Went back to Midas to get 4 new tires/brakes/oil change. And as usual, it was a pleasure doing business with Brian and Michelle. And the mechanics are second to none. They go the extra mile to take care of the customers. I highly recommend them.

Excellent shop. Today was my 2nd time to Midas and it won't be my last. Michelle and Brian really go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. I witnessed them shopping around to get the best possible price on parts for their customers. The Mechanics are very professional as well and their communication after the work has been completed is top notch. Thank you for taking care of my issue same day at a very reasonable price.

The staff at the Billerica Midas is excellent and Brian is the man. They're always helpful, don't push fixes that I don't need, will walk me through any unplanned fixes that need to happen, and the work is always done for a fair price.

If you want a team of mechanics you can trust full heartedly look no further. Brian is a phenomenal businessman, member of the community and an even better problem solver. You will get quality results every time. If you have an issue it will be addressed rapidly. On top of all that you will be informed on what is happening all the way through the process. Couldn t recommend them any higher. 10/10

I can t speak highly enough about this Midas! Feels like a family there, I always trust them since they show genuine care and expertise and hard work! I went to a different Midas last year and always return to this location for quality service and quality work

Excellent customer service and mechanics. Went in for rear brake pads, calipers, and rotors changed. The prices were cheaper than Boston and extremely friendly and they even helped me find discount on the website to bring the price low. Would highly suggest! The mechanics were also very helpful and helped me explain the problem.

This midas is great. Car work is always expensive, but they do all they can to make it less painful. I had a lot of work that needed to be done this past year. They helped me get the most important things done first and let me spread the rest of the work out. They always send a reminder when it's time for my oil change. They also remember you (by car) but they remember you and the work you had done.

I don't write reviews often but I want to express my gratitude to the owners and their team at the Billerica Location. Here's the back story: I brought my car to a different shop in town for an inspection sticker and it failed for a bad tie rod and emissions. The next day the car died completely. Brought it to an exhaust specialist and they put in new map and co2 sensors and said we also needed a new flex pipe, my husband said he could fix that himself and was told we could drive without it until fixed. We had to wait for the part and then a storm happened, almost 3 weeks went by, the car got louder and smelled like exhaust terribly. My husband tried to fix the flex pipe but was unable to, we were not happy with the original shop so we took the car to Midas. At that point the catalyst converter was bad from driving so long without the flex pipe, Midas replaced it and fixed the flex pipe. The next day the engine light was back on and the manifold catalyst converter was blown too! Literally a perfect storm! I pretty much had an anxiety attack right in front of the Manager (Michelle). The price she quoted me was crazy. I definitely did not have that kind of money as finances have been tight. She was so kind, helpful and sympathetic, she did everything she could to help me get my car fixed. The mechanic (Jose) was amazing too! He understood and was so helpful. We got the car fixed, everything was great until a few weeks later the car started being loud and smelled of exhaust again and then the engine light came back on again. The gasket in the manifold split. I thought I was gonna die, once again Michelle and her husband (the owner), and Jose were amazing! They assured me that the parts were under warranty and I would not be charged. I was so relieved. Sorry for such a long review but it's hard to find honest, kind, sympethic people these days. Michelle and her team were nothing short of amazing! I will only bring my car to them from now on. I'm happy we trusted our gut and took the car to another shop! I highly recommend the Midas on Boston Rd in Billerica, Ma. I promise you will not be disappointed with their service!

This Midas is the best shop around second to none. They have worked on my vehicle and my mothers vehicle. The front office & the guys in the shop are awesome. The service was fast and easy. Brian and Michelle went out of their way to help me get mine and my mother s vehicle issues resolved fast and easy. I needed to have a tire plugged. Brian took my car in the next day even though the shop was very busy. In his words, he didn t want me to have to worry about it . He and Michelle are always very friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic service, fantastic people. If you are having any issues with your car or have any car related questions, stop in and see Brian or Michelle. They ll take care of you, they re honest no nonsense folks. They found a problem with my car that other shops here in Billerica couldn t. Once you try this Midas, you ll be a customer forever.

This location is amazing the owners are the nicest people imaginable. They are not trying to sell you anything you don't need. Good honest people and have a really cute dog. I am def coming back again. Highly recommend this location.

Brian was pleasant and positive the place is clean as can be including restrooms. Prior to coming for service I'd call Ed to discuss my needs and to get the details on services and everything went exactly as planned. Complimentary Doritos hit the spot for a quick snack!

