I was here to use UPS drop off. The staff was friendly and very helpful. He did reminded me normally they don't tape the label to the box. I thought they have those sticky plastic bag from UPS. He explained they only scan it nothing else.

Leaving a rating for Roy, he went out his way to explain the only battery option that was available at the time. He stepped in during my conversation with an employee there who wasn t as helpful and acted annoyed to assist. Customer service goes a long way kudos to Roy for being a great example!!

Both windshield wipers broke due to snow and ice. They replaced right away despite the freezing cold and gusting winds, and were very professional and polite. With more bad weather on the way, I would have been stuck at home until I was able to get them replaced. I am very grateful for their help.

The employees at this store are great, they re very considerate and helpful. I ve only purchased a few items from here but use it as a UPS shipping location to send items out often.I will note that I give UPS (NOT this advance auto parts) a 1 star. I dropped off a priority overnight package expecting for UPS to pick it up at night. They didn t. The UPS driver never showed up. My package had to be kept frozen so I was forced to return here ASAP next morning to take the package pack, reopen it and put the contents back in the freezer.Looking through my shipment history, UPS has taken up to 3 days to pick up from this location sometimes.Again, the employees were great. One of them let me in the store before opening time and returned my important package to me. But don t EVER send anything important or time sensitive via UPS from here.

Don t buy any battery from this store!They claim selling the battery with a 3 years warranty but when you go back after 2 months to get it a bad battery replaced they don t accept it and play a lot of games around like oh I don t know how to replace it my manager is sick or it s good enough you don t have to get it replaced even the test they run at the store saying otherwise.Advance auto parts in Billerica should go out of business there is no customer service at all.Will never buy anything ever again from Advance auto parts.

I walked into the store yesterday to get several bulky items. The associate at the counter (Alan M.), rolled a cart to me and said they're in the back and refused to help me with these large bulky items. After loading the cart myself, I walked towards the front to see him leaning on the counter on his phone. Horrible attitude, very condescending and no help whatsoever. I have been to the store twice, spending over $200 each time, but I won't be back.

Everytime I go to this store location, it is closed due the lack of employees or on a 45 min lunch break , but it s definitely longer than that as I went next door to grocery shop and that 45 min break is more like 1 hour and 30 min + break because the door is still lock. They should just close this location. It s a joke.

Very polite and helpful people on the phone, but I turned around and left empty handed, and I'm not coming back because the employees aren't wearing masks (only one even had one at hand). Bad enough that they don't ask the customers to wear them, and give no attempt to use the 6 foot distancing. I went to a competitor even though it meant paying more for the same thing.

I like this place. They frequently help me. For instance whenever I need windshield wipers or a new battery for any of my vehicles I always go there and they are kind enough to come out and install them in my vehicle which saves me a lot of time and aggravation. And there is no extra charge for them installing wipers and batteries so I highly recommend it.

Bill at AAP in Billerica, MA went up and beyond to help a customer in need. I was very pleased with the customer service I received in helping me get the right parts I needed on time so that I would have a working vehicle the next day. A++ customer service. Thanks again Bill and staff!

Yesterday I was having a terrible morning. My car wouldn't start, waited 5 hours for AAA. They changed my battery which was great. Then I packed up my toddler & 110lb dog up to take him to his grooming appointment that we were already 2 hours late for. Once I got into the car I noticed my drivers seat would not move at all and was pushed all the way back. I tried messing around with the wires and nothing worked. I decided to drive to the groomer anyways even though my seat was so far back. I dropped my dog off and went straight across the street to Advanced Auto and the young guy who I was telling all my problems to could not have been nicer!! He looked in my car manual and figured out the fuse somehow must've blown when they changed the battery. He fixed it and saved the day! My entire day turned around after that! Such great service!!!

I ve interacted with 4 or 5 employees at this location over the years. They have always been very friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. One of them even helped me jump start my car in -5F weather. Thank you!

Called from Tennessee to assist my sister-in-law with a n ailing battery. Staff at my store on N Highland, Jackson has been awesome for years. Spoke w Daniel, arranged for her to come in later that day. She said he assisted and felt she had a place to go from now on. Thanks Daniel !

Great service by Silas in replacing my battery. It was hard to replace it but Silas did an excellent job. Other staff in the store very helpful as well. Great store and great service

Any way you can do negative star in here!!That what this store needs ! Worst customer service ! Went in to pick a a order an was a wrong store I was treated was a stupid ass ! Try to order a air filter but did not now the size of my engine and that what o got ( how I m suposto to know what u drive !! Can t see u ) year model can t you look it up !Never coming back or letting anyone that I know use this store !!!

I went there 5 differents times, 2 differents cars ( Honda Accord and Tacoma ) on all of them, they claim they didn't have the parts. No effort to order for me. Worse place I've ever seen. Coincidently, Auto Zone had all the parts i needed it.

I bought new wiper blades . They install no charge. They also provide other free services with purchase. Fo examples battery testing/ install, altenator testing. They have a wide range of auto parts / accesories.

U will find everyrhing u need there. Staff is wanna be car guys but if u know what u want ignorw them and get what u need. Went in for wire and zip ties pretty easy stuff

Worst store ever ... racist costumer service in that place , if you have accent do not use this story . ( tall, bald guys that works at this location has mistered me twice ... autozone right down the street . Perfect costumer services ..!!!!
