Brian and Rachel are an unstoppable force! They get the job done with a smile at an affordable price!! They are always smiling and they care about all their customers like family. This place is fantastic! It's right off route 3A and easy to get too! I always leave knowing I got the best service for the right price!!

One star is one too many for this business . I brought my truck in with a coolant leak somewhere. I had low coolant, fans were on high to compensate for the low coolant and I could smell it burning on something. Thought possibly water pump so I brought that up with Brian as the possible issue. Next day trucks ready Brian said it was the pump paid my $723 and change. Went on my way. Next day my belt is sqeaking louder that I ve ever heard a belt squeak so I brought it back in to have him look at it. Changed the belt no problem. This happened 3 more times and the last time Brian got an attitude with me said he was going to wash his hands of it after this. He took the easy way out of actually fixing a problem his shop caused. Tried gaslighting me into thinking that it s another accessory driven by the belt. It s been a year and my belt squeaks every time it rains out still! After having to still add coolant myself I found that the actual problem I had on my truck (this is a known issue on my make and model truck) was that the two coolant lines running from the back of the engine to the turbos leaks, drips down onto the turbos and burns off before hitting the ground (hence the burning coolant smell I brought up initially). Now I m out over $700 for a water pump I probably didn t need and I m facing a bill $2500 plus at a shop that can actually do the work needed. If Brian will do this to someone who knows about vehicles imagine what he ll do to your grandmother. Zero chance I ll ever be back and I m sure Brian will appreciate that.

The best local mechanical shop around. I have been working with Brian for at least 12 years now. Even since before Brian s Automotive Brian and his techs have always been professional, reasonable, and most important of all, honest. They take the time to explain details. They break things down for you so you can understand the level of services offered and what you are receiving. You can trust Brian and his techs.

Brian's Automotive is excellent they take the time to explain what is wrong with you vehicle. Brian himself is the one that will show you what is wrong and then tell you why you need to replace the part. and they are very Reasonably Priced.i will go back to them again and again

When the brakes on my vehicle failed I had it towed to Brian s for repair. I had been going to this repair shop when it was owned by Doug Smith. When it was sold to Brian I wanted to give him a chance to prove I should stay with his shop. I ve had all my routine maintenance done here and have been pleased with the service. The turnaround time for the brake repair was much less than originally thought which was nice as I had appointments that I didn t want to cancel I would highly recommend this repair shop.

Brian has been my go to mechanic for many years. My husband and I both have always had fair and honest experiences as he made recommendations for upcoming issues so we could plan for them. Brian even made a huge exception to check out an antique car I was purchasing on a Sunday when his shop is closed. We are very happy he has his own shop and have been there a number of times, often on short notice as both our cars are 2014 and require fairly regular maintenance. I called with a diagnosis (the Tech got the code and told me what needed to be done but the kids ccouldn t do the job, too involved. So I told him that and he saidWell I can t take their word for it i ll have to diagnose it myself for $150.00.. Yup all done with you! Plus my other son brought his car there and $150 later the car needed major repairs, so off to have that traded in. $150 to put a scanner on the car and tell you it's going to cost you x now yea stay away, he seems like its all a bot the . Doesn't care about the ppl

I made an appointment with brain, I was told I had to wait about 1.5 weeks. me appreciating the service I was provided when Doug was the owner I agreed to wait and made the appointment. I had work the day of the appointment so, I took my truck knowing I would have it to them by 2:30 (they close at 5:00 and I was scheduled for a basic oil change). I called around 12:30 that day to confirm and I was told it s too late. Usually I would understand but, rewind a few months to April, and this same situation took place. I called around 2:00 saying I had forgotten the appointment and it was no problem to come in later. The work being done that time was a head light and cost me about 300$+ so the money must have been worth it that time. I ask Brian when his next availability would be to reschedule the oil change and he tells me another 2 weeks. I asked the cut off time to when cars wouldn t be accepted on days they have appointments and he didn t even know and threw 10am at me like people don t need their cars to work. He said it was because I missed the appointment yet they took my phone number and never once called to see if I was coming. If you have expensive fixes they treat you great, if you need a simple oil change you re the gum on the bottom of their shoe. Sad 10+years of business with me gone all because they couldn t honor an appointment I waited for, to do the most basic/fast maintenance a mechanic could do.

Doug was amazing and new ownership showed it s true colors. I 0% recommend. I will never come back after years of money spent and relationships built. Don t waste your time. Appointment missed yet no mention of when to leave the vehicle and no phone call . It doesn t take all day to do an oil change for an appointment made.

Great Service and Efficient MechanicsI sent my 2019 Forte in for a battery check and oil change. Brian called back and said car needed a new battery and that the air filter was disabled. They performed what I told them and had the car back within 3 hours. Excellent service. Brian was very professional and knowledgeable. Will be going there again.
