Highly recommend for any snowblower repairs and service! We had a great experience using All Care when our snowblower engine seized up - they had a quick response time, clear communication and it was so convenient that they picked-up and dropped off our snowblower!!!

About a year ago I requested a quote from All care power equipment for a trade in tractor. They came, picked up the mower, and never provided the quote. They instead proceeded to clean and sharpen the blade, and demanded $155. When I refused to pay they harassed me for months demanding payment. Last week they showed up at my doorstep demanding I pay them for services I never requested. I ve never had a business show up at my home demanding payment for something I didn t ask for.

All Care Power Equipment services all my machines regularly including pick up and drop off. They go above and beyond, pricing is reasonable and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their snow blower ready for the Winter or lawn mowers ready for Spring through Fall.

An amazing job and turn around right before our first major snowstorm here in Burlington MA - my Ariens snow blower wouldn t move into gear and they repaired and had it returned to me good as new within 24hrs before the storm hit !! I m very grateful for their service and professionalism ! Picked up and delivered back as well! Can t ask for better service ! Thank you !

Been having my riding mower serviced by All Care for 3+ years and have always been happy with the crew there - easy to contact, always responsive, and quality work. Have also recommended a few neighbors give them a shout when they need something worked on.

All Care has been servicing all our employees needs since 2019! They have always been helpful especially last year when one of our employee's snowblower died during a snowstorm. They came out to the employee's house and fixed it on the spot. Thanks again All Care, sorry for the late review.

I had my ride on mower worked on the first of June. Told Kenny it was not going forward or reverse. He looked at it and said the belt came off. I told him I wanted him to go through the machine and change oil and filters as well. I paid him $537 to go through machine and change oil and filters. I received machine back in about a week. I put machine in garage and never drove it because I hired a guy to mow the lawn for the season. Took machine out to suck up leaves first of November and did two passes on lawn and then machine wouldn t go forward or reverse. Called Kenny he came out and said belt fell off. I told him I m not paying for this. Took machine back to shop and called a few days laters and said frame was cracked and it would be $640 to fix. I said don t do it and just bring it back. They then texted me a bill for $65 dollars to bring it back. I then called and spoke to Sheri and told her I wasn t paying and she said they would just junk it. I then spoke to Kenny and said if you diagnose why the belt fell off the first time I would have never had to call you back. He said he would waive the charge and bring it back. After a week never brought the machine back and I had to borrow a truck and trailer to go get it myself. Never have written a bad review until now. Worst customer service ever

We recently had a generac generator installed. Kenny (owner) went above and beyond for us. He is accountable, knowledgeable and extremely professional. We are thrilled with our smartest investment..If you re in the market for a generac generator, these guys certainly won t disappoint. Bought a lawnmowers off this company. They stated it ran and they were left behind by their customer because the customer did not want to put in the $400 worth of work to fix them. The motor has a FIST SIZE HOLE in the block. Stay away!

Picked up an older John Deere riding mower and asked All-Care to go through it and assess whether it was worth fixing. They did a thorough run-through and were frank and straight forward about its condition. Fortunately, they were able to get it running very well for a very reasonable cost. They were excellent communicators and did great work.

I needed a generator. I found just what I was looking for at a great price on marketplace. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was a repair shop. I happened to need my generator repaired and was buying this as backup. Win Win. Plus they do pick up and delivery! Thanks for the great little generator. As soon as I can, I'll be calling you to pick up my other one to have a look at it/repair.

Had All Care Power Equipment Service three snowblowers. All came back running great and cleaner than they were when they were dropped off.All Care also serviced my whole house generator, came out when they said they would be here, ran through the generator and changed anything that was needed.

We went with All Care Power Equip. to repair our older model snow blower. They picked up our machine and did a lot of work to make it like new again. Price was very reasonable and we d definitely would go back and recommend highly.

I've been using All Care for a few years now (lawn tractor,snowblower) They do excellent work at a very reasonable cost. They DO NOT do anything that is not needed and are straight forward with their assessments and quotes..Highly recommended.

All of the employees are sooo nice, especially Sheri the front desk lady. It can be intimidating as a woman to approach a team of all men which is why Sheri is so helpful!

I had previously used All Care for a couple of my small engine items. Most recently had them pick up my mower for a tune up. They had it between 2 1/2-3 weeks. When they finally dropped it off, it ran for about 10 minutes before it stalled out and wouldn t start again. I had paid them promptly and the work was under a 30 day warranty. I emailed about the issue and was told they would pick it back up the following Monday. When I got home from work, the mower still hadn t been picked up. I contacted them and received a snarky response that the day wasn t over and they d be out that day. Over a week later, they contacted me again that they d be out to pick up the mower. They had it for another 2 weeks. I finally reached out to see how things were going. I was told that it would be dropped off the next day. When I used the mower this time, it didn t stall out as it did before. However, it did stop cutting the grass. I checked the mower deck. The deck belt is falling apart and frayed. I double checked my original invoice and was charged for a new deck belt. They are clearly charging me for work they didn t perform. I paid them almost $400. I would avoid using using them unless you like being ripped off

These guys were great! They tuned up my 30 year old chainsaw and fixed the pull start for a VERY reasonable price, and even sharpened the chain for no added cost. Scheduling the appointment online was a piece of cake, and they stayed in close contact via text and phone. I'll be using them again and recommending them every opportunity I get. Also felt great to support a local small business.

Bought a used mower from them and very happy I did. The tractor mower has been great and I ll only have all care motors service it. Very reasonable rates and always responsive. They have really gone above and beyond with every tune up.
