I have been going to Sullivan since I bought my first car 2014 Nissan Altima. I still have the same car and love getting it serviced at Sullivan. Even though i changed places be it Framingham, Marlboro and now Billerica I receive the same amazing service at all their locations. They mean it when they say we treat our customers like family. Reasonable quotes the same quotes are few hundreds higher at the dealership. Have been going to Billerica since 2017 and all folks there are simply amazing. And how did I forget their Christmas gift coups which go as high as $30.Kudos. Keep up the good service.

My husband s experience with Sullivan Tyres, Billerica has been really bad. He went there with noise issues in his car. They replaced the front (left and right) bearings for $900. Within two months of the replacement, my husband noticed some strange humming sort of noise coming from the car. Since we had moved to another neighborhood, he went to another Sullivan Tyres to get it checked. To my husband s surprise they suggested replacement of front (left and right) bearings. My husband went back again to the Billerica center. After evaluation they said that the noise is NOT COMING FROM BEARINGS but from the tyres. According to them the bearings that they had replaced two months ago were working fine.Since the noise got louder, my husband decided to get it checked at Toyota Service Center. Guess what? Front bearings were so damaged and wobbly that they said they ve never seen anything like this before!! My husband ended up spending another $1000 for the same issue at the Toyota Service Center!! Never going back to Sullivan Tyres Billerica again !!

Tony was super nice and so helpful! He made my first time experience at Sullivan tire very positive and I will definitely go back if I need anything done with my tires or breaks in the future. I trust him and I m confident in his decisions with my car needs. They removed metal tire caps that were stuck on due to salt erosion from the winter time and removed them by replacing the valve stems and put new plastic caps on. They also checked my break pads and they said they were okay and did not need to be replaced at this time. My experience at this store was great overall!

Great staff here at Billerica Sullivan. I brought my SUV in last week for tires. Unfortunately, there was some damage to the wheels during the install. It happens. Mistakes get made sometimes. It's all good. The team immediately addressed the situation, set up a rental car for me, and brought my car to a professional wheel refinishing company in Waltham. "The Wheel fix". Wheels look impeccable after the repairs and the Sullivan team waived/covered all costs. They then brought my car back to the shop and reinstalled the tires for no cost. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Gene and Matt from the shop, and Alex with the claims department. Definitely a class act from this company.

Stopped in without an appointment. The parking lot was packed. Left my car for service and got it back the next day. Great service from Gene, Tony, and John.

Brought a work vehicle in for service. I was told by another mechanic that the vehicle needed more work than it actually did. Matt, an employee from Sullivan in Billerica called to inform me that the vehicle needed much less work and the cost would be cut in half. It's not often that you run into an honest mechanic who wants to save the customer money. 10/10 service!

I don t normally go to places like this. I like to support local. I was in a pinch and only had a few days to get an alignment and new tires so I could drive 1400 miles back home. I expanded this to the guys at the place and it didn t seam to be an issue. I left my truck for a while and took my electric scooter to Dunkin s to pass the time. 4 hours later they then called me saying they couldn t do any of the work to my truck and I needed to come get it. Not sure what happened to the truck but they still wanted to charge me for having my truck come through the bay. Live and learn but hope this helps someone else.Edit: follow up on the reply. I replace the tie rod on my drivers side when I got home. It was definitely not terrible. Yea could have been tighter but the guys there couldn t even adjust it at all I don t think that is right. I have wheel spacers that lag to my drums then the tires bolt the to spacers. I guess 6 bolts either way is the same? Nope I tow a 7000lb boat on the weekends with the spacers :)

I went into this Sullivan location and asked for advice on replacing the tires on my car. I had a specific tire need in mind and they gave me a couple of different suggestions. I will be doing some additional research on this suggestion, and will be going back there to get the tires replaced. The two gentlemen I spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable. I have gone in there in the past for having my lawn tractor tires mounted on the rims and was always treated well. I will return.

Great service! Most tire companies price match so this review is about service. You can make an appointment at Sullivan and it greatly reduces your wait time. I needed a tire replaced, made an appointment and was in and out in 15 minutes. Most dealers would have been over a one hour wait.

