I can't say enough good things about Ken's Auto! Referred from a friend who has been going there for years. Danielle, who I believe is the office manager, is super friendly and answered all my questions as well as gave a price over the phone. The prices can't be beat. In other words, you will not get ripped off going to Ken's - and they won't come back at you with a laundry list of other things that you "need" to get done (ahem - every dealership on the planet). I had to get my car towed. Danielle recommended Hannon's in Billerica - they were great & came same-day. The tow was added to my bill at Ken's, which was great. I needed a new battery. I had purchased my battery from a local auto store less than a year ago. Danielle let me know it was probably still under warranty - she even offered to go and exchange it for me. I was about to do that and then I asked Danielle "Why would this battery die in such a short time?" and she told me it wasn't the best battery out there, so I had her put one in from Ken's (Diehard). There was zero pressure for me to purchase a battery from Ken's. I asked, she answered. They even pushed out a dent I had in the back of my car - as well as did a tire rotation/oil change that I requested at the last minute. All done within 2 business days. I met Ken when I went to pick up my car - he's just as nice as Danielle. Good, honest people. HIGHLY recommend for any of your car needs!!!

Kenny is awesome! Friendly and honest - I trust his advice, and I never feel like he's trying to rip me off or over sell me on things I don't need just because I'm a woman.Danielle, who runs the off/schedules appointments/etc, is great too - knowledgeable, responsive, and honest!highly recommend!

My experience was extremely positive from the minute I walked into the reception area. Ken s sister was very friendly and told me Ken would evaluate my rattling breaks in a few minutes. Ken had me go forward and backwards and he predicted the problems. He told me he d evaluate the car within a couple of hours and like clockwork he called.He dropped me off at work and picked me up after work. Our conversations during the ride were really nice. I could tell that he was proud of his business and he was truly a honest and nice guy.Overall, I ve never had a better car repair experience. The cost of repairs for rear breaks and Parking breaks (totally rattling) was well below what I expected. It was truly a 5* performance.Thanks,AlanService: Brakes

We are not from the area but needed a neutral party to inspect a used vehicle we were looking to purchase. Ken was personable, professional and very generous with his time and expertise. As a result of his input we were able to negotiate necessary repairs and know that we got a fair deal upon purchasing. We are very thankful we came across Ken and everyone else in his garage, don t hesitate to give them a call for your vehicle maintenance. Great, honest mechanic shop. Thought my car needed new brakes and found out there was a different less expensive issue. Instead of potentially cheating me out of money and changing the brakes, Ken was honest that my brakes were okay and explained to me what the actual issue was and scheduled a time and date to fix it. Highly recommend.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

My best friends husband has been taking all of his vehicles to Ken's to this place for many years. I took my car that has been sitting in my driveway for 2 years to Ken's and it now drives like new!!! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and safe. Would recommend Ken's to everyone I know for sure. Thank you guys proud customer

I highly recommend Kenny very much to do all your automotive problems with your car or truck. i actually do back yard mechanic issues & now i just have them do it. My daughter uses them now & she loves the honesty & great work put in each time we go there. He stands behind all of his work to. Anyone that is reading this should know that if you do not go to this shop you're doing yourself a disservice. Everyone at Ken's is honest, up-front, friendly and 90% of the time they take less than a day. I always feel like I'm taken car of here and would be shocked to hear anyone say otherwise. I have been coming here for 4 years and have recommended it to everyone I know. Keep up the good work!

Ken and his team are honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable mechanics. He helped me sort out a tricky situation involving a hybrid battery (not the simplest type of fix) with speed and clarity. In his own words, he likes to help people. Recommend very highly. Why go anywhere else?

Great shop to find out what's going on with a car but prices are ridiculous. There are times that the work is questionable but they do a great job fixing the problem fast. I would be careful to believe what they say for prices and the claims they make about the parts they use for repairs. Had work done on my car and it ran smooth for about a week but then a noise surfaced where they did the work but when I called it was dismissed as a normal sound but it's definitely not when your car sounds like it's going to fall apart when it turns, brakes, and starts up.

I've been to a lot of different auto repair before I found Ken's Auto. I have been going there since I discovered them, they are truly a hidden gem of auto repair! They are very honest about the repairs needed, they will save the bad parts and show you what was wrong with them. Also they are priced very reasonably, combined with their honesty you can feel confident they won't look at you like just a wallet walking in the door.This is also the only repair shop I know I can trust with my classic custom antique Caprice Classic. Ken Sr. and Jr. are both extremely knowledgeable with carbureted engines as well. I've been going to them now for almost 15 years with no regrets.

Very professional, quick, well established, clean mechanic. This feels like a family owned, large shop you can trust. Nice waiting area, ready to get into and park. Nice, attentive "office" staff.

I went there a few times to get my car serviced. These guys are great and honest. If there is a need to fix something, they will let you know. Otherwise, they will honestly advice you to wait for sometime. Their service is great and you can rely on them. Recommended!!
