Ray was extremely helpful in diagnosing my trucks fuel problem. They really go above and beyond and care about the customer. I brought my car here this past Tue to get my front brakes fixed which only took a few hours from the time I dropped off the car and picked it back up again. They were nice enough to clean my rear brakes for no charge! This was my first time coming here and I found the service to be excellent and professional! I will definitely come back to get my car serviced here in the future. Thanks Blackstone Automotive!

I have been using Blackstone Automotive to maintain and repair all my vehicles both domestic and foreign for the past 35 years and find them to be honest and reliable and affordable providing excellent service. Very honest and upfront on pricing. They have called if they have found something wrong with the car gave a price and asked if it was something we wanted done with the work they were doing. Have been taking our vehicles to them for years. I highly recommend them

I was referred to Blackstone Automotive from my boss. I was looking for someone that would give me an honest assessment on a vehicle that we were putting on the road for our son (new teen driver). Ray was very professional and honest about what needed to be done and worked diligently to get it done at his earliest convenience. I recently rented a U-Haul from here. Service was great! A local family vibe shop (literally, met the father and daughter). They were extremely kind and helpful. I think I'm going to make this my my primary mechanic. I'll be bringing my car in soon!

Great service. Recently had my Mazda in the shop for exhaust repair. I had a horrible rattle coming from the car and wasn't sure how bad the issue was. Blackstone Auto identified the problem and gave me a honest price . They didn't try to sell me additional products or services like a lot of shops do. Not being a mechanical person, I'm often at the mercy of Auto repair shops and worry if they are being honest with me. I felt as though Jamie who works the front desk was very honest and sincere. I will be going back to them for all my work on the Mazda

Needed strut work and was able to get an appointment the next week. Jaime made sure to call if any changes were made and even asked permission before making the changes. I also got my serpentine belt replaced on top of the struts and an oil change too. All of it was done same day and was timely and efficient. Only about 4 hours labor went into the project. Sudden, random repairs are never something you want to have to do, but is often something you have to get done. Blackstone Automotive makes the process seamless and they really explain what they're doing. You can count on me coming here again.

I recently had my tires replaced during the "bomb cyclone". They did an amazing job with my new tires (and fix some other things) and I'm 100% confident now driving my car on snow. Also, Jaime and Ray went beyond their service: they drove me back and forth from my house when I don't have a vehicle at that time and was very understanding with my crazy work schedule . Thank you again!!!

My family and I have been using Blackstone Automotive for several years now and have experienced nothing but the best service. After moving, we still drive 30+ minutes to Blackstone Automotive because they are the best at what they do. I've been to several mechanics in my time and often felt like I was either being taken advantage or would find out later that the work that was needed was done rather poorly and would need to be addressed by another mechanic. I've had the complete opposite experience at Blackstone Automotive. Simply put, you will not find a better shop that provides the level of service that Blackstone Automotive provides for such reasonable prices.
