parking pass and need to be back in less than 10 hours to work again. If it were not for my program forcing me to park here I can say with confidence I would never park here again, and I highly recommend against parking here to anybody reading this review. Even the mass eye and ear outdoor lot that is just down the street is preferable - at least you won t be trapped inside, denting your car, and being spoken to rudely by the staff via help line.

Exiting took 30-40 minutes. Most likely because:1.) There is no wifi in the garage so if you don't have your parking pass loaded before you enter the garage, you can't exit. I had Verizon, others might work.2.) You can't scan your ParkWhiz pass even if you have it to exit the garage if you didn't grab a ticket when you scanned the pass at the entrance. While there was a sign telling you about this while you tried scanning your ticket on the way out, I don't recall seeing anything about this on the way in (where it would be useful) and the gate opens to let you in without you needing to take a ticket so there's no way you'd know this was a requirement to exit as even if there is a sign, why would you look for it if the gate opens when you scan your pass upon entry?3.) A lot of people did not do the above two things and had to call for help. Help had little clue what was going on every time a new person called and took 5-10 minutes per person to let them exit.4.) Would not recommend using ParkWhiz or this garage for a major event if leaving in a timely manner was your plan.

Difficult parking with very narrow spaces. This morning I found that someone had hit my car while it was parked (of course without leaving a note). The Propark office was rude and unhelpful: no cameras, not willing to offer any help.

The price is going up this year and there is 0 security in the garage. A homeless man was sleeping under my car yesterday morning. Pro park does not answer their phones or emails.

Went there this morning, ticket machine didn't accept ticket. Help button didn't work, no one on site to help. It said to see cashier (WHERE?). I had to pay an extra hour because it went over trying to get out of the garage. Never will go here again!!!!!

West End garage location that's clean and well maintained. Not a good fit for large vehicles. Ramps between levels are tight and steep.

Hiked prices, refuses to fix or improve the tight corners but don't you worry they "conveniently" put a place for you to fix your car once you scratch it against their turns.

Underground, very tight corners, seemed as if there was no ventilation running. I suppose, for the price, this was pretty good.