Everytime I go to Midas, I feel welcome. Their waiting area is accomodating in so many ways. They always try to offer the most cost effective solution to the repairs or maintenance that my car needs. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I went to Midas Billerica to get my car s brake pads replaced. The owner Brian was very honest in inspecting and letting ke know that brake pads have still a lot of life left in them.I was not charged. Great service and Friendly staff.

Brought my jeep in and had the wheels and tires replaced(including balancing/alignment). Couldn t have been happier. Brian and Pete down at Midas helped me through the whole process. They made it as smooth as possible. From answering questions too make me feel at ease, too actually having the work done. Their prices were phenomenal and i could not thank them enough for their work! I will have all my future auto repairs/maintenance done here in the future. Brian and his wife Michelle are the kindest people. I was at the Midas store in Billerica a couple of days ago, Brian told a customer that the part that holds your engine from dropping right out of your car needs to be replaced. Brian took it apon himself to let her make payments each week to him do she could have it fixed and we were talking alot of money.I think what Brian did was so kind.I highly recommend people to go to them because they really care, they are not out there just to make a buck

Received a quote on 11/22 for 4 tires mounted balanced and installed with a requested service date per their form. Email said someone will call within a half hour, no call. 4 hours later I call them no answer. an hour before my requested time I call them and am told that they do not have any spots open for at least a week and the tires I wanted, from their site, were no longer available. Gentleman on the phone was very rude, acted like I was the problem and I was preventing him from working. NEVER AGAIN.

I went to Sullivan tire to get my tire repaired and they were too busy. They wouldn t have had it ready until the next day so I drove down the street to midas and they fixed my tire in five minutes the employees are very great. They have a free Pac-Man arcade game and they offered me water or coffee as well as other things. Also, they did not charge me for the tire and they fixed it in five minutes. I recommend this place to anyone who needs tire repair or any other services thank you Midas

5-star plus plus plus again. went in due to front passenger side wiggle/squeeks and oil change, was an arm and a ball joint. super friendly management, super friendly employees, Even super friendly co-customers, I actually met a customer who is now my household licensed plumber. :) You can tell the management and employees love their jobs, You do not have to wait weeks for an appointment, can get in same day. I called Friday right before they were closing, and spoke with Michelle, and said, I need front passenger looked at, hope its not an entire steering column, or an entire replacement of something costing thousands, lol. I asked if she can get me in Monday at 11am, she said we can do 12pm, I got there at 1130am, my GMC terrain was brought in right around 12pm, To recap the positive experience once again. 1. Didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment (last time when my entire undercarriage fell off, I would have had to rent a car if I needed to wait weeks from another shop)2. Very friendly management and employees (all workers were smiling and not looking stressed out like some places you fear some other places they may throw a tool from being stressed, lol)3. Beyond clean restrooms, so clean4. Free coffee and chipy type snack area5. Comfortable chairs and several TVS'sI think my only negative would really be: 1. parking lot when you pull in you, you may need to pull up sideways, due to limited spacing. I did get a space to park, but parking can be tight, when pulling in, but its not their fault, its not really an issue to me, but just stating, if you pull in and all the spaces are taken, just pull up all the way to back and block in the cars, the employees will then figure out logistics. My 2012 GMC terrain with 89K miles on it is still kickin because of this exact Midas location. I have seen many negative comments, but it appears these negative comments come from people who seem to think they know how to work on cars, lol. or mindless ones that show up saying they bought tires on their, and put the tires on themselves in their driveway, then came here for an alignment, got alignment, then complaining about squeak noises that had nothing to do with the alignment. Best rule of thumb is when you go and ask for something specific, they will do the specific service, and will bring to your attention if they notice something off, but if you just go in for an alignment, after buying tires somewhere else and putting them on by yourself in your drive, and ask for alignment, they won't know if your car has other squeak's or issues, lol. When you go there just tell them like I did, "front right passenger side wiggle squeaks". Or "I need an alignment but also notice some sqeaks coming from such and such". If you just show up and say look at my car I have no clue whats wrong, if you can not be a bit specific with some information, then it looks like you should be asking for a complete vehicle inspection, diagnostic's, Anyway, sorry for rant, 5-star plus plus plus, for this exact Billerica Midas location on Boston Road. They do not follow through with advertisements made online. Unacceptable practice. If you advertise a special you should be honoring that special.Update:No one will reach out to you after you go to the website they send you to in the response they leave on these reviews. If you call the 800 number they have for consumer relations, they will tell you that they are "not equipped to handle issues involving online adds, as they can not control whether or not the franchise honors the add." Midas is a joke.

I can't say enough about this place and the whole staff. Great people, great work and most of all totally honest. They only did the work that needed to be done. My bill came to 500 $ less than originally estimated. What a wonderful surprise.
