They run a tight ship over here! Definitely recommend anyone to come here. You will be taken care of. The communication between the staff here is really incredible. Nothing slips through the cracks. Extremely professional.

This new location is great!! The team is very friendly, knowledgeable, and will answer any questions asked. It s a drive thru service. It takes about 15 mins for oil change, top off fluids, check lights, check battery, replace air filters, and setting tire pressures. If any more maintenance is needed such as differential or coolant service lt can be done right then and there .The whole experience is quick and pleasant. I d definitely recommend Valvoline of Billerica for your next oil change!!!

From Billerica, and had been going to the Lowell Valvoline for a while because they're great. Decided to try this new location out. A+The manager, Mark, came by to say hi. Real nice guy. Turns out he was at the Lowell location for decades.Will be going here now.

Good place to do business . MARK is the Wright person to look for. I went for oil change and if it's not for him they where ready to place diesel oil In my car. Absurdity.MARK catch the mistake in time.
