Always impresses & never disappoints! Brian is my absolute, no question go-to for auto body work. He has fixed 3 different cars of mine over the years. He is not just a typical body repair shop. He is an artist in his talent to auto body repair work. He is extremely meticulous with high standards, and takes the utmost care to not only the aesthetics of his work but also helping make the process of getting your body work fixed easy and less stressful. He is timely and efficient to get your car back to you as fast as possible while still achieving incredible results. I m not sure how it s possible, but anytime I ve had a car fixed with Brian, it s looked better when he finished it than the day I drove it off the dealership after purchasing. I will never go to anyone else. I ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone needing auto body work. He will treat your vehicle as if it s his own.

My wife had someone hit her car and we were referred to Brian to fix it. Usually I don t think anything of an auto body experience but Brian, the owner, made this worth commenting about. He was very detailed about the process, kept us informed the entire time about the status of the repair, and the car looks better than it did when it was new. He even cleaned the car inside and out for us which was a great added touch. We would highly recommend using his auto body service if you re in need of repairs. And the job was done in a timely manner which isn t always the case with auto body shops. A++++ all the way!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Guy s Auto Body did wonderful repairs to my car. They worked diligently with the insurance company to get some damage their appraiser missed paid for and the car looks brand new. Guy's did a great job of taking care of my Nissan Altima. I had been in a hit and run and they took care of the work in a high quality and timely manner. Would highly recommend them to all in folks in a similar situation.

You have to go there I brought my car there to have it fixed when it was in an accident they did a phenomenal job. He does great work and I recommend anybody he gives you 100% of his attention in time and make sure that the car is perfect. When I picked up my car it was like brand new unbelievable I recommend him highly.

My first time having body repair to my vehicle. My insurance company had Guy's Auto Body as a preferred repair shop. The level of customer/client service was "Second to None". Brian is outstanding to do business with! From the moment I brought my car in and coordinating documentation from insurance company, to picking up my car, Brian made everything seamless. It was the most stress-free experience I have had in a very long time. My vehicle looked brand new - beautiful workmanship and every attention to detail - nothing was missed! If your vehicle experiences any sort of damage, this is the shop you want to take it to. Words can t even begin to describe how amazing Guy s auto body. The owner Brian is such a caring person and really goes above and beyond to ensure your repair is perfect. I worked with Brian through an insurance claim involving theft and vandalism on my vehicle. Not only did he repair everything perfectly, but he helped me in so many others ways that he didn t even have to! Brian the owner is amazing! He is reliable, efficient, and took care of all my concerns. Brian made the process with the adjuster and the insurance company simple, easy, and stress free. When you pick your car up, you will never know it was ever damaged because it will look better than it did before your accident! I highly recommend Brian at Guy's Autobody! I choose which businesses to patronize based initially on quality work and good prices, but I keep coming back for those reasons plus an excellent customer experience, and that's why I have been a loyal customer of Guy's Auto Body for years. Brian goes above and beyond to make sure all his work is perfect -- exact color matching, seamless panel alignment, and even doing the trim around a panel so that everything matches -- and he does it at a price that none of the other shops in the area can touch. Getting a quote is quick and easy, as is dropoff and pickup, and he's always super friendly. On top of that, he cares for my car as if it were his own. The RX-8 is a fickle mistress with several unique quirks, which I told him about and he gladly accommodated. If I could give ten stars, I would.

Absolutely a fantastic experience. I had my Mazda sedan which had rear and front damage, got repaired at this body shop. Brian is a true professional. I turn up at his bodyshop without calling or taking an appointment. With his work load, he could have easily declined me. But he showed empathy and concern, understanding my situation, took the car in and got the work done. Thru out the process, he kept me informed. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend "Guys Autobody Shop". This is how a small business should run. 1 customer at a time!!

