This man put the greed in greedy and couldn't care less about what my truck looked like, overspray everywhere orange peel, runs, I did not receive 3 coats of clear that I paid for and he was suprised when I quoted my website paint package and the things that were supposed to be included like removal of some exterior parts like tail lights and mirrors his response was " you read the whole site" not to mention his attempt at charging twice for several things so if I could go lower on the rating I would, Maako would have done better and been cheaper

STAY AWAY, worse then Terrible. Lies upon lies. He called the cops on me cuz i hated the way my car came out and refused to pay the difference until it was done the way it was suppose to be done. The cops got mad at me for wasting their time, and demanded i pay him so they can leave. For youre own sake and no headache stay away.

Found the yellow business card on mine and my cowokers car with deliberate damage on the hood of both cars that was not there when either of us showed up for work. Police report will be filed with Lowell PD.

Do not go to this auto body shop. Stay away. Ralph Poillucci has been ripping people of for many years. The paint/body work will be very bad. He will put a lock on your car to get payment. Peabody police know him. They can t help you. It s a civil matter. Ralph is not licensed or registered by the state. Stay away.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had fender rot repaired on my pickup truck at the Billerica location. Nice job, quickly done, good paint match and fair price. Don't expect a waiting room, however.

I have a custom camouflage Jurassic Park car that I painted myself. I always got their card and actually met the guy that was putting it on my car and I felt like he was rude asking me if my car came like that or if I paint it myself. Like why not just straight up give your opinion? I said I painted it and he tried to be polite saying he liked the paint. No, it's too late. I wasn't interested in your business before and now I'm definitely not interested in your business now.

Slightly off-putting location. I went because I need to get a lug nut off that is slightly mishaped and they were unable to help me. The owner did call me the next day to apologise and see if I had been able to swap the winter tire to the summer tire which was kind.

If you have any love for your vehicle do not use this shop not only will he do a bad job he will try to rip you off at the end making up extra bills And the police can do nothing about it because it s a civil matter and then he tries to hold your truck ransom this guy should be put in jail a complete scam artistService: PaintingService: Painting