Made an appointment for 7:30am last Saturday morning for 4 brand new tires, they did not have my tires in stock but was told they would have them in time for my appointment. So I drop my truck off and 15 mins later I get a call saying they got the wrong tires. Thanks for wasting my time Sullivan tire. I only have one vehicle, can't afford to leave it sitting in your parking lot while you look for the tires you were already supposed to have. And had almost a week to find.

I have been going here for 5 years and always think about posting a review and today is the day. Once again they service my car quickly and perfectly. I have high expectations so to put a 5 is really saying something. If you haven't already, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Upon arriving late for my 9 am appointment at the Billerica store, I was assured by Patrick that all was okay and we talked about the work to be done. While in the waiting room I heard how Patrick handled telephone inquiries and was impressed with his friendly business manner. When asked about a particular tire and brand Patrick gave the caller unbiased information without any hard sell or push for a higher priced model or brand tire. He cemented my belief in Sullivan Tire as being professional, honest and there for the customer. That's why I am a four-time buyer of a set of tires for my cars.

Customer Service was excellent, both technicians that I interacted with (working the desk and doing the work) were personable & knowledgeable.I waited while the work was being performed & it was finished a few minutes before the anticipated time.I took advantage of the buy 3, 1 free offer (and checked around, it was a great deal)I would shop here again

Really friendly and all-around helpful staff! I had a very pleasant experience here. Louis helped me figure out the best solution (in terms of price) for my car/needs. I'm extremely grateful for their professional *quality* and timely service, and would highly recommend this location! (Also the waiting area was quite lovely - stocked with coffee & tea, vending machines, clean bathrooms, and crafts to keep the kiddos busy!) Thanks again!

This location has been our go-to for tires and mechanical issues of all sorts. Very knowledgeable, taking the time to figure out what the issue is and walking through the options. Kind, thorough, patient, and--most importantly--honest.

Highly recommend this location! Gene and Louis took there time to explain everything and were very fair. The customer service was amazing. Everything about this store is great. They fixed my car on short notice and checked out everything for me to make sure it will run great.

I've been having my van serviced at your Billerica location for years and I will go nowhere else. The service I get is of the highest caliber. I have used a lot of different service stations through the years and have been through a lot of bad service to know a good thing when I see it. These guys are very good at what they do and ALWAYS go the extra mile. They have to make a lot of phone calls back and forth to deal with my warranty company and don't stop until they get me everything possible. They don't scare me into getting unnecessary repairs - they patiently explain everything that needs to be fixed and why. They work double-time to get problems fixed fast. They catch everything that is wrong and do a wonderful job. My teen aged daughter started going to Sullivan Tire Billerica because the other mechanics in town would bully her and end up making her cry. She has no problem going to Sullivan because they take the time to patiently educate her on what she needs to know and they tell her honestly whether it is something that could wait or not because she doesn't have a lot of money to do repairs. I recommend them to as many people as I can because they are superb. And I thought you should know.

Great service, was able to get new tires the next day. Clear from my experience and that of the other customers that I saw while there that they do a thorough, reliable job. Will definitely continue coming here!

I made an appointment the evening before and receiving confirmation from Glenda that my appointment was confirmed.When I arrived I was told that they were not able to work on the tires (tire patch) on my vehicle, a tesla. This has been confirmed by Tesla to be false and I was able to find another tire shop to repair it.I wish they told me this the night before when they confirmed my appointment and didn't waste my time.

My family and I have being going to Sullivan Tire for over 20 years. They have always treated us with respect. Explained what work needed to happen, why, and what work could wait a while and why. Their work is exemplary and is always guaranteed. I cant recommend them highly enough, but I can offer my biggest compliment which is that I trust them and the work I do; and the reason is they have earned that trust.Thanks Sullivan Tire!

Gives honest opinion you can trust. Fair pricing and nice people to deal with. Only thing missing is simple service like vacuum and carwash along with service. Many other places, especially dealers are providing this as part of their general services.

My review is for Tony specifically. He was professional and knowladgeable. I had an issue with a service I had done there and was ready to just move on, but it was Tony who handled the issue properly.

I used Sullivan for new tires and an alignment and the service and quality were great. Definitely recommend Sullivan for new tire purchases. Quick, fair prices and convenient.