Several of my family members and their friends raved about Brian's work for many years. Although being involved in a car accident is never easy, this accident led me to to Guy's Auto Body. Brian was supportive, knowledgable, helpful and guided me through the entire process including auto repair, insurance and car rental needs. Brian was upbeat from start to finish and responded promptly to my questions throughout the duration. Brian's work breathed new life in to a 10 year old beloved car. The body work was perfectly repaired. Brian went above and beyond to remove several scratches elsewhere on the vehicle, too. When I picked up my car, the car looked like new and the detailing was amazing. I would highly recommend Brian for future auto body services.Service: Body & Trim

Recently we used Guy's Auto Body in Billerica. We want to say thank you for the amazing work Brian put into one of our trucks. This wasn't the first time using Guy's Auto Body and certainly not the last, but it was one of our best experiences.The driver of this truck said it was like getting a new truck back, All damages fixed better than before. The vehicle was cleaned inside and out and it was back to us the date they told us. They helped us in contacting our insurance company and the rental return.If you need bodywork we recommend you give them a call. They might not be a fancy big building with extra staff sitting around but they do quality work and our the kind of companies we like to work with. I highly recommend Guys Autobody if you need any work done to your car. Brian the owner was great when I got into my accident. He's honest and makes the process less stressful at a time when you want to pull your hair out. My car at the end of two weeks looked brand new!! Family had used Guy s in the past. Had an accident right around Christmas time. Bryan had a full shop already but was able to take the car in and perform all repairs. Bryan was not only professional but very knowledgeable and helpful in the entire process. He communicated what I wanted to the insurance company the entire time. The car looked better than before and was done in a timely manner. I could not recommend guys auto body enough and Bryan is an extremely helpful person to work with!Service: Body & Trim

I have had the pleasure of working with Guy's Auto Body on three different occasions over the past few years. On each of these times, Brian has patiently and professionally helped with the explanation of how the insurance end of this works, as well as how the rental car companies work.The work that he performed on each of my vehicles was fantastic, and completed when he said it would be! We unfortunately were in an accident a month after getting our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The front bumper, grill, head lights, driver side wheel well, and hood of the car were badly damaged.I m very grateful for how responsive Brian was from our first call. While dealership auto body shops wouldn t even take the car in for two months, Brian was able to have our car towed immediately to his shop. Given the lead times for parts right now, it was crucial that Brian immediately worked diligently with our insurance company to finalize repairs needed and get the required parts ordered right away. I was appreciative for the open line of communication with Brian throughout the repair process as he regularly provided status updates of work as it was completed. He got the job done quickly and the end product was top notch.I was impressed by the final product as the car was detailed and looked brand new as if I was picking it up from the dealer and the accident had never happened.I highly recommend Guy s Auto Body Shop for any auto repair needs. Excellent work done on my 2006 Yukon XL Denali. My truck looks brand new. I was amazed at the attention to detail and the craftsmanship. Brian treated my truck as he would treat his own. The customer service was excellent as well. He was very honest with what he could do and what it would cost me. Have used Guy's Auto Body several times over the years and just recently had them do some work on my GMC Sierra. As always they do amazing work at reasonable price and handle all the Insurance "stuff". I just picked up my truck from them and it looked better than when I bought it! All detailed and looking straight off the showroom floor!! Brian is the best, had dealt with Alex the previous owner who was always a pleasure but Brian has stepped into his shoes flawlessly. DO NOT HESITATE to bring your business to Guy's Auto Body.

I highly recommend Guy's Auto Body! Brian was very friendly and professional. It is obvious he takes great pride in his work. I brought our 2012 Ford Explorer to him for work on the front fender and bumper. Brian was able to stick to his estimated timeline even with a couple of delays in receiving the necessary parts. When I m telling you I was jumping up and down with excitement after I saw my car I m not joking! Brian helped me deal with insurance and made the process so stress free. He constantly looked out for my best interest and delivered exceptional results. My entire rear bumper had been taken off by a driver swerving into my lane, it even caused additional damages that weren t discovered until after repairs were started to my vehicle. Brian stayed in contact with me, making sure I was aware of the part ordering process. He quickly got to work finishing up my car, it looked brand new as if it was right off the lot and he even had it detailed for me!! I can t thank him enough so please use this as guidance when choosing an auto body shop because this is the one you re looking for and Brian s the man!
